I'm not vegan at all, but the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Brandon, who had the most welcoming and awesome vibe. He offered me a free slice of his mom's vegan carrot cake to try as i was very skeptical and it was absolutely delicious, i ended up buying a second piece! Then I tried the vegan beef sticks, and those blew me away too. Brandon's energy and hospitality were so great that I completely forgot about the pizza and decided to order my whole meal right there.(Also the pizza spot is not kid friendly at all unless you're fathering little vampires!) Even if you aren't vegan, this place is 100% worth checking out. Great food, incredible service, and top tier vibes. I'll definitely be back!

It's either Riverside or Los Angeles. The Los Angeles location is nice because it has standard restaurant seating and the vibe is full on Monty's! It's so cool! I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. We always bring friends here to try Monty's plant-based grub! This place rocks.

I absolutely love their mascot though and they have free stickers that look like him. All food is vegetarian friendly! 100% plant-based.

I'm excited to go back this week for tacos with my vegetarian coworker. it's located in a parking lot in DT Riverside, so there's some outside seating, I ate it in my car though since it was a hot day and there isn't much shade, and the trailer isn't too large so the service didn't take too long but it wasn't as fast as a big chain restaurant which is expected. However they were nice, gave me a killer burrito and like I said I'm going back

Tried to call the number…read morein advance as we were weren't from the area to make sure it was a stationed location as sometimes food trucks travel to different sites, but no answer. We luckily found the address and it was stationed in the corner of a parking lot. We immediately were excited. Ordered tacos, a burrito, and a drink. Everything came out correct as ordered, and everything were also priced correctly. All plant-based ingredients, most made in-house. The portion was okay and it was decent for what we paid. We've been to many different vegan restaurants all over--and we know the average prices. So we feel the prices were good considering overhead costs. Pros: *Easy Parking *Decent Pricing *Decent Portion *Okay Service *Good Food *Presentation was Decent *Small Seating My advice and tips: The taco meat was a little on the salty side. I love salty, but this was a bit salty even for me. All their 3 different sauces had the same sour-ish taste so not sure what the base of their salsa were, the owner answered all of our questions and requests, but I think he was too busy and occupied but could be more friendly and smile. I don't know if they play music on some days or nights but some music would be nice and inviting. It was a hot day today and a canopy would've been also nice. We definitely would've ate at their table, but instead ate in the car. It would've probably attracted and brought in more business. The food did take some time, but it came out fresh. That being said, it wasn't bad. I wouldn't drive far to eat here however I would definitely be back if I was in town.

The bowl was really good using fries instead of rice honestly made it hit way harder. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and everything on top tied together really well without feeling too heavy. The combo plate was just as solid. The chicken was tender, the beef had a nice char and flavor, and both tasted fresh. Portions were generous too--definitely didn't feel like they were skimping. Everything tasted authentic and well-made, not dry or bland like some Mediterranean spots can be. Sauces brought it all together without overpowering the meat. Service was quick and the spot has a casual, no-frills vibe--just good food that comes out fast. Overall, really solid Mediterranean spot in Riverside. Good portions, good flavor, and worth coming back to.

We were feeling Mediterranean and decided to try out a new place…read more First off the service and delivery were great. The food arrived on time, the order was correct, and it came all the way from Riverside. I'm not sure on the ambiance because I had the food delivered. As for the food, i opted for the combo plate. It came with 3 pieces of steak, chicken, and 1 Kefta kabob, rice, 2 sides, and pita bread. They have a lot of sides to choose from but I don't like that there's an up charge to substitute salad for rice so I got the rice. I love that they allow you to select how you want your beef cooked. I ordered Medium and it was cooked perfectly. The kefta kabob was well seasoned and packed full of Mediterranean spices (delicious). The chicken was full of flavor, cooked all the way through and tender. The rice was full of flavor. I've never had Mediterranean food with rice like this. You may or may not like it. I enjoyed the extra flavor than just having white rice. The tabbouleh was fresh and gave my meal some brightness. The pita bread was a disappointment for me. You could tell it's store bought or not freshly made. You can taste the flour or starch on it. It was dry and not good. It reminded me of the Pita bread in the bakery section of food4less. The other disappointing element to my meal was the cucumber yogurt (tzatziki) I don't like that the cucumber was cubed and it was watery. It lacked that cucumber flavor and it appeared to be prepared watered down intentionally. It was even lacking that tart yogurt taste because it was so thinned out. Overall, it was still a fairly good meal. I would suggest making or buying better pita bread. I would be willing to try it again because the meat was delicious and I'd get hummus instead of the cucumber yogurt.

