I went to Joe for the first small crack that I got almost three years ago. I kept putting the repair off, just hoping it wouldn't get worse, but then realized I was one car wash away from it potentially cracking to the point of no return. That's when I decided to call Joe. And after Joe was done sealing it, it was practically unnoticeable from the outside and only slightly visible from inside. Keep in mind this was a crack that was three years old!! The second time, I was driving on the freeway, had a pebble hit my windshield on the otherside of my windshield, called Joe once again and he was at my home in three hours. He filled and sealed the crack in ten minutes. You can't tell anything was there from both the outside and inside of my car. Outstanding work, he's fast, he'll drive to you, and he's honest! Definitely recommend 1000/10

After I sent him photos, he took the time to explain exactly what would be involved in the repair, the potential risks of removing the windshield, and whether the repair was even necessary. By the end of our conversation, I felt completely informed and confident about what to do. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate, knowledgable, patient, honest and focused on what is actually best for the customer rather than simply making a sale. Erick ultimately advised me that the issue was cosmetic and that if I was comfortable with how it looked, he recommended leaving it along rather than risking damage to a perfectly secure windshield. He earned my trust without ever touching my car. That says a lot. I will absolutely call Erick's Auto Glass when I need glass work in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! In gratitude~
