I went back to give them the opportunity to fix the issue, and they added more acrylic, but now even more nails have broken again shortly after. A fresh set should not be falling apart this quickly, especially for the price charged. I attached photos because I wanted to show the condition of my nails only days after getting them done. I really tried to give this place a fair chance, but overall this was a very frustrating and expensive experience.

And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.

I asked for someone else that does designs, and everyone was busy. I then told him to just remove the gel and do a regular manicure. He proceeds to do so, and upon working on me, he kept hurting me constantly. I do not recommend getting the males that work here. This was my first and last time getting a male employee, and he hurt me during the process. It was so frustrating. I didn't want to lose my cool, and I don't like making a scene, so I paid what I had to pay, even though I shouldn't have, but these people really took advantage of my kindness today. The only thing worthy here are pedicures. Highly recommend. Please do not come here for manicure designs. Find a specialist.

I would've been a loyal customer as I get my nails done biweekly, but the person who answered the phone today was not friendly or welcoming at all. Wow it's crazy that this lady responds like this to reviews after treating customers so badly already. Such an unprofessional response. Her other reviews make sense, she is not professional or nice. My boyfriend left a review of how poor my experience was and they deleted his review twice. Firstly it took me a total of 2.5 hours to get in an out of the store because the person removing my nails was a RECEPTIONIST. she had to go back and forth between me and the front desk resulting in her being inattentive and soaking my hands in acetone for way too long.At the time my hands were sensitive and my skin was flaky and peeling off. I'm embarrassed that they deleted two reviews that exposed the poor reality about this store. read more

I love this nail place! This is my second time here and I've had such a great experience both times. The salon is super clean and relaxing, everyone is so kind, and the conversations are always great. You can really tell they take their time and care about their work. I was just meeting up with some friends at El Jefe restaurant in downtown Pomona and searching for a nail spa while waiting for my friends. Surprisingly found Glam Nail Bar next to it. At first I was skeptical cuz it's a new spa but noooo.. I was very impressed of how looks inside. It was very clean and beautiful. I love my nails and pedicure. The nail technician who worked on my nails was grumpy, rude, and unprofessional. He handled my hands very aggressively, constantly yanking and tossing them while working. The way he filed my nails was extremely rough and painful. One of my nails chipped almost immediately, and when I pointed it out, he responded with a rude attitude instead of addressing the issue professionally. What concerned me the most was the cleanliness. After filing my nails, he simply shook the towel onto the floor and reused it instead of replacing it with a clean one. He also just shook the nail dust off his hands in front of me and continued working. The towel looked dirty and unsanitary, which made me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. Professionalism, customer service, and proper sanitation are all important, and I felt this visit lacked all three.
