I should have read the reviews before giving this place my business. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I purchased two tires and noticed one going low right away, so I returned to the shop to have it checked. They checked the tire and said there was a hole in it and there's no warranty. I asked why they didn't realize that when they put the tire on and was told he's not responsible for the condition of the roads. The owner Nick was very rude and unprofessional and needs some training on proper customer service. This place is a rip off and should be shut down. If I could hand out a zero star review this place would definitely receive it. I came here two days (Saturday) before Memorial Day. I needed new rear tires, was told they didn't carry my size for the type of vehicle I had but I could order them and receive them that Monday. I said yes, they asked if I could wanted to to prepay, I said 'yes' because I wanted to guarantee my tires would be there Monday. Monday arrived, I drive to this store. My tires are coming off of my car when the tech comes in to tell me my tires 'are not in.' I asked why seeing how I prepaid for them and was told Monday. He goes on to say that they can probably get it from their other store. He comes back to tell me they can't get my tires. Of course I get upset. I ask for a refund because no money and no tired???? Isn't okay. He tells me he doesn't know how to process refunds back onto a card. I tell him to call his manager. He does and she proceeds to tell me if I could come back. I said "to get my refund?" She says, "no, to get the tires." I inform her that was not possible because I had to work and then I was leaving town for a few days. She passes the phone to her husband to proceeds to tell me, "which part of come back" don't I understand?" I immediately hang up because the nonsense of some random guy talking to me who had my money and property is ridiculous. He doesn't even work for the company. I leave town, return a few days later to find flat tires. I call this store again to ask where my tires were and I got crickets and a "we need to call you back." Never did get a call. You may have kept the tires you cons but I did file a fraud dispute with my bank so my money is safely back in my hands. This place is managed by a con artists. Tread carefully. read more

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They changed my rotors and breaks and my car continues to sounds horrible even when I slightly press on the break. I call to see if they can look and fix it and his answer is "it was the break pads you had bought". They he continues to tell me I would have to buy new ones and also pay for them to reinstall. I said "why didn't you tell me they werent good break pads when I arrived and requested the help" he said, "because we used to tell people it was the wrong ones and no one listened". THAT IS NOT MY ISSUE WHEN OTHERS DONT LISTEN. Now I have to go out of my way to buy new shit and pay someone else, SOMEONE WHO IS MUCH BETTER AT THEIR JOB, to fix this issue. This is an old location under new ownership. My first experience here was due to Kauffman Tires on Buford trying to take me for a long ride over a short cliff. I appreciate their honesty then and now it's time to give them some real business. Getting new slotted, drilled rotors and pads put on with a rotate and balance.. so far I've only been here 30 mins and they are almost finished. Very polite and handling business. read more

My tire went flat in less then 10 minutes after I left them they only gave me a receipt for the money that I spent on my card which was $3.49 but he took the $40 in cash and just put it in his pocket the tire I got was JACKED UP!!!!!! Do not go here they are no professional, the man was trying to force me to go in the office so that I couldn't see what they were doing and very sneaky. honestly wish i read the reviews but i did not because i had used them before. I got 3 of my tires changed and got used tires...the next day i noticed one of the tires was low on air. Two days later i noticed i didn't have caps for the tire...they forgot to put caps on two of the tires n i noticed one of the tire was not patched well. I went up to the shop n spoke to them. They stated i have a leak on the tire that was low on air..and they don't do warranty. I waited for the manager to come back (the Indian dude Nick) he was super rude, not professional and combative. A scam business man. He had the audacity to tell me i drove on something that gave me a leak to my tire, that its not his problem and the store policy says no warranty on a used tire. I told him they did not properly check for leaks when they installed my tire which was listed on the store policy. He said i could not verify that they didn't properly check for leaks...do not go to him. I hope the store doesn't do well n shut down. A scam man.. I wish i could rate him a zero read more

