My appointment was at 5:15 and 30 minutes later at 5:45 it is now going back to a bay! They close in 15 minutes so I'm sure hoping that whoever is doing my tire rotation isn't in a big hurry to leave at 6:00! I just don't understand why bother with appointments when 2 walk ins went before my vehicle! I've done better walking in then with the last two appointments. I really like my tires that I purchased from them 2 years ago but again that scheduled appointment was over an hour and a half late! They are getting worse than a doctors office with over booking! I changed my 2 star to a 3 stars because my car was done in 9 minutes.
