Buyers Beware! The level of customer service is HORRENDOUS!! Glam Fleur took my money but sent out an arrangement of their choice. See attached photos. This order was sent as a gift. Order was received but it was the wrong order.Once I received the photos from the receiver I contacted Glam Fleur immediately to let them know of their mistake. The response that I received was "Item was delivered and we don't do refunds". Now keep in mind the email was never about not receiving the order, the email was about receiving a completely different arrangement from what was purchased. I replied letting them know that this isn't about not receiving the order but that the order was not correct, obviously they didn't bother reading the original email or just didn't care and they didn't respond back. After several days of not hearing from them I filed a complaint with the bank. I kid you not, the next day they emailed me stating that I would need to send everything back in its original form, again this was a gift and it was sent to a completely different state. I made them aware of this in my very first email. The only way to know if the order is wrong is to open the box,but again it's a gift. I emailed them back stating that it was a gift and of course the box was opened because the receiver didn't know that the order was wrong. I asked them to correct the problem because not only was the color wrong but the arrangement was completely different than advertised. I'm only writing this review because guess what.... They have yet to respond once again. Basically, their customer service is nonexistent. They want to hold onto your money and receive their flowers back too. But it's a bootleg tactic that they are using because they know that the arrangements can never be sent back in the original state after the box has been opened. We are not floral business owners there's no way one can ship them back the same form,& once you hand them off to the shipping companies the order is out of our hands. But since it was their mistake they should have offer a full refund, or to ship out the correct order expeditiously. They want to receive their mistake back. I received one of the two color bouquets for Mother's Day in May '23, as of beginning of June I noticed one flower has wilted. My daughter reached out to GF to ask for a replacement and they said they can't do anything about it. This is less than 30 days, so i have advised my daughter to go and dispute it with her credit card company. However I let them know and after some back and forth they agreed to contact FedEx, who was supposed to have delivered it. After a few weeks I got word from FedEx that they had approved the refund. I heard from Amanda, at glam fleur, that she also got word from FedEx and she said that she was going to contact her manager and get the refund to me quickly. I spent about a week looking around online for something comparable to Venus Et Fleur roses -- the kind that last for up to a year. I placed two orders -- one for my wife and one for my daughter, who lives out of state. I was very excited for the big day -- Valentine's Day -- to arrive. My wife and I were in the kitchen when she began to open the box. The anticipation was palpable. And then it happened. As she raised the lid from the top of the box, a rose fell to the ground. Or at least the flower part of a rose -- the rest was a plastic stem reminiscent of an artificial Christmas tree. My wife heard it hit the ground and turned to look. The first words out of her mouth were, "They're fake?" as she reached down to pick up the strange looking rose. Not the response I was hoping for. But also one that was very reasonable at the time. Moment ruined. Period. To top it off, they didn't feel like or smell like roses. Digging through their website, I discovered that they include a "genuine rose scent." What does that mean? We both agreed that it smelled like some kind of perfume and not roses at all. In addition, my wife, who is very sensitive to a variety of smells, was having a reaction to whatever this scent was. Eventually the $170 bouquet of roses landed outside on the back patio waiting for the "genuine rose scent" to dissipate. They're still out there because, quite frankly, they look cheap. A friend who came over and saw them asked, "Are those carnations?" I reached out to Glam Fleur and their response gave me hope for a resolution. They offered a partial refund or the replacement of the flowers. The refund was so minimal ($50 of $170) that I opted for replacement -- without the scent this time. I then learned they wanted me to ship the original arrangement back to them. At my cost. What? What florist requests someone to send back flowers? I wanted to offer to burn them on video for them if they were worried about me somehow taking advantage of them. Count me triggered. They didn't care that I didn't want to come out of pocket even more on this bad experience, so I drew the line there. I sacrificed my $50 partial refund because had I taken it, I would have felt obligated to not leave this true to experience review. Icing on the cake? When my daughter came home from school a few weeks later, I learned that one of her roses had fallen out upon opening as well. This must be a common experience -- or at least we are two for two. Based on my experience, I'm not sure I trust the rest of their review. I've handled and smelled Venus Et Fleur roses and they are on a whole different level than this product. They feel like roses. They smell like roses. I'm not sure what these feel like and they definitely don't smell like roses. Ordered flowers for my mother for a combination Mother's Day and birthday gift this year since they are close together. This was a large amount of money for me to spend on 1 thing. Money is tight. This was the perfect gift for my Mom, a woman who does everything for everyone and asks for nothing in return. I believe they were delivered early, I never got a confirmation email so I can't be sure, but I don't think the delivery date was correct. I wanted her to be home the day of delivery. Anyway, the actual floral arrangement was a gorgeous but one corner looked like the flower was already wilted when they put it together which was disappointing considering how much you spend on the flowers. When you open the box, oh my gosh... the flowers smell AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about how amazing they smell. She kept the lid to close up the box and then open it when she was around the flowers and the flowers would fill the kitchen with the smell of fresh flowers. But that lasted about a month. But the smell lasted longer than real flowers and the flowers are still holding in there nicely months later, minus the one in the corner that didn't look so fresh, which flowers from your average local florist wouldn't have done. In fact, the presentation and bouquet was so beautiful that I'm making this brand my go to flower shop for my family. Well, that's not what the instructions state on the paper I received. Not sure if sun is ok or not. Order 2 (placed for a delivery for a dear friend): AGAIN, flowers arrived THREE days early. I reached out to Glam Fleur and this time was told that the deliver dates customers choose on the Glam Fleur website are not guaranteed and as a customer I have zero control over the exact delivery date. They said the delivery date is really a range of several days and not to expect it on the actual date chosen on the website. WTF. If the deliverer date doesn't mean anything, they need to clearly state this on their website to avoid confusion. Flowers are beautiful but have have VERY strong scent the first 2 days - my friend said her entire family had severe headaches from the chemicals they use for the flowers. After the third day, headaches went away. Order 3: the flowers never arrived. It took several days to even get a response to my email asking what happened. It wasn't until my third email to Glam Fleur that I finally received a response. It was a very unprofessional experience. The issue wasn't even resolved until I had to literally beg them to give me a refund for flowers that I never received. I was shocked at this customer service. Order 3 was the last straw. To be treated with such disrespect after spending hundreds of dollars is uncalled for. Flowers were sent to my home instead of the recipient because of a glitch I have come to realize that happens if you click on the verification code for Shop Pay. It autofills the cells with your information and deletes whatever shipping information you put in the order. I did not realize the problem until I saw the final confirmation on Glam De Fleurs website. I immediately called Glam De Fleur to fix the problem and 4 days later I have not been able to get through via email or phone call. I have left messages and nothing. I received flowers as a birthday gift from my son and daughter in law. I unpacked the box to display the flowers which means having to cut the ribbon which attaches from the big box to the smaller box. I sent a picture to my daughter in law and she immediately said that is not what she ordered. She contacted the company but did not get the email with the return label. Finally I called them got the email and sent back the flowers. They refuse to replace them because the ribbon was cut.
