I understand rentals can have limitations, but I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail, especially for an important occasion. I also wish the response to our concerns had been more helpful. You don't need a reservation, but sign in when you come in. Check out the tuxedos and suites while waiting. Someone will call your name and ask you which suit you prefer, tie and shoes too. One short sleeve Polo style shirt...$7.00 for just one. I was surprised since the receipt they give you when you drop off the shirts doesn't show the price. I then went to pay in cash. They don't take cash, only credit cards. This has to be the only dry cleaner in the US that won't accept cash. They said it's because of robberies. I read the news in my community and never heard of this place ever getting robbed. This place is in Brentwood which has high value homes so they are taking advantage of it with their prices that are double than most dry cleaners. Personally I would rather drive an extra couple of miles just to not get ripped off. If you like paying more than double and never being able to pay with cash then this place is right up your alley.
