He stated my car insurance with State Farm is amazing as he seen other customers with higher deductible than $200. Reza took the time and efforts to researched based on his inquiries for my insurance policy number and we had a 3 way conference call with State Farm to file my new claim for this unexpected cracked windshield cause by last October 20, 2025 from our stormy windy weather which a tree branch fell on my windshield overnight when I discovered this the next morning commuting to my seasonal job. After Reza gathered all his paperwork and figured out the cost to me was broken down as total amount windshield, labor, and fixing the camera calibrations come out to $1,173. I pay $200 State Farm car Insurance pays about $973 Reza even volunteered to offer me an additional $50 discount. Therefore, my deductible decrease from $200 to $150 which is amazing and affordable. I shopped around with 10 other companies and prices are extremely higher as Reza's rivals only provided the customer's free quote w/out insurance and not including the ****fixing the camera calibrations*** which were extra fees. Overall, I've been in communication with Reza, the Proprietor of Auto Glass Experts. He said my windshield glass was ordered this morning and he will circle back tomorrow 2.4.26 on the status. I volunteer to give him an exceptional write review based on my customer experience here. I contacted Anthony near the end of December. I explained that I had encountered two issues that I…read moreneeded him to take a look at. A year before, I brought my Camry to him after an accident. Based on the time of this current visit, the car was still under warranty. We set up a time for me to come by and he would take at the issues. After inspecting the car, he agreed that should be taken care of but also found another issue. He would order the parts and give me a call to set-up a time to have the issues resolved. He assured me that I could wait as it wouldn't take very long. Just into the new year, I received a call from Ilyiana to inform me that the parts were in and Anthony was ready to resolve the issues. We setup a time for me to bring the car in. When I arrived, Anthony greeted me, took the key to the car and went to have the repairs taken care of. True to his word, I was there for maybe 30 minutes or so, Anthony let me know that the car was ready. And, there was no charge! That was music to my ears. So, to be clear, the issues were: misalignment with the front on the driver's side and the trunk was opening faster than usual. What Anthony discovered was that there was a strut that had burst and was supposed to slow down the opening of the trunk. After repairing the trunk, the gentleman who worked on it, told me that this might be an ongoing issue but recommended that I should be there to gently open the trunk as opposed to using the remote afar off. The price was also cheaper than expected, especially for the mobile service. Worth every penny, can't recommend them more. One small note, my windshield wiper cowling rubber trim was brittle. It absolutely isn't their responsibility to fix this. But, the installation required them to remove this cowling and the rubber crumbled. In hindsight, I should have bought a new cowling trim and left it inside for the installer. Make sure to check any trim/panels near the windshield and order new ones beforehand.
