We needed to replace the trim on our custom shower doors and it had to a be a specific type because we have a steam shower. I had an emergency with broken glass in my apartment it felt as if the glass wasn't going to survive, I can feel the anxiety of it shattering. I had my son and I'm pregnant so it was definitely dangerous to keep around. I messaged this company as soon as I could and they replied right away. Let me preface this by saying I rarely write Yelp reviews. So the fact that I am doing so for these guys says a good deal about the level of enthusiasm I have for them and their service. Josh and his team are, quite honestly, one of the most professional outfits I've ever hired to do work at my home. (And I've hired many.) I can't say enough good things about them. They were fast, courteous, reasonably-priced and super friendly. Absolutely zero complaints. Long story short, I arrived home late at night to find that someone had broken into my home. They had shattered the glass on one of my French doors into countless little pieces. It was an absolute mess. Needless to say, the whole experience was rather emotionally exhausting. I contacted a few vendors immediately. I, understandably, wanted to get this resolved as soon as possible. Josh was the only one who said right out of the gate that he could help. He was there the very next morning to clean it all up and board up the door. He ordered the new glass immediately and was back a couple days later to install it. He even put the blinds back on. All for a price that was significantly lower than the other vendors. I'm telling you. He made the whole process easy. I can't thank him enough. Trust me. Only business in my area that honestly went above and beyond to help me and my family out with a broken center panel patio glass door. I called 3 other businesses that all said nothing could be done other than replacing the whole patio door framing and all which was quite pricey and something I just couldn't do. Joshua came out late on a week night to correctly board my window to leave it secured and give us peace of mind. Josh gave me honest answers to what I needed done he did everything, ordered the metal remade the frame and got the glass in there in no time for a extremely honest price, I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for him dedicating so much time into making sure the window was installed correctly and looked beautifully. Joshua and his crew installed my glass shower door wrong, so that it opened INTO the shower, not OUT, blocking the valves, and making it dangerous and unusable. This is against all the warnings in the instructions. It seemed like a mistake by inexperienced installers. To make matters worse, Joshua tried to tell me that they did this intentionally, so the door would not swing out and hit the toilet. I think when he saw the look on my face he realized that he made his second mistake (telling me that story). No professional installer would intentionally install a glass door in a dangerous way that voids the warranty, and would be unsafe for use. Joshua returned the next day with a different installer, and re-installed the door correctly. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to repair the 6 miss-placed holes that they drilled in my shower tiles. You'd have to carefully cut the 5 tiles out, and attempt to match their color and finish, and re-tile these areas, without causing any more problems. Almost impossible! Re-tiling the entire shower is the only way to get a 100 percent match, and I don't think either of us wants to do that. So now and forever, my beautifully remodeled shower has 6 patched mistakes in it, made by the professionals that I hired to help. read more

He texted me the morning after the first missed appointment to let me know he would give me priority. Joshua and his team came to our house to board up a broken glass patio door and then ordered the replacement glass for both the door and a broken window, installed the glass, and then returned to fix a broken handle and to adjust the door. Joshua communicated clearly with me at each step of the process. He fixed our door in such a way that it works better now than it did before the incident that broke the door.
