Listen, I don't really use YELP any more, but these guys are enough to warrant me getting back on here (and for a non-restaurant....that's almost unheard of by yours truly) First off, you want Ceasar. He's the brand new owner and is pretty much as real as it gets. I refuse to believe any bad reviews on here are about him/his company. He was professional, fast, funny, and straight to business. I needed 15 windows done on a property I Air BnB so I needed them done right. This is a luxury property and frequently rents, so I needed it done QUICKLY. This place came strongly recommended to me so I gave them a ring and the rest was smooth as could be. I was walked through what options worked best for me and what looked best for my property/ would be best to retain cooling during the summer. We decided, and before I knew it, they were at my place. Perfect installation in just a few days and then they were gone. No trace. No messy job site. No scuffed up floors. No cracks between frame and glass. No squeeking on slide tracks. Heck, not even a finger print on a single window. It's rare in LA you find a great place, with a great price, AND great install speed. This place does all three. Use them if you are a smart person who values aesthetics and quality. If you aren't into that and want to haggle with some dude who threatens you and leaves a job half done - don't use these guys. If I could give NO star I would. 2 months ago ( July 24, 2019)I call and ask service for a broken glass at my store. Since my store is not that far from his address, I thought it would be faster. He came, installed the board...so far so good, said it will take 3 days for the glass... came a week later installed the glass half way , they measure the glass wrong and had to break the existing frame...and said he need to replace a metal frame on the top side and would be back with the piece. Been calling for the past 2 month for Joshua to come finish securing the top part of the glass and every time I get through on the phone they set a day and time and DONT SHOW UP. Today he was supposed to come at 12pm. No show, and they don't answer the phone, falls straight into voice mail. Are you screening your calls? Don't return my voice msg. or texts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY with this company. They guy who posted a review about a month ago... I guess Joshua chose to work on his project and had no time to finish previous ones even though they said the hace the piece already ...
