From the very first call, Alex was incredibly responsive. Pedro came out to measure the very next day. The appointment took maybe 5-10 minutes, Pedro was extremely nice and professional, and he even gave me recommendations on what type of glass would work best while suggesting I stop by their shop if I wanted to see all of the different options in person. I went in about 30 minutes later, and Alex personally walked me through the different glass choices. By the end of that same day, he had texted me pricing for the different options, I made my selection, and the order was placed. The entire process was incredibly easy. Less than a week later, my glass was ready and installed! Pedro came back out, completed the installation quickly and professionally, and it looks fantastic. It matches the other glass in my doors perfectly and looks like it was always meant to be there. On top of the excellent service and turnaround time, the pricing was extremely reasonable.
