Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process.
