The moment I stepped through the door I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically. There was a wait even though I had an appointment but it wasn't a big deal to me. It was quiet and relaxing so I enjoyed a long soak and extra massage chair time lol Vicki's is great! She was meticulous and knowledgeable about my nail care. Even though I was the last appointment of the night she took her time and made sure my nails came out perfectly. She didn't rush and made me feel like I've been coming here for years. Zara's was much nicer, with a nice smell of incense and very zen inside. They have 13 different ventilation zones compared to Vivian's one! I felt much safer there as a result. The foot bath and massage chair were wonderfully relaxing. The sisters were incredibly nice and did a great job on our pedis! They mentioned that there are companies that have offered to take down negative reviews on Yelp if they pay them $600-700. They've declined because they want to know what they need to do to improve. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend them!

The salon is beautiful. However, they scheduled me and then called an hour later to tell me the…read morenail tech didn't want to work that late and could I move my appointment earlier. I did. The nail tech was not friendly. She did ok with a white gel acrilic manicure, but it is white polish and she did it really thick - thicker than necessary in my opinion. It turned out fine. She did a diamond design and when I asked her to add one more diamond where there was a gap she didn't seem too happy. I was disappointed in the hand massage. It was literally 5-10 seconds per hand. That is the part of the manicure I look forward to, so that was a let down. It would've been better if they had skipped it all together. I might try this place out again because it isn't too far from my house. But if I have a similar mediocre experience again I will probably just go to my old salon in Holbrook.
