Such rude people answering their phones!!! Would rather have a broken window than work with a such rude owner (George).

Don't call this guy! He worked for me long ago when he was nice...and hungry. Now he sets…read moreappointments w/ indefinite times and calls u when he's on the way...like maybe 2 hours early. His MO now is indifferent & difficult. Needless to say unprofessional. My estimate was a elementary sketch on a text! Move on! Find a good glass guy. This one has NO magic! Perhaps retirement is on his mind. Not one day too soon IMO.

Too long; didn't read: Mike screwed up, offered to fix it, screwed it up more, and told me that…read moredoing it the way we, the paying customers, wanted it done would be too hard. Refrain from using Mike's Magic Mirror and Glass at all costs! Mike and his crew were asked to install a one wall, shower glass door and pane for our master bathroom, and they botched their professionalism and craftsmanship. While screwing the door through our marble tile, the tile cracked. Mike owned up to it, and offered to fix it free of charge. We had our mason cut a replacement tile the appropriate size for Mike's workers to come install. I never received an arrival time from the crew, so naturally they showed while I was out of the house. They also said that our mason cut the piece too large, so they would have to cut it down to size. Approximately 1 hour after they arrived, they were leaving. I examined their work, and it was awful. They had replaced the cracked tile, but had butchered the installation of the new tile. It was crooked, protruding from the drywall line, and the screws of the hinge were not screwed flush with the plate. I took pictures and sent them to Mike. Mike claimed that it was fine, but my contractor said that it didn't look right. Mike said he could come out the next day to take a look. His team arrives the next morning without warning once again. Before Mike gets here, they begin sanding down the protruding tile. Mike arrives, and he still claims that it looks fine and is workable. Workable is not what I expect from a company that we are paying to professionally install a product they specialize in installing. I told him the tile is crooked, so the grout line will not be straight. He replies that there are other tiles that are the same way throughout the shower, but he didn't "want to point any fingers". Highly unprofessional of him to scrutinize my mason's work, when his work was imperfect on its own. He claimed that unscrewing the door again and putting it back in the same screw holes would be difficult. So apparently doing something the correct way, even though difficult yet possible, is not worth the customer satisfaction to him and his company. And aside from doing a terrible job replacing a tile that they broke, his team must have been raised in a barn. I don't know any other professional company that would inconsiderably leave a customer's front door wide open the whole time. I cannot recommend Mike's Magic Mirror and Glass for for professionalism, good craftsmanship, or pride in customer satisfaction.
