Amazing! We went on a Thursday night and were pleasantly surprised to find they weren't too busy. We were able to find spots in the back parking lot with ease, and were sat immediately when we entered. (We had a reservation, but we didn't need one given the seating availability.) The ambiance is amazing, perfect for a date night or a group gathering. (The winter decorations were still up ao that added a nice touch!) Thankfully the menu complimented the aesthetic, and we enjoyed our meal! The Marilyn Monroe was delicious- light and fruity but not super sweet. The chicken marsala was to die for- the chicken was tender, the portions were perfect, and the flavors were on point all around. (We asked for salt and pepper and didn't even use it.) We spent a little over $100 for 2 drinks, a salad, and 2 entrees. But for a finer than casual dining experience, the prices were fitting. We left happy, full, and satisfied. Now we all Had various food options and they were all Subpar or aaa supposed to be a tapas vibe but the food wasn't super shareable and it was pricey. Tonight was my second time to glamour. We had a wonderful experience the first time and an awful experience this second time. Let me start with how things were completely messed up as soon as we arrived. I had contacted glamour in advance to schedule my birthday party. I had 17 people coming with me. I asked about sitting at a certain table with a tv above it that would play something for my birthday. I found a pic on glamour's instagram where they put a picture for another girl. They said that was no problem, I just needed to send a pdf. I sent the pdf, they said it would show as my guests were coming in and up until everyone got seated. I arrived and it was not playing, I asked about it and they said they didn't know and acted like they didn't care to know or ask. The guy said, "I don't do that kind of stuff" I let him know I wasn't happy about that but he never contacted anyone to come talk to me. I also told him no one ever told me that it wouldn't work. In my emails to the business and during a phone conversation, I also asked about the club/dancing situation. I was mislead in to believing that the main dining area became a club or the back lounge could be a possibility. When I checked out the back lounge it smelled like weed, when I looked around I saw a bong. It was thick with some kind of smoke and haze. It was difficult to breathe in there. There was not any dancing back there. I was extremely disappointed and mislead into attending the venue. Also, the food was terrible this time, I'm not sure what happened but four of us (who were together during my first visit here) got the same thing as we did the first time. Most of it tasted different and not good at all. As a matter of fact, I had one slider and didn't eat the rest. I had two friends pay $35 for lobster Mac that they couldn't finish because it was so bad. We did have a few people enjoy the chicken lollipops. The other issue we had was with getting back $20 that my friend gave the security guard to give the DJ to play a certain song. The DJ was not playing the song and we were going to leave. When trying to get it back and talking to an employee about the club situation in the back I was suggested to who they called the owner. I explained the situation, he didn't seem to think it was a big deal. I'm not sure he was even really an owner, he didn't act as such. He asked why I couldn't just dance in the main dining. I said, because people were still eating and it is awkward and no one is dancing. He says, "I can't help it if we are dead" At that point I decided it was time me and my party leave. Was so excited for this new venue in OKC, but was left a little disappointed. The place is absolutely gorgeous from the many beautiful chandeliers to the plush seating. I love the cozy vibe of little nooks and crannies along with a beautiful bar and great seating there too. I love the uniform of the staff, the all black with the guys wearing gold suspenders, adds a special touch to the aesthetic. There are 3 venues here, restaurant/bar, ultra lounge, and a stage for live performances. Went in for an early dinner and had no issues with seating and was quickly served. This was a visit within the first week of their opening, and the staff definitely needs to get more information on their menu because there was quite a few things they didn't have answers for. On to the food & drinks itself: was very disappointed in the food. We ordered the pomme frites, & the peppercorn filet medallions. The fries were a little over cooked but were good-and the accompanying sauce was fantastic. Full of flavor. The steak was $42 and was approximately 3 oz total and Was overcooked. The flavor of the peppercorn sauce was nice though. We also ordered their $25 mini dessert tower which was full of tiny desserts that appeared to be prepackaged desserts. Drinks: I tried the Marilyn Monroe & the white Cosmo. The drinks were good but were also $15 each. This weekend I had the pleasure of attending a super cute Birthday Brunch for a dear friend. We met up at Glamour Dining and Nightlife for fun and fellowship. If you know me then you know I LOVE a beautiful space, good food and good atmosphere. There are so many cute photo ops within the space. The food and cocktails were tasty and served in a timely fashion ( I'm big on that) and the service was impeccable. We ordered everything so that we can share so I sampled the maple glazed bacon, the waygu Sliders, cinnamon roll, chicken and waffles, meat and cheese board, pigs in a blanket and artichoke crab dip. Y'all, that crab dip was chefs kiss and the Sunrise Margarita was good and SKRONG. . The place is Massive offering small plates, cocktails, and plenty of room to unwine with friends. Offering a brunch option as well on Saturday and Sunday, their grand opening will be June 1st. Right now they have a rotating menu throughout this week allowing the chefs to have fun making different dishes but they will have a regular menu set after grand opening. We had Crab Truffle artichoke dip w/crostinis- this was a recommendation of our server and we are glad we took her advice! 