She cut my nails without saying anything. Asked for almond shape and told me she can't do it unless i get a tip. My nails are not short they are medium length. I told her i want them the same length and get gel nails. She cut them and now they are short forcing me to get a tip. Im sure she did this without making sure with me first so she can get more. I came across this place as my usual place was closed and I absolutely love this place they did an excellent job and she did just what I wanted on my gel x design I wish I knew her name, So I can request her next time. She was very fast and paid attention to detail I even came back a few days later for my toes too. This place even had a book just for pink gel colors which is my dream! I do have to say I was a little disappointed that when my nail broke the nail technician cut my nail and filed it down so now two nails are different lengths. I showed her an inspo picture and she was able to recreate it and was very patient with me. So I have been grieving the loss of my mother ( she passed May of 2024) and getting pedicures was something we would do together often. I was with my mom the last time she went to a nail salon before her health quickly declined. As we all know grief comes in waves and the waves have been big and heavy lately. This morning I went to go get my pedicure, I was the second client of the day, no big deal and I have been to this nail salon before and know I wasn't showing any signs of grief since with time we learn to bottle it all up but I don't know if anyone sensed it but let me tell you, I had the most amazing pedicure of my life today! Ive had some good pedicures in other places but honestly it's been over 10 years since I've had a good pedicure and the one today was perfection. Everything was done with so much care. The pedicurist was very meticulous, we exchanged very little words and I regret not asking what her name was again but everything was perfection. The cleaning of the nails was done well and gently, the massage had the right pressure. I also got my eyebrows waxed by someone else and I don't wax my eyebrows or upper lip since my skin tends to rip off but the wax was done gently as well, she was also really nice. Maybe it was a sign from the heavens and maybe my mom was there whispering in the ears of the employees/ nail techs but the service here really brightened up my day. I left feeling relaxed, clean, pretty and it felt like a lot of the heaviness of my grief lifted away. read more

My first time here and. 100$ for French tip with pearl chrome. I saw the machine she put in front of me with the flat 100$ with the crazy suggested tips after. I didn't hear any price along the way or hear a it will be plus extra for chrome. To be fair my fault I didn't ask. I blame myself for that.. They look good from far but closely u can see they the lines are crooked. And lumpy. They want you in and out so they don't see the imperfections. Some of the curves are inconsistent. And the gel already chipped I had to go back the day after to get it fixed. But for 100$ you'd think they would be good and not chip. They use already used files and for the monomer they pour it back into the bottle after they use it on you. And no I didn't tip. I usually tip. But she was going hard on my cuticle area and burned my skin. And for that price for only an hour long service. I hope my nails stay for at least 3 weeks. I like new sets. Never fills after two weeks. But for this price. I was shocked. After getting it fixed a day after its chipping again read more

The ladies here are very nice so I don't have any complaints about how I was treated. The three times I've been here I've noticed that there was a lack of detail with my nail job. Once I got dip powder for my nails and the nail tech left all the residue on my fingers when she was done. I had to walk over to the sink and clean my hands myself which is ok I guess, but when I put on my shoes (because I got a pedicure too) I ended up staining my shoes with the dip residue :( The second time I went there I got a mani & pedi and I wanted to match the color on my hands and feet. I was told they had the same color I selected for my mani for my pedi as well, but by the end of the job you could clearly see the color on my feet did not match my manicure color at all. The third time I went there I figured I will do something very basic and simple--a French manicure. My thought was that this is standard and no one can mess this up, however, that wasn't the case. I requested almond shaped nails, but the tech really didn't know how to do that. My nails ended up looking like long rounded nails :/ Secondly, the line of the white tip on the nail was crooked on more than one fingernail. I decided to come to this shop because I saw online that they say they always keep their technique up to date and are improving but maybe I misunderstood what that meant exactly. After coming here three times I can say I'm not satisfied with what I received and I won't be returning. Again, the staff was very nice and the shop is clean but I was not happy with the quality of my mani/pedi, color or shape of my nails. read more

I'm done with this place. My gel manicures always come out super sloppy due to careless mistakes like my nails not being dry before applying the polish, creating bubbles and an uneven application. She didn't even soak or trim my cuticles, just used the e-file. No lotion or hand massage. I asked about the price on the chrome polish ($5 extra) but opted for the regular gel polish and was still charged the $5 extra. I booked my appointment on their website and it said gel manicures are $30, but I was charged $35. My manicure lasted a couple of days before chipping. The cut corners are unacceptable I will NEVER return here again, and I've been a customer for over two years. Time to move on read more
