Went here to get a quick mani and pedi before vacation... they have alot of staff. Many people that were nice and friendly and willing to do the work.. now here is a month later and in still getting my mani and pedi. The ladies at Station 12 and 14 are my favorites but you can tell by how busy they always are that they do good business and have several return customers... The worst experience if you want a manicure. If you look at my picture attached, what is this?! I used to like coming here because it's down the street from my house, but today was it! I told them I had previous gel on my nails, and they told me it was going to be $5 to remove. Cool, that's fine. Then I asked if they do designs and showed him a picture for reference, and the guy I got did not comprehend me. He asked if I wanted gel, and I said no. I wanted a design like the picture. I asked for someone else that does designs, and everyone was busy. I then told him to just remove the gel and do a regular manicure. He proceeds to do so, and upon working on me, he kept hurting me constantly. I do not recommend getting the males that work here. This was my first and last time getting a male employee, and he hurt me during the process. It was so frustrating. I didn't want to lose my cool, and I don't like making a scene, so I paid what I had to pay, even though I shouldn't have, but these people really took advantage of my kindness today. Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The so-called "manicurist" was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no idea what she was doing. I asked politely for her to smooth out my nails because they were coming out thick, lumpy, and uneven, and instead of fixing them she got defensive, raised her voice at me, and snapped, "this is how I do nails." Excuse me? A paying customer asks for their nails to look decent and your response is to argue? She kept insisting that I "wasn't understanding," when the truth is she didn't understand basic nail care. After that, she got even more careless -- filing roughly, digging into my nails, and basically taking her frustration out on me. It was painful, sloppy, and beyond unprofessional. If you want to waste money, get yelled at, and leave with ugly, bumpy nails, then this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the time and DO NOT go here. Living in chino hills I discovered this place in 2013 especially they massage feet with hot stones which most nail salons don't. Today I was in area for a Sunday after 10 am they were already busy. In the years we all go to salons depending on your schedule or where you're at. Today I got a pedicure and manicure . I had the best pedicure she focused on her job and got my feet so soft. Nancy was very friendly and took pride in her job. She would be a good teacher at a beauty college to teach people going into this profession. First I wanted to remove my acrylic nails they forgot about me and left my fingers in acetone for quite some time then when I brought it up one of the ladies just handed me a paper towel to start taking off some of the excess by myself ....I guess I'm working here guys. Second my pedicure wasn't done properly I even got cut. I asked for a simple black gel pedicure and I think she forgot and just did clear it reminded her the black polish is next to her since that's the color i let her know i wanted from the beginning. Yesterday I came w my sister to get a pedicure my sister was wearing socks and when she put her feet in the water little black fuzzy stuff from her socks were floating around & the one doing my toes noticed and she told the other employees (not the one doing my sis toes) they started laughing and pointing in the water. Happiness Nails has the best manicurist and provides the best pedicure. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and have tried different places and none compare. They ALWAYS do a good job. Only down side is that they are really busy all the time (except early weekdays FYI). Otherwise you will wait a while. Do make an appointment. The staff is professional and has the utmost expertise. They are always providing the best experience and really do take care if their clients. The pricing is good in my opinion. Unfortunately they use MMA monomer I attempted to soak my acrylics off at home and they would not come off. Although MMA monomer is cost efficient for many salons, it is very harmful to the natural nail. When you try to soak off acrylics that have been applied with MMA monomer- it's super sticky and once the acetone dries on the acrylic, it's as hard as cement. I used to love coming here, but my nails have been in pain since I stopped by for the last time 3 weeks ago. They do great work, but the fact that they use MMA monomer ruins it and probably ruined my nails too. read more

I've been to this nail place twice. First time, I wasn't able to get the design I has asked for and ended up with something very plain. I felt like I was overpriced. I decided to give them another try, however, this time around was worse. Once again, they were not able to do the design I had asked for. One of my nail's came out side ways and to top it off, I had cuts around the tip of my fingers. I told the lady who was doing my nails that she was hurting me when she was cutting my cuticles, she didn't seem to care. I felt like she was very rough on my nails when she was working on them. I used to love this place but it really takes one bad experience to make someone never come back. First I booked an apt with my girl Japan before a trip I was taking. Upon arrival they told me there was a scheduling mix up and I couldn't get my art done by Japan. Instead they pushed another lady on me and continues to show me work that wasn't hers. Unfortunately I was convinced - ultimately she did not to a very good job and I actually had to get a color change at another place because I just couldn't go on vacation as is. Moving forward as I was leaving I was expressing how unsatisfied I was with my service and the owner was very rude and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. FURTHERMORE, my nail broke and it was the most painful experience (pictured). I already was never going back but now I feel like I just warn other. I was in the area and decided to drop by for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. First off let me start by saying that this was the most expensive plain pedicure I've ever had $39. I normally pay $28 for gel pedicure else where. It's been 7 days and my toes look crusty. Not only is the gel very low quality, but the tech couldn't shape my nails to save her own life. I asked for a small trim. Well she went ahead and over cut them. To top it off, she cut one of my big toes nails in a slant, and every time she tried to fix it it just got shorter and shorter. At the end she couldn't fix it and left it slanted. She couldn't even shape my other toe nails. I could have totally skipped a pedicure but i wanted a color change, she overall ruined the length and shape. I also ended up with sore feet from how hard to scrubbed them. My feet actually had dry blood when i got home I then got a gel manicure, the guy would not get off his phone. (I can't remember the price of the manicure) I pointed out to him that i didn't like the large gap he was leaving between the cuticle and polish. Left it anyways. The gel has not only chipped, and scratched, but also looks cheap, old, and dirty. He also shaved my skin so deep that i couldn't wash my hands for two days without having a harsh sting reaction to the water. This is not the best nail place to go to. Also the owner is not the nicest and happiest guy either. Acted bothered by the fact that i was ready to pay. I hate leaving low ratings, i just can't pretend like this standard for a nail shops. read more

I went in on a Friday evening on my birthday. I checking in about 6:15pm. I got the mani/pedi spa treatment with gel nail. It was $120. I will never come back here and I suggest you don't either. The massage on my hand was basically the girl pinching me. Normally when getting both services done the manicurist will move to the right or left depending on what hand they are doing. Not this place. She stayed in one spot and kept tugging on my opposite hand/arm. I could enjoy my pedicure until she was finished. The only complaint I had with the pedicure was, SHE FORGOT TO DO MY LEFT PINKY TOE!! I didn't even notice until the next morning while I was out of town. I tipped them both $20 because of the times we are living in but damn, I'm going to have to rethink tipping cause this service was trash. I even got an INFECTION on my left ring finger. I chose white tips and the cost was $27. Don was my manicurist and he was professional and very fast! He completed the full set in 50 minutes. Well this older man was doing my nails with the sander and then he cut my skin I was bleeding a lot. It hurt he burnt it.