5/5 Cheese & Meat charcuterie board- this was excellent! I went with a group for dinner one night. We ordered a number of different dishes. Each dish (sides and entrees are in their own dish) was served as the cook completed it. Meaning these weren't timed to finish at roughly the same time. We had people halfway done with their food before others even received theirs. I received my Brussel sprouts long before I received my potstickers. The Brussel sprouts were yummy. The potstickers, however, were not something I would recommend. I had another event also planned there (separate events planned by different people) for brunch. Same delivery method with brunch. This was much slower with time. We had a self-proclaimed slow eater. She got her food first. She was almost done with her food before the rest of us even began to receive our food! Overall, the food was ok, but nothing I have to go back for. The atmosphere and food presentation was all on point, but the taste was definitely lacking. Compare it to pretty bar food. You don't go to BWW because the food is delicious. Concept COULD work.. but for now...Issa no. The food was decent. The filets were good. Cauliflower was good! Mushrooms..not that much of a fan. The apple tarts were delish, and so was the crab dip. Not shown are the lobster shooters. Tempera fried lobster was okay, but I'm not a fan of the sauce that comes with it. Also, I ordered the creme brulee. I am very picky about this..it was 3 different flavors; chocolate, vanilla, and chefs special, was vanilla with pistachio nuts. That was ok. It was also a bit over cooked, so it was curdled a bit and had that eggy taste instead of that smooth custard type taste. The appetizer we tried I believe was the cedar plank smoked salmon. Very very good. The other girls got the grilled prime filet (grilled 7oz prime filet drizzled with savory red wine demi glaze, crowned with fried leeks, served with caramelized onion & goat cheese, whipped potatoes & bacon wrapped asparagus). I was going to get the chicken tikka masala but they were out. I ended up getting the pan-seared red snapper escovitch. (served with roasted sweet red pepper polenta and sauteed rapini) I loved the pickled vegetables on top I actually wish it had came w more of it!! It was wonderful! Now, this is a restaurant that after a certain time turns into more of a lounge/bar and you have to be 21+ after a certain time. Therefore the ONLY criticism I have is that the waitresses were dressed in super short shorts w OU jerseys on bc it was game day. Now since I'm paying upwards of $30 a plate $50+ on most I would expect my waitress to be dressed professionally not in a jersey. I believe they should just change into the jersey outfit when it switches to a bar/lounge. I also tried a really nice moscato, I had a couple. The waitress didn't know the alcohol menu very well though and had to go ask someone else questions which is fine but I don't think the person she asked knew much either. We came to Glamour for a bachelorette party. The service was phenomenal. We had several servers outside of our own (who was also exceptional) come around a check on us, fill up our water glasses and remove empty dishes from our table. The interior of the restaurant is in the name, GLAMOUR. Very swanky with Chandeliers, velvet chairs and booths with gold accents. Also, the menus LIGHT UP!? bougie! The drinks and food were tasty. Came here for drinks in their back room one Saturday night and it was dead. They played the same what it seemed like 10 songs on a loop. We didn't mind and stayed because it was chill enough we could have conversation. Flash forward wanted to come back and try their food since it seemed to have good presence on social media. Do not buy into it. We had an 8:15pm reservation. Took 15 minutes before we all received menus or were even checked on. Server finally came and got our drink and food orders. We see the server then make his away around to 3 other tables after taking our orders. Come to find out one of the tables were his friends so he kept making sure they were taken care of. The bar was dead. It took us 30 minutes to get 1 beer and 2 drinks. Anytime I go somewhere new I like to ask the server what their favorite menu item is. Went with his suggestion of Lobster Mac & Cheese. At this point is about 9:30 we had to flag down another person who just happened to be the owner to ask where our food was. 2 appetizers and 1 entree. He went and checked and said that the server had put in the order in the back bar and the system was down so it never got put in. He apologized and said he would give us a gracious discount and free dessert. 5 minutes later our food came out warm. Like it had been sitting for 30 minutes. Lobster Mac was $30. Absolutely not enough lobster in it to make it worth it and absolutely bland. I was so disappointed. Had to cover it with salt and pepper. I looked around to see many guests had also ordered the same item and yet barely touch their plates. By this time we had been there for 2 hours and were ready to go. Our check had dessert added to it $25 and the discount the owner gave was $25. We hadn't even received the dessert at this point. Drinks we ordered on the menu showed $10. They charged us $15 for all them and said they gave us the old menus so the prices changed. How is this our fault? We asked them to please just take off the dessert we did not want to wait for it. We will become a regular for brunch and dinner. This Sunday we enjoyed a live DJ while watching a football game on the giant television. At least 14' across. We could hear strong gospel signing in the huge back area as well. We can't wait to attend. The food was as good as the restaurants name! 7 plates and we all thought we each had the best food. Attended an event there to see an artist play and many people are dancing in this tiny, hot room. A male bartender who looked to be Native American refused to give me a cup of water when I was on the verge of passing out because he wanted me to pay for water. The service was subpar. We received cold food and if we did receive warm food, it was not what we had ordered. We were told we would not be charged for the wrong food, but ended up with the wrong food still on our tickets. So they were attempting to make up pay for both. Also, no where did they say they charge a automatic tip for a "large party", for a party of 7. Which mind you on our ticket it said, "10 guest" as if you needed 10 guest to get the automatic gratuity added. When we asked about this, we were told that if the table spends over $300 then we are automatically considered a "large group". The food was also subpar, we received a "tuna wonton" sharable that was sadly 2 square wontons cut in half with 4 very thin slices of tuna and a drop of wasabi. Overall do not recommend.
