Decided to try this place out since they had a grand opening new customer special (25% off). There is plenty of parking in the plaza and the interior is spacious, clean, and girly. Ended up getting gel #1 color on my regular nails. My nail tech Natalie was so sweet and gentle with my nails. It took about an hour to get my nails done and I love the color and shape! Didn't have enough time to get a pedicure too but will definitely come back. read more

Walked in at 10:08 am for a pedicure, first customer there. Sadly regardless of their "walk-in welcome" sign, they suggested an appointment. So they might have changed their policy, if so the sign is misleading, and walk ins are not welcome. I was not able to get my pedicure. The salon of very nice, and appeared clean. First time the nail tech couldn't do a French tip so I had to settle for a solid color. Fine. Disappointing but She did a great job. Came in 9/9/24 & had my nails done by Tina. Same thing.. could not deliver a milky white tip instead came out pink and filed crooked. They really should get actual nail techs who know what they're doing instead of 'students' who are still learning. Waste of 85$.. wanted to support local business but this place is not it. read more

I really wanted to like this place as I'm new in town and I love supporting new business but the quality work was not it for me. I walked in wanting a pedicure and took about 15 min to get seated on a chair, the nail salon was empty except for the receptionist and what seemed to be two nail techs in the front chatting there life away to a male. I finally get seated and the bubbles for the spa weren't working. I don't think much of it they're a new business and it takes a while to get momentum going. I finally get a tech to start on my toes but I'm not sure if it's her first time. We hardly keeps convo with me and cuts my toe nails really short after saying I didn't want them cut down. She then proceeds to file them more and cut on my skin. Won't be coming back. Customer service is key ladies. read more

Place looks cute and new. We made an appointment but there was no techs and they were backed so we came back later but waited too long, no water offered or anything. When we came back the place was empty and we were told that we were going to have to wait until all the other appointments were done. Overall didn't like the service or options. Sabrina has bad hygiene, poor appearance, doesn't look presentable and is rude. She has a nasty attitude with customers I don't know why they would have someone like that. Makes this place look terrible. I went in to get a full set and was greeted with her terrible attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Glam Nail Bar get your business right. This salon is clean, pretty and the girls are so friendly and accommodating. It is a calm and relaxing environment and Acela is a perfectionist with skills to match. This was the most chill pedicure I've had, with no pressure for add ons, etc. 10/10 recommend and was very satisfied with the service and the reasonable prices! read more

This place is a joke. I didnt know I was being waited on by amateurs. Both nail techs we're clueless. Like they just walked out of school. I guess you have to start somewhere. But dont charge professional prices when you are giving amateur service. The texhs coyld not get the prior gel pilish off my feet or nails. No cuticle removal, had to ask her to file my nails. She said "your nail has a snag and I can't fix it. Do you want me to continue?" I wanted to walk out but I was already engaged. That was the most agonizing 2 hours of my life. I could have done a better job myself. I wanted to ask for the tools to just take over. One tech didnt know how to use the buffer and the other tech couldnt use a file correctly. I was getting pricked and filed on constantly. My feet and hands look almost worse than before i went in. $15 extra for French Tip polish so i opt in for regular gel polish and neither tech got the polish on my nails correctly. It was just an awful experience. Ima have to go get a real mani/pedi. I tried to patronize this pretty nice glam shop but no not a good look. Owner needs to hire seasoned nail techs and keep the amateurs for fill-ins. read more

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, I drove from San Diego for this deal since they were new but it seems like they needed to get it together more before opening. I made my appointment at noon and came in 2 hours earlier to try and be done sooner but Sabrina said only 1 of 4 techs showed up so she was actually going to call and ask us to push our appointments out. I told her we would go to brunch prior to the appointment then and come after. She texted me at the original time and when I told her we would be there at 130 she said we missed our appointment and could not see us. I told her she was the one who told us it would be later and that we were on the way. When we showed up she was very rude and told us that "those who showed up on time would be seen first" and we were now walk ins even though the nail salon was empty with still only one tech. We called around and found a place nearby with a similar deal and they could see us right away so we went. Sabrina was very rude and cold when I told her to cancel our appointments and we will not try to book there again. read more
