We had a great experience with Glass Depot. A large, double-pane window in our living room shattered thanks to our dog, and we were desperate to get it replaced quickly. We reached out to tons of glass installers in the West Seattle area, and Gotti from Glass Depot was the first to respond. He was at our house taking measurements within an hour after I initially called (this was on a Sunday, so most places were closed/not answering). We received a quote the next day, and him and a coworker were back with the new window within a week. BEWARE: work done incorrectly under a different company name (Angle and Arc) and now leaking. Have left multiple messages over several weeks on 206-335-0654 without anyone returning my call. Angle and Arc website disappeared however is the same owner as Glass depot. I am spending $1,500 for the installation to be redone by a competent contractor. My sliding door was scretched due to pets constantly scratching the glass. I called glass Depot and Ghodi showed up and he did measurement and quoted the replacement and he said he will get the glass manufacted and would call me to schedule a replacement time with in a week to 10 days. As I was told about 5 days later he called me and said your glass is ready when is a proper time to get it installed so we arrange the time he in right on time and called in a couple minutes prior to inform me he was coming. The glass was installed and was very clean to the point that I can't tell if the door is open or closed (already hit my head twice lol). E-mailed Glass Depot at 7:40 am (before opening time) and got a reply within 5 minutes. Ghodi went same day to home to measure and returned next day to install replacement glass. He was willing to replace same day, but my tenant put it off a day. Ghodi is very competitive price wise and service was impeccable. I left a message on a Thursday evening after hours to ask for help replacing a broken single pane window. Ghodi called me back after 8 p.m., asked for basic dimensions, and came out and replaced the pane the following day. The entire cost of the job was less than the minimum trip charge that some of the bigger outfits wanted to charge us just to show up. I would definitely use him again. read more

Of the five quotes, I got, Goudi had the lowest quote. His quote was almost 20% lower than some of the others like glass doctor. I was worried about quality since his price was so low. So I even checked with some of the other vendors to understand why they are unable to meet the low price or if they can tell me what is wrong with the lower price from Goudi. They gave me the exact part number of the glass they will be ordering and specs. On comparison, I figured Goudi was also giving me the same product so he is simply able to manage a low cost structure, probably due to personally taking care of a lot of the operations with no corporate overhead. That brings up another aspect. The owner, Goudi seems to personally manage accounts and orders which is good since the entitlement is with the owner and you as a customer is always in contact with someone who really cares about the business. All vendors take approx 10 days to get custom glass and I believe Goudi was faster even in that. The installation crew was at my place on time and did the installation with almost no disturbance to the people in the residence (which included a 2 month old). Overall great value for money and amazing customer service. I dont know why I would have taken the business to another vendor. read more
