So I know not everyone will have this experience.. it was definitely particular to me. Where do I start.. I went in here and I was getting spoken to like I've never had a full set in my life. I've been getting full sets for 10 years. I asked for gel x and they sat me with a very inexperienced nail tech. Whoever was in charge of that decision should have known better. She was filing the gel x like they were acrylics. I asked for only one coat of polish and the woman told me "no I know what I'm doing, you don't. I know." Unfortunately for her, I was really nice and I've been getting full sets done for 10 years. If I want one coat of color or clear coat, it's because I want the nail to be thinner. They are so uneven it's crazy. Gel x is not something that should come out this uneven. It also took two hours. Gel x is like 45 min tops. Every nail is a different shape and size. Did I mention I got French tip? No design just French tip. This set was $70.... For two hours and every nail a different shape. I was so annoyed I just payed and left like most people do. Whoever was in charge of putting me with that nail tech needs to seriously rethink why they did that. They knew she wasn't doing well. I'm not mad it's just really bad work. read more

Mixed experience here. Came here on Wednesday 8/16, by Thursday 8/17 my French tip looks like that (see photo). I don't expect a regular mani to last long, but in less than 24 hours? Should've known better when "Tiffany" forgot to put a second top coat on and walked away, I had to remind her to come back and finish the job. I have been coming to Glamor Nails for years, and for song long I would get amazing service. However, I have noticed that in recent visits over the past year or so, the quality in my service has gone down. Nail techs seem rushed, and none of the tools, chairs, or tables in the salon seem to have been cleaned or sterilized thoroughly. I am pretty sure that I have gotten an infection from them once or twice. Today, I waited 30 mins for my appointment to start, even though I called and booked days ahead of time. Watching my nail tech use assorted tools that she just grabbed from random bins on her cart, and not even use a liner in the foot bath, made me very upset. Additionally, my nail tech did not ask which service I would like at all-- just gave me a basic pedicure and then hurried onto the next person. I don't think I'll be coming back here unless there is a complete revamping of the services, cleanliness of the salon, and improvement in technicians attitudes towards paying customers. read more

This is my 3rd review for Glamor. I've come here for years but again, it's too inconsistent for me to continue supporting. My nails at the beginning of October came out fabulous and I loved them, but I just returned today and had the worst nail service ever. I chose a burgundy color for fall but it came out looking more like a classic red and I did not like the glitter used on top. The manicure came out very sloppy as there is red all over my skin around the nail bed. It looks very unprofessional and is not worth over $50 nor the 1+ hour I spent at the salon. I'm pretty embarrassed by how they look and think I will need to get them re-done this week elsewhere. read more

Service was bad. I went in with my friend and they took advantage cause we are minors. We asked for the $30 and $27 pedicure, it ended up being $87. The ori price that the lady said was $80 but she talked to her friend and then said $87. They kept giving us stuff that wasn't in the package and we didn't ask for it and we said NO when they offered it but they didn't listen. And then the colors did not match what it showed. Just because we are minors does not mean that you should be taking advantage of us. read more

I don't write reviews--ever--but felt the need to after my experience so others don't waste their money/get hurt in the process. I got a gel x fill. I was very vocal and communicative about what I wanted the whole appointment, and she kept giving me what she thought was good. She didn't clarify what she was doing, she just did it. She cut me 4 times, and kept filing over where I was bleeding. She said sorry, but proceeded to file over where I was bleeding, which was extremely painful. My nails were red, sore, hurt to the touch, and bleeding for days after. Every single nail came out crooked, or dented on the sides. I got heart designs and they chipped in one day. My bestfriend told me they literally look like press ons since they're thinner than my natural nail beds. I also got a pedicure and it chipped within the first week. Lastly, their salon is so so so dirty. The closer I looked, the more horrified I got. I really hope nobody else has the experience I had! read more
