I asked Carmasters to do what they could NOT to total my car. They worked with my insurance and returned the car to me in 3 weeks just as good as new. She explained every step of the process to me so that I understood what was going on. She even recommended a decent place to get breakfast while I waited. Becky handled getting the fix transferred to West Herr Auto Glass from the national chain and managed that whole process with my auto insurer herself. Brian explained the issue with the windshield wiper that was encountered. And I have to mention that Julia, Becky, and Brian were understanding, excellent communicators, very friendly and personable, and frankly blew me away with their professionalism, understanding and execution of the business and how they handled me as a customer.
