Not very happy at all that when they asked me if I would like any part of the interior concentrated on. And I said the head liner and I was told they don't clean the headliner no more. I mean, how dumb could that be? It's like saying you don't clean the backs of the seats. It's still part of the interior of the car. I am really impressed with my experience with B&R, they wired up and installed my amp and box with two subs in it, for my 2015 Ford Edge. They were cheaper than almost all the shops that I called around for and seemed very professional. They let me drop off my car the night before so that way they would lock it up inside their garage instead of leaving it outside all night which I really appreciated. By mid afternoon the next day I got a call that it was all ready and they needed up taking off 25 dollars from the initial price they told me because they didn't the more expensive wiring like they thought they would. I would 100% go back to this place for any future work I need done. Today, I had a backup camera installed in my 2015 Mazda Miata MX5. I bought this backup system online because I wanted a different one than the one they carried in stock. I asked them to wire it to the parking lights instead of the reverse light circuit so that I could control it independent of what gear it is in.
