My friend and I visited today, and overall, my experience with Jade was wonderful. She was incredibly kind, professional, and did a great job on my nails. Unfortunately, my friend had a very different experience. The technician who worked on her nails was not welcoming and came across as rude throughout the appointment. When my friend politely asked if she could remove her ring, the technician simply responded, "No," without any explanation. Additionally, my friend's nails were not filed after the service, leaving them looking unfinished. At checkout, I was given a $5 coupon, while my friend was not offered the same courtesy. While we understand promotions may vary, it added to the feeling that our experiences were not treated equally. I truly appreciated Jade and the service she provided, but my friend's experience left us disappointed. read more

Jade is the ONLY reason i came back this nail salon for the last time. sadly, I will not be back due to the managers lack of professionalism and rudeness. after i repeatedly asked her not to remove my acrylics by peeling them off she continued to and damaged my nail. i had to pull my hand back and threaten going home in order for her to listen to me. then, when i asked for the removal service to be removed i was laughed at and told we don't do that here. it was only one nail. get over it. i asked for a receipt bc it was very expensive and she laughed and said "you think we scam here?!?" instead of just getting me a receipt?? that is sketchy. every service was priced higher than the menu. so yes they do scam. the manager doesn't care about damaging your nails or pleasing you. all she cares about is the turnaround and money!!! read more

Got a coupon this week that had an expired date of a few months ago and they would not honor it. Because I received it days ago I thought the date wasn't valid. I was thinking it would be 50% off and definitely my fault for not asking in advance but don't send out old coupons. Just trying the place out but won't go back. read more

Went in for a gel manicure. He used a electric file to remove my cuticles instead of soaking them and gently trimming like most places do. After he did the gel polish a got a very quick hand rum with lotion but no massage on the arms as the description states. I had a 20 % off. Total should have been 38.40 but he charged 39.00. I gave 40.00 in cash and he didn't bother to give me my 1.00 in change. Yes I was going to give a tip but didn't assume. This place is sketchy and I won't be back. Stumbled across this place when going to the grocery store. Brand new with icky music. I asked for a bare-bones manicure. There were three men and three women working, all talking to each other loudly. The guy put the fingertips of one of my hands into a bowl of warm water for a couple of minutes, then put the fingertips of my other hand in the same much-cooler water. He used polish that had been thinned with a liquid, so there were streaks in my nails. The guy said it was because there should be two layers of polish, but I always get only one. There were no drying stations. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes and I had to grab the utensil that cleans under your nails because he never did that. $30. Nope. read more

Scheduled an appointment online 12/31 at 6:15pm. When I arrived, I noticed that they were closed. I booked my appointment that morning.. the next day I called regarding the appointment and the lady stated she called me but didn't leave a message; I never got a call from them. I decided to try them out again (mainly because I had a coupon I wanted to use), so I made another appointment on the same day (1/1). I came in and told them that I wanted a gel french manicure (I really wanted a full set but didn't realize I asked for the wrong thing). After explaining to the tech what I wanted she corrected me telling me it was actually a full set, cool. She proceeds to work on my nails.. after painting 3 of my nails, she tells me it would be a $15 upcharge because I wanted the curve french instead of the straight line. I didn't mind paying extra but it was the fact that she waited until she was almost done. Mind you, I was already in there for about an hour and something when the online appointment stated it would be less than that; fortunately, I wasn't in a rush. I did decide to opt out of french and just go with the blush pink color she painted my nails with. She didn't offer another color or design instead she continued with the top coat trying to rush. The experience wasn't nice at all. The whole time I was there the workers were talking loudly and laughing and joking, making the experience less than pleasant. The 50% off service wasn't really all that worth it in my opinion.. they also charged a 3.3% credit card fee which is annoying but I digress. I will NOT be returning. read more
