That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. She said you can either have a refund or you can go get the removal which at that point I had to make a choice I have no idea how much removal is, but she was not going to help me with both then she told me that I had to wait for my refund because she uses a system to where she could not get the refund back at that point. I let her know I want to be her company, I am a business owner myself when it comes to my client I would take it out of my business account and whatever third-party or system that she uses, she should have dealt with them on their own not me needing to wait at that point I had no choice because she gave me no other options She said I finally put a review on my social media Instagram, which I also have proof of at that point she goes into my DM's threatening me to sue me get attorneys involved and she also told me I'm not getting my money. Well take that back first she said it was going to be six weeks. She never told me six weeks until now, so two weeks six weeks by the end of that conversation when I said the review is based off of my experience that I had with you and your company I have every right to express she then told me now I'm not getting anything. I also have those screenshots overall it was her because I considered her a friend, this wasn't $100 job. This was $650. This was my it has affect it self esteem the way I take pictures and for someone to just not care or to constantly blame me or make me feel like I did something wrong when I was 100% understanding that mistakes happen but I got sick of being treated like I was doing something wrong, God bless her. Granted the place where she does her work is small, but keep in mind that this is not a full service day spa. As far as I know, she is there to do services such as waxing, eyelashes and maybe facials? But She does well to keep it pleasant. Parking is easy, finding the room can be a little difficult (she is on the second floor of the complex). Another thing to be aware is that (I think) she only goes by credit card and check. The room is very clean and atmosphere pleasant. Plus her price for brazilian waxes is unbeatable in cleveland oh. Hands down.
