    I have only good things to say about Subaru! I recently purchased my second Subaru from Timmons. I scheduled online with Sabri. When I showed up (2 hours late) he has the vehicle I was looking at prepped and ready for me to look at! He was so fun and friendly to deal with. Even after purchasing, he has reached out to me several times to assure that everything is running smoothly and I'm happy with my purchase. I can't recommend Timmons -- and Sabri -- enough!! Special shoutout to Miles in financial for the laughs through the whole Docusign process!

    We purchased a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness on Mar 22 and we were helped by Roxana Cervantes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars that we were interested in seeing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She helped us in test driving the Wilderness, the Hybrid, and the Premium. Her knowledge of the car as well as the dealership specials were on point.     [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is shady how they initially responded to my review with "we are so sorry, we will reach out to you asap" to then never doing so, deleting that reply and then trying to cover it up by saying it's all good and it was cleared by a Honda technician.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was never told to me when I went to the dealership in person to retrieve my car and asked what was done to my car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is no excuse for the lack of communication or care, even if this is true, I have a hard time believing it after everything I've been through with this dealership.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Here I am 5k miles later and the check engine light is on yet again with - you guessed it - a catalytic converter code and a fuel injector code. Seriously a pain. Once again you're on your own here if you buy a used car without a warranty add-on. You'll get a check engine light a week after purchasing and get gaslit and they take no accountability for selling a car with known issues

    If you bought from Suburu from Timmons Suburu 0n September 2019 when will I receive new plate and registration ? Who will be mail DMV or from dealer.

    It usually takes 60 to 90 days to receive the plates. As I recall, the plates were sent to Timmons who sent them to me.

    THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD--AND THEN CALLED ME A LIAR…read more I took my car to Long Beach Honda for an A/C repair. At 4:05 PM, I received a text saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, however, I was told it would be at least another hour. Apparently, the text had been sent by an AI and not by an actual employee. Around 5:50 PM, I watched an employee pull my car out of the service garage. Instead of bringing it to the customer pickup area like every other vehicle, they drove it around the block and parked it in a customer lot on the far side of the dealership. At 5:55PM, as the service department was closing, they finally handed me my keys. I asked why my car had been left so far away when every other customer's vehicle had been brought directly to the pickup area. They insisted this was completely normal. When I reached my car, I discovered that my windshield had been cracked. Unfortunately, the service department had already closed for the day. I returned the following morning to report the damage, but they immediately denied responsibility, insisted the crack must have happened somewhere else, and even implied that I was being dishonest. And they are offered to give me a quote price to replace then windshield they damaged. Total scumbags!! Friends and neighbors had told me to avoid Long Beach Honda for service because of its poor reputation. I wish I had listened before bringing my car there. Now

She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. Even though it was 10-11 pm, he had excellent knowledge, was super lovely, and was not a pushy salesman. I should have paid attention to the fact that there were several people in the waiting room waiting on their cars to be serviced. And when I asked about the lower rating the dealership has online, they said it was due to the Service Department. Well, I live out of town and will be getting my car serviced in Bakersfield, so the service department does not matter to me. NOTE: It took them well over a month and many follow up calls to get me the second key to our Certified BMW, which I learned later was supposed to be given at the time of sale when it is a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) sale. Now that I have had the car a couple of years, things change and I traded it in for a brand-new car. In doing so, I have this Unlimited Miles Warranty that has 2.5 years remaining on it. I called BMW to see about having the remaining amount prorated back to me in a credit. They said that I needed to speak with Long Beach BMW where I Purchased the car, Finance Department to receive this credit. I have called this dealership 15-20 times now. NEVER a return call. How Rude right? So when it comes to making the sale, they are all about you and making that money. But when it comes to service, they have obvious issues and especially when seeking to speak to them after the sale, they have no interest in speaking with you since that would involve refunding you a balance they you deserve. They are just there to make money. Don't let them fool you into thinking that they are a Service Oriented Provider. BMW makes a Nice Car. There are Plenty of Dealerships that will sell you one. You may want to look for options at dealerships other than Long Beach BMW.

I hate buying cars, feeling like vultures ( the salesmen) swarm on you when you enter the car lot , do tricky things to keep you there for hours , then having to do the whole haggling thing while they try to upsell you on all these things . For me, it's just always a bad experience . We went here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago , checked out some Toyota sequoia's , no one swarmed on us, we found a very helpful salesman Anthony that didn't pressure anything , helped us find what we were looking for and did a test drive with us -with my whole family of 5 in the car . We got a great trade in rate for our car ,from the manager Donnie , who was so pleasant , no tricks , very transparent , looked at our car in a timely manner because I needed to get going . My husband closed the deal that night with Donnie , financing with Macy who was so helpful, and then the cherry on top is that Anthony came to our home to finish the paperwork and bring the car . Concierge service !!!!! We didn't have to stay at the lot for hours ! This blew our mind. To top off this amazing experience , Anthony called us a few days later just to see how we were liking the car and if everything was going well so far. Hands down , BEST car buying experience of our lives ! And we've bought a lot of cars over the years . This will be the place we go to for any future needs . Highly recommend this place! However, after we signed for our used 2015 Audi Q3, things quickly went downhill--and now we're stuck dealing with a very problematic vehicle. From what I understand, it's the dealership's responsibility to keep a vehicle's registration current. Despite this, we ended up having to pay over two years' worth of late registration fees on top of our own registration costs because the dealership failed to keep it up to date. After signing, we were informed that the vehicle had been in a "moderate" accident that required the rear bumper to be replaced--something that should have been disclosed upfront. We were also told that Audi of Long Beach had repaired a malfunctioning backup camera. However, when I contacted Audi of Long Beach directly, they stated that West Coast Toyota declined to authorize a full safety inspection, despite us being told otherwise before signing. Audi only performed a visual inspection at no cost to the dealership. They even offered to provide service records, which confirmed they did not repair the backup camera--instead, they only fixed a latch. Within the first year of owning the vehicle, we ended up paying approximately $3,000 in repairs--many of which could have been identified if a proper safety inspection had been completed. To make matters worse, we never received follow-up calls from the service department or the GM, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Would I return to purchase another non-certified vehicle from this dealership? Absolutely not. If you're considering buying a used car from this location, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and having the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

Anthony and Corey were great in getting that fixed as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost to me. Corey is a very understanding and friendly manager. He was super helpful. I had to bring my car in again for a separate minor issue. Anthony not only remembered me from last service but went above & beyond this time to make sure everything went smoothly. It did go smoothly. Gabe is very nice too and extremely quick with getting me in and out . Thank you Anthony and Gabe! I also wanted to give a compliment to Rahaf in sales. She is super friendly and always smiling. I had bought a jeep from another employee just months before she started. The employee I bought from is no longer there. She had been kind to offer her help in the future if I need. Also, if she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds out the answer extremely quickly. I appreciate that. So thankful for the extra level of care! Very solid crew here from the parts department to sales department. They have made my experience more than just buying a jeep from them. Once he did start helping her, he spoke extremely rudely, implying she didn't know what she was talking about. THEN , I called in myself and had no problem getting the part. I went in and the old guy had the audacity to bring up my girl to me. Who in TF does he think he is ????? How does he have a job ??? Old ignorant rude miserable man.
