I'm really disappointed with my experience at 3D Nails. I paid significantly more here than I normally do at my usual nail salon because I expected better quality, but unfortunately my nails started breaking within just 2-3 days of getting a brand new set. I went back to give them the opportunity to fix the issue, and they added more acrylic, but now even more nails have broken again shortly after. A fresh set should not be falling apart this quickly, especially for the price charged. I attached photos because I wanted to show the condition of my nails only days after getting them done. I had a really bad experience here in May 12 2026 @6pm. We asked if they could fit us in for a full set and a fill and they said yes. My daughter had a good experience with the ladies there . For me on the other hand as soon as I sat down a male employee, the younger looking one, was giving me attitude from the start. He was so aggressive with me and cut 2 of my fingers. You could tell that he didn't want to be there anymore. He made my ring finger nail crooked even though I told him it was crooked. He kept giving me attitude and just would file it to fix it but that didn't fix the problem. He was so upset at one point that I had told him about my nail that he got up and went to the back with out saying anything. When he came back he notice I was not happy and then his attitude changed. He was less aggressive and kept asking if I was ok. I told him one again that my nail was crooked and I had told show the ladies my nail so they could see what I was going on. They made him fix it. He only fixed it because the said something to him or else he would have left it like that. I was going to get nails with design that and I was so made I decided to go with basic chrome nails and even then they look rushed. I told the man in the front that next time if they can't take someone at that time to please just let the client know. I could have come in another day. It's not fair to the client who is paying for a service to be treated this way. Nails are something that people enjoy getting done because it makes them feel good. This experience just left me upset and disappointed at this place. It's not the first time I've been here and I've never had this experience before. I had a gel-x removal and a deluxe pedicure today, and it was such a great experience. Myra did both services, and she was incredibly gentle and patient with me. My natural nails are very thin from wearing enhancements for a long time, but she removed the gel-x carefully with absolutely no pain. My pedicure was just as amazing--she shaped my toenails exactly the way I like, was very precise with the polishing, and super gentle throughout the entire service. I would not this place. The guy doing my toes charged me for gel even though I specifically asked for regular polish. this was unfortunate because it ended up being more expensive. Be careful because they will charge you for stuff you did not ask for. Also, as you could see in the picture, he did a horrible job on my powder dip big toes. They're uneven they don't match the rest of my toes and they look really bad. I asked him to make the left big toe shorter so it would be more even and he barely filed it down. As you could clearly see they're both uneven they look so bad I'm embarrassed. Also he gave a 30 second massage. I'm not exaggerating. It was 30 seconds. I've never had someone massage my feet for so little time. Although the lady who did my powdered dip hands did a good job I really wouldn't recommend this place. I spent over $100 to be disappointed. You can get much better quality nails for that price. A lot of other places I feel like I just got ripped off. read more

Due to that she filled for so long, but in doing so she cut the sides of my nails causing me to have so many little cuts, and still after knowing that she continued to file with the nail file. Really sad to write this review because I waited so long to try the place.. and I really wanted to like it based on how close it is to my house. Had to start off by trying to communicate with the nail tech but she didn't understand what I was saying, so another tech was translating. Well what I wanted was lost in translation. I wanted a French tip with a pink glitter line under and was given a pink tip with a silver line, I just went with it because the nails looked super cute . I also was on a time constraint . The nail tech was nice and tried to communicate but it just failed. They gave me the price tag of 100 which is more than I usually pay but I was willing to pay for quality because I really did like the shape and for a single diamond on each nail. Everything was great until the next day when I broke my first nail, then the next, within 3 days 4 broken nails. Because of my schedule I was unable to Get in until the 6th day and called, they offered me to come in to check the nail to see how much to fix. Had the worst experience here. Was overcharged wayy more than what they quoted me. The pedicure didn't even include a callous scrub and it was $40!! As for my nails, worse experience ever. Not only did they over charge me but a simple cuticle push back which has always been included in all nail services at all shops was an additional charge ‍. Mind you I called ahead of time to ask for the prices of a fill for my gel nails I had . They quoted me a fill would be $40 and $65 for the design that I wanted. Which would have made my nails $105 in total. When my nails were getting done I asked multiple times to confirm the price they quoted me and they assured me it was only going to be $105. The worker said yes that's all it would be for my nails And when I went to go pay I was quoted $150 just nails alone and then an additional $40 for the pedicure which in total made my experience $190 in total . Not only did they charge me for a cuticle push back, I was also charged for a cutt down and a nail reshape because they cutt my nails down so short I was forced into square shape when I said I wanted to keep my almond shape . I literally walked in with 3 weeks grown out BRAND NEW gel X nails and just needed a fill, Minimal cutt down and same shape and I wasn't told all of this was separate individual prices on top of the $49 fill when I had call in to book an apt. I was an charged nearly $200 in total with tip. Overall I was so disappointed . But being a good person that I am, I paid in cash and left a tip. Never again will I ever come back here and I had high hopes because thier yelp had decent reviews but goes to show that even with selected good reviews that the quality was awful( my pedicure was slapped together in 15 mins & my nails were all different lengths) service was rushed and lack of thorough communication. read more

Find another spot! The place might have had a minor face lift, but it is not worth the hassle. The last time I was here before this week was in January. I had the exact same thing done. Gel manicure and pedicure. I paid $55 dollars plus a fee for using my credit card. At that time, I was not in love with this place, however the pricing was fair and the service was fast. This week however even with an appointment I had to wait and my gel mani/pedi took close to an hour and a half. I was charged $75 which is a 36% mark up since January. This place is a joke! The equipment they use is dirty, the nail technicians made multiple mistakes on polishing and had to start over. In addition they didn't even use a brush to clean the excess polish around the nails. If I'm going to pay $75 dollars I would rather go to Pasadena where I know the establishments are clean and the people know what they are doing. **Update** My nail polish chipped a couple days after getting them done. It took the girl a hour to take off my previous set and she didn't even get it completely off... she was new and I could tell... another girl stepped in because she was moving way to slow and put my nails on for me... not the color or design I asked for... I had an appointment for a pedicure and they were quick and easy. when I sat down, a man did my pedicure but then while he was doing the service, I noticed that the tools he was using was not sterilized because they were not packaged. he had his tools in a container that seemed unclean. I'm not sure if they were sterilized or not, but I'm assuming no because when Ive gone to other salons to get a pedicure, the tools they use for the service is always sealed in a sterilized blue bag that they open up but he didn't have any of that. I pray I don't get anything bad or any infections on my foot/toes. mind you, this is my very first time here and that's what I experienced. read more
