I have high potential for ingrown nails on my big toes and she knows EXACTLY how to clean them so that they are comfortable. I have searched for years for someone that is knowledgeable AND kind and that is what I found. If I have ever not liked a color I chose, she has always been willing to change the color and doesn't make me feel bad because she just wants her customers to be happy. I refuse to go anywhere else and can't recommend Lynn enough! The salon itself is clean, spacious, and does not have an overly strong acrylic smell that many salons can have. I have always been treated kindly. Bring cash to pay (for your own savings) but they accept other forms of payment for a fee. There's also always some sort of promo going on to save a buck so sign up for their texts (they're not excessive texts which is nice). Suggesting I pay for an entirely new set rather than standing behind your work was disappointing. While I understand accidents can happen, accountability is measured by how a business resolves them. Unfortunately, my overall experience--from the injury to the quality of the services and the resolution offered--did not meet the standards expected from a salon with your pricing.
