Another young woman who arrived after me asked, "How much longer, I've been here 20 minutes already". She was told, "About 20 minutes, there are other customers". No reassurances or apologies. Only to call back minutes later and tell me that they can't do a mobile repair and if I can't come into the shop I'll have to call someone else to fix it and the lady hangs up in my face. As if that's not frustrating enough the service tech that came out initially left all the screws and bolts from my Benz door off because he expected to come right back when the correct window came in. So now I'm not only without a window in in car, I had to wait a week only to be told they won't come back out and do a mobile repair, and the inside of my Benz door is off and not put back together.
