Absolutely horrible!! I will be blasting you all over social media and will be reporting your business .See the image below , I placed an order for pick up today for two salads and two sandwiches. Yelp gives an option to order and pay which I did. I even got an alert that it's ready for pick up and went to pick up my food. When I arrived there is an old man working there I believe his one of the owners he said to me in front of all the customers you are just lying to me to get free food we don't have an option to order online. Im not going to believe your lies and give you free food. When I showed him the option on yelp along with my order confirmation as well as the transaction showing I was charged, he laughed in my face and walked away. Nobody helped me and I was charged over $30 for food I didn't get and was humiliated in front of all the customers for no reason. Also you are in health code violation as your workers making food weren't wearing gloves or masks neither was the old man walking around to help the customers. Absolutely disgusting!!! Good food. I ordered a bunch of food including poreg (spelling?) wraps, cheese dish, fruit etc. All was good. My guest loved it and I ordered the next day for my office staff and all liked it so much that they kept asking where I got it from. The one less star is for the delivery guy who was not very polite and kept complaining that the order was heavy and wanted more tip. I just finished eating my eech wrap and I must say it gets tastier every time. I recently found this place about a month ago and I've loved everything I've ordered so far. Just had the worst lunch ever. Ordered to pick up: Small Falafel and Beef Brisket sandwiches. Wanted no pickles, no tomatoes and no mustard or mayonaise. Did want onions. Got lots of pickles on what is called Falafel and mayo and no onions on the very overly well done brisket that was dry and tasteless. I scraped the mayo off, ick! Also was the WORST falafel I've ever had. Every falafel I've had is small fried ball of ground chick peas with spices. Much of the fun is the crunch of the ball into the soft tasty center. Their falafel was crushed previously fried chickpeas. It was like dust, spilling out of the mostly lavash, with little filling, wrap. I did my best to pick out the pickles that REALLY ruined the taste beyond the tasteless falafel. I would never get a sandwich here again. I should have tried a rice plate, they look pretty good. I once tried their soup. Other people liked it but it wasn't for me with the canned vegetables and what I found to be blah seasoning. It's convenient to my office but so are a lot of other places. I love Armenian and Mid-East food but there are far better places. read more

I used this vendor to do a vegetarian lunch for a group of 30 at a meeting. They really came through with great food at a great price. They were able to supply items that were not on their catering menu - things that I had originally planned to pick up at Costco and other stores, but Glendale Market matched the prices and supplied everything. They delivered to the venue and I was able to keep the cost down to less than $8 per person. I found this place in 2013 and it's only been amazing. Apparently my mom goes here a lot and told my cousin (but not me). Wow! Their sandwiches are beyond delicious. In the last 3 years I've used them for birthdays and events. Their sizing options are great. Salads are served with scoops so it looks really nice and easy to scoop when putting the platter on the table. Their eech (vegan) and lentil salads are a no-brainier. They will fly off the table.
