She creates the most unique and high quality custom glass projects like windows, panels and table tops. She gave me a quote of $800 for the mirror and the glass table top, which is more than half of what other places quoted me. She worked with me to create a custom glass table top for my coffee table and a mirror that would fit my wardrobe. After the delivery of the mirror and the glass table top I was worried that it would not fit. The mirror fit perfectly and so did the coffee table. I was very pleased with the work that Wynia did. The door looked absolutely beautiful, but once I started using it, I discovered that it only opened by pushing the door in, not out. At the time, I tried calling Cascade Glass numerous times to ask what might be involved in having it fixed so that it opened properly. I never got a return call and eventually gave up and lived with the annoyance. But recently it seemed that the doors had shifted and were danger of rubbing against each other. I called Cascade Glass, and lo and behold, got a call back from Dennis. We set an appointment and Rusty showed up timely, knowledgable, and helpful. Within a few minutes, Rusty was able to make adjustments to address both problems, attributing the recent shift to the settling of a new bathroom. It was quick, easy, friendly, and no charge. I definitely appreciated Rusty's service. Rusty did mention to me that by law the door needed to open out. This made me on one hand feel vindicated that the door opening issue was important (as well as annoying), but also made me pretty pissed that neither my contractor nor Cascade Glass made sure it was safe and legal when initially installed. Nevertheless, as I said, Cascade Glass won me over. Main thing is that I think they may need some admin help. But based on the overall quality of my shower door, and Rusty's responsiveness in fixing it, they're OK with me.

This was the first time I've ever worked with movers so I kept my ask to a minimum. We packed all our items and only had the crew take any large pieces of furniture from a 6th floor apartment unit with elevator to a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. They charge per hour, based on the how long the move actually takes, not the predicted time. This includes travel time but they started/ended all within Ballard which helped save on time. I communicated everything with Lauren Farrar and she responded quickly with detailed info. She suggested I provide photos to help the crew understand the spaces they'd be working with. We're so grateful for how smooth everything went and how respectful the entire team was given the crazy weather. Would highly recommend Seattle Moves & More for your moving needs!
