I went here on March 17, 2023 with my friend. I ordered the super Philly roll. I liked how fresh the salmon was. There were 8 pieces. I felt satiated after eating them. Service was good. The waiter answered my friend's questions. Lighting was semi bright. There wasn't much natural light coming through because there weren't any windows that I could see. Everything was presented very nicely. We got the Superman Burrito, Volcano Roll, Prince Roll and Firecracker Roll. Out of these, I liked the Superman Burrito and Prince Roll best. The fresh sashimi combined with the shrimp tempura were the best in terms of texture. I didn't enjoy the Volcano Roll as much mainly because the tuna on top was overcooked and the roll itself was mushed together that it made it difficult to pick up. I got the firecracker roll for the scallop, which ended up being really small. Combined with a thick piece of cucumber, I couldn't really taste the scallop texture. We got oysters too, and thought these were okay, mainly because they were really small. Takoyaki was just alright as well as I thought it could have used more octopus. I come here at least 3-4x a year haha. I typically order the bento box. I've had their nigiri here and they are delicious. The fish is perfect. I usually order the salmon or unagi nigiri and it never fails. For the bento box, my go-to order is always chicken teriyaki and the mango salmon roll. It comes with salad, rice, and miso soup. If I'm feeling extra hungry, i'll order nigiri, but for the most part, this fills me up. If I eat this for lunch, i'm sometimes not hungry for dinner haha. The portions are generous. The rice is always soft and consistent. The chicken has a good crisp and the mango in the mango salmon roll is always sweet. Service is great. If you order to-go, you walk all the way down to pick up your food. The servers and host are always extremely kind. I don't visit here during peak hours but I imagine they get busy. Parking is metered all throughout this area. There's parking in the front and back. Overall, love this place! I will most likely be back here again within the next couple of weeks haha. read more

Ther Bluefin Tuna wirh Caviar was super yummy and is only served seasonally. We enjoyed the Zen Roll for sure and would order again. The Resturant was very relaxed inside and had a very relaxing/inviting feel. We had a group of 12 so we were seated in an area toward the back close to the sushi bar. I didn't even know the restaurant was that big. I had the Truffle Hunter roll. Honestly one of the best original rolls I've ever had. My wife ordered the Lemon Roll and the Soft shell crab roll (I believe). Both were fresh and delicious. Overall, a great dining experience. Sad to say any restaurant who uses harsh chemicals while the restaurant is opened in a confined area is grossly incompetent. I would never again dine here! It was mid day at 4 PM and the restaurant was half filled with dinners. When we arrived we could smell something permeating the air besides the food. We entered from the rear close to the public parking structure and walked through to the front of the restaurant. Since the smell was pervasive and my eyes began to tear up I knew there is no way I could dine here. I decided to ask for the manager to find out if they knew anything about the smell. I was told that they use "FABULOSO"! To clean the floors and presumably the tables....... Wow! I could not believe what she told me and told her in no uncertain terms that this is a strong and harmful chemical which should NEVER be used in a restaurant while customers are present during business hours. She looked completely Clueless and apologized. These people should know better.. Educate yourself for heaven's sake and take Public Safety seriously. Another thing that often happens with chemicals such is this is that the employees using them do not read the instructions. This stuff is a poison that is highly concentrated and must be properly diluted and must be used with proper ventilation. Imagine the front and back door was closed trapping in all of the chemicals. Sure doesn't go well with eating fish! Look at the ingredients and you decide if this is a good idea; "Water, Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Fragrance, C9-11 Alketh-8 or Deceth-8, Sodium C10-16 Alketh Sulfate or Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glutaral, Citric Acid, Colorants. Contains fragrance allergens". If you look at the reviews of this chemical you'll see so many people complain about the toxicity and that it gave people headaches. You have been warned! read more

I used to like crazy rock'n sushi. It is affordable and was good at the time. The last two times I had went I unfortunately experienced the worst tasting fish of my life. It did not taste fresh and it had a very pungent smell and taste. It kind of upset my stomach for a day or two. They are always busy so it takes a bit time for a server to come but that's alright.
