This nail place is new and it is worth a visit! Their pedicure stations do not have massage chairs but the chairs they have are so cute and inside the design they have is very welcoming. They also have a reward program! I showed a picture of the nails that I wanted and they did exactly what I wanted! They made me feel very comfortable whenever things were painful and I wasn't afraid to express any needs or changes. Loved this place for the gel X nails I got ($50)! Will come back again! read more

I was in desperate need of a fill so I checked out locally what they had to offer. I found a spot and I Saw good reviews even though there weren't that many. You walk in and it's very nicely designed. I was going to get my fill and pedicure but they do not have massage chairs. So I decided not to. I am someone with wide hips and I barely fit in the chairs so if you're a bigger person, this place probably isn't for you. Like I said I had to squeeze my hips in there and I am a size 18. This place is not plus size friendly. As my nails were getting done I noticed the shape was poorly done and I had to have her take off the color to fix the all nails. It took two hours to get my Fills done. That was way too long and she also had to fix her mistake so I will sadly not be back but she is a sweet girl. No complaints about any attitude. She fixed her mistake and we moved on but I just don't have two hours for a fill. Also it was $55 for a fill Lastly, when I walked in I noticed there was a little fence. She keeps her dog in there with her. I don't mind because I love dogs but I don't know how clean and sanitary that really is to have in a nail shop. read more

Had a great previous experience but most recently when I went in i had to bring my 5yr old with me. Nail tech said it was fine and let her sit next to me. A few min in a couple of the other nail techs were having what i think is an un professional conversation about selling there used undergarments online. One of them even said "I dont think we should be talking about this whith a little girl in the shop" then just laughed and continued said conversation. Needless to say I will not be returning. 1st time visit and was not disappointed. I turned to yelp to help me find a place in Pomona near a hair apt my son had, so I could take advantage and get my nails done at the same time. I Called made an appointment for today 4:30. I was texted before my apt to confirm and was asked for photos of what I wanted. Sent some photos and when I got there, my tech was ready for me.. Winter was my tech and she was amazing. The environment is clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Mimosas, water or champagne offered. Winter is an artist, very detailed and takes her time. The first time I was not cut hurt or put in any discomfort when getting my nails done. She clean up my cuticles so nicely.. Gave me exactly what I wanted actually better than the photo I gave her.. I wanted to give this place a good rating, I did. It's a cute idea, well decorated, & Latina owned so perhaps take this as constructive criticism. It has great potential but just was not it. Firstly, I came in and literally no one was there. Not at the front desk, no customers, nothing. I had to walk to the back to get their attention, which isn't a big deal. I went in with gel on my natural nails that had to be soaked off versus shaved off with a nail drill that nail salons usually use. My nails were instead soaked and chucked at with a metal tool for removal. My natural nail beds are beyond damaged, papery thin & were insanely sensitive afterwards. It was painful, and only got more painful when she began to use the nail drill, using almost 4 unnecessary heads on my nails. My cuticles were practically sawed off, her hand a little unsteady, and I had cuts all over my fingers the next day (today). Then she put acetone on these cuts since the nail polish was uneven--it was excruciating! By that time, 2 full hours had passed! The color was nothing like the display and when I had asked for white, they were out of white nail polish. I just wanted to get out of there after 2 hours, the nails were so uneven & bumpy & tender! I went to a new place today to have them fixed since they were so fragile. They wiggled like a loose tooth! They were going to break if I didn't fix them. I do not recommend this place until a few improvements on technique are made!! It was however affordable, & well decorated. Just entirely painful and took far too long. Like I said, great potential however. read more

Nova was my nail artist and she made sure that the work was done right! She not only makes sure that you are comfortable with your service but she also makes sure that you and your nails are well taken care of. I appreciate her services every time i come to her for my visit. Not only is she incredibly sweet, but she works hard to make sure your nails come out just how you want them to! Also, her dog Biggie, such a sweetheart and wouldn't hurt a fly! All of the girls at the salon are sweet and really enjoy their job. You can tell! I had a nail emergency and Pink Polish came to the rescue!!! I broke one of my hard gel nails super short and had a Vegas trip the next day (no one wants to see ratchet nails throwing dice)! Dani worked wonders! I was super pressed for time (I get my a** up and work, thanks Kim K) and she came up with a brilliant solution that had my nails looking fierce and on time for my job. The owner, Caroline (spelling?) was very cool and all about customer service. The service included a free mimosa (don't tell my boss). The salon is adorable and the music is bumpin (No R. As much as I wanted to give a good review I was very disappointed lets start off by the first red flag, while I was getting my nails done, the police showed up and gave the owner a ticket who knows for what. second red flag, the owner is rude af. third red flag, your nails fell off in literally a week, I got accused of getting into a fight and that's why my nails were falling off little does the owner know I have a skin condition that causes bruising on my face. fourth red flag, they do not do refunds and the nails are Hella expensive I paid 134 for nails that are going to fall off in 3 days!!! hell no please do not come here. read more