Parking is now free assuming you don't get yourself towed taking a marked spot for nearby Danny's or Del Taco. Inside is familiar for anyone who ever dined here when Frice was around. I still miss that Szchuan restaurant, but I think this place might be my new favorite in the area. After two fantastic meals I am enthusiastic about trying a wider range of menu items. My initial visits saw me having to stick with softer foods because of an ongoing root canal and temp crown. On both occasions I opted for what I consider a house specialty dish: Ma Po Tofu Brisket, which is loaded with the famous mouth-numbing spices and enough for two meals as well. A warm welcome. My first time was very good all around, especially the friendliness of the employees and good service. I had the Ma Po mentioned above, and the housemade pork and chive dumplings. The dumplings were so good! I had to cut them in half to avoid problems with the affected tooth, but that's how I discovered using some of the hot oil and gravy from the tofu dish enhanced the flavors of the dumplings. I ate all of them and brought about half the tofu dish home for lunch the next day. Second visit. Still affected by the temp crown, and salivating over another round of the Ma Po Tofu Brisket, I headed in just as the employees were about to eat a midday meal of seasoned boiled chicken and pan fried shrimp. It looked good, and I was pleasantly surprised when one guy brought me a small bowl to try. An appetizer. My variation of the first time was moving on to try the pork, shrimp and chive dumplings, which are also superb, and benefit from the tofu sauce, too. Again leftovers, this time with a side of rice ($2. Noodles next! That's the plan, and something else nobody shared pictures of.

Like the fried rice was underwhelming (Panda is better, which is pathetic). Service is very nonexistent, but this could be cultural. For instance, on some occasions they take way too long to come take your order. Other instances they bring the check to your table and other times you must go to the register and pay--otherwise you are going to sit there for at least another 10 minutes. Do no plan on trying any other dishes because all the other things have been borderline gross/inedible. Surprised they don't have things like scallion pancake/wonton soup, but they would likely disappoint like every dish besides the spicy veggie noodles. Will return for those delicious noodles and order take-out.

You grab a bowl, pick literally…read morewhatever you want (meats, veggies, noodles) and they cook it for you in your choice of broth. It's honestly such a fun experience and lets you fully customize exactly what you're craving. I went with the #1 original broth in a mild spicy level, and it was so good, super flavorful, balanced heat, and just overall really satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and soaked up the broth nicely. This is one of those places where you end up creating your perfect bowl every time. One warning though: don't go overboard when filling your bowl The first time I came, no one told me how it worked and I ended up with like 2 lbs of food. It was great, but definitely too much and I had to take leftovers home. Portion control is key here. Price: Pricing is based on weight, which makes it flexible but easy to accidentally overspend if you're not careful. It's roughly around $13.99 per pound, with most bowls landing somewhere in the $15-30 range depending on how much you load up. It's pretty reasonable for the quality and customization, but just keep an eye on how full your bowl gets. Ambiance: The space is on the smaller side and tends to get busy, so it can feel a bit tight during peak hours. There aren't a ton of tables or seating options, so it's not the best spot for big groups or long hangouts. Expect more of a quick, casual dining vibe with possible wait times. Service: Service is efficient and gets the job done well, especially considering how busy it can get. The process is straightforward (pick, weigh, choose your broth) and they bring it out pretty quickly once it's cooked. Parking: Parking is generally manageable since it's in a huuuge plaza area, no need to circle endlessly here!

There's a line" obviously we know there is a line? I am not blind. He yelled that in front of all the customers and everyone in the line. and turns out the machine wasn't even working which is why we couldn't pay. So whose fault is that. Never yell at customers ever again because he clearly doesn't have good customer service. Everyone else is nice, especially guy with glasses and guy with a tattoo. But this same worker has a problem everyday, I know this because I go very week. and he shouldn't be working if he can't handle the stress when it gets busy or be able to understand what a customer is asking for. Also it seems like they choose what customer to make pay BEFORE they eat and customers who can pay AFTER? I noticed that.. why is that..? I would like an apology because I give them good service and I got treated like this.