The owner Nick was very uncooperative when i plead to him that the supposed "great quality" tire he sold me got a flat the same night they installed it. I explained to him that his own staff could find no puncture in the tire when i brought it back for inspection. I asked him to do the right thing and replace the tire being that no puncture was found and he argued with me explaining that i had no real argument. A complete letdown in service and completely rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with this organization and hope you dont either. I have always dealt with one of the owners which was the woman and she is very nice and she gave me discounts and she has helped me out. She extends the service more than what she should and is very respectful, on the other hand I had to deal with her husband for the first time yesterday and he was so rude and disrespectful and I was just trying to call just now about the same matter of and having to deal with for three days now and he literally did not put the phone on mute or hold and I heard him yelling at her and I heard the whole conversation because they tried to charge my grandmother in law and take a advantage of her and charge her card $125 for a service that we did not even use because my brother is one of the district managers For Tires Plus and that's what my family and I go through for over 15 years he has been the manager at the Loganville location until his recent promotion we get the family discount and we have never had an issue. Tires plus Has good ratings, respectful employees, great customer service, integrity with the work that they do. I only went to this discount tire company it being convenient because this company is right by my old apartment while they help me with the tire to where I could be able to make it to Tires Plus but they stole my sensor for my tire and I had to go back up there and get it yesterday and then today I realized they also kept my middle piece to my rim that has the Toyota sign that fits in the circle and center of the rim and my brother's company Tires Plus was asking me if I had it and that's when I realize now I do not so I called and I was asked them about that and they kept hanging up on me they will not speak to me about it and now they've disconnected their phone to where it's busy sign so they have the phone off the hook that is so rude and disrespectful I tried to talk to her and he would not allow me to speak with her it's so unprofessional so now I have to go back up there to get my property AGAIN and they tell me they're only refunding me $20 out of $125 when we did not use them or there tires we never intended to use them! The $20 is for the service for them to help with the spare just for me to be able to drive it to Tires Plus we were never going to get the rim from Tires Plus and bring it back to them to put on a USED tire from their company that's ridiculous they SCAMMED my grandmother in law and that's not right and they will not refund or anything and I just heard the husband and wife arguing about it because she is very reasonable and she wants to help and have good service in her name, good words for her company and obviously HE does NOT value his name and shop, morally they obviously don't have the same standards!!! Stay away from this ripoff place! I went there last week with my daughter to get her some good used tired. The owner sold me some bad tires and told me I needed a wheel alignment. I paid for the tires and alignment but the car drove worst then before the tires and alignment. When I took it back to him the next day he said I needed new alignment and will have to charge me again. Come to find out, the tires and alignment he did were all terrible. Purchased a new front right tire. By the next morning it was flat. Went back to have the tire replaced and was blamed for driving on a flat tire and cracking my rim. Asked if he (Edward) saw this crack in the rim the day before and he said no and that he checks all the tires and rims on a car before he works on it. On top of that, I had somehow acquired a nail in my back left tire between the time I bought the front right one and coming back to get it replaced. Long story short, I'm now having to pay for a brand new rim (which is NOT cheap) and a new tire for the second time in less than a week because I was basically forced to drive on it to get air in it. Would've just took the tire to the air pump by itself but my wheel spanner was literally bending with how hard I had to try to get the lug nuts off. Don't give these people your money. It was a mistake taking my van to these people. I took it to have a job done. They charged me the full price for the job but only did half of it. Not only that, but they broke the fuel rail and wouldn't admit to it. They pretended that they didn't know what I was talking about, putting me and my family in grave danger!!!! My husband had a terrible experience with them on 10/25/2016. My husband had used their services 1 time prior for used tire in the Summer and was returning to get another tire. Unfortunately they had issues with the lug lock and requested could they break the lug lock. Hence they ended up breaking the lug lock and lug. Instead of them fixing the lug, they requested that my husband pay for the lug to be fixed. When my husband explained that he only gave permission to break the lug lock and not the lug. The manager treated my husband as if he had broken the lug himself. To say the least my husband left the premises with a broken lug that we now have to fix. I do not recommend these folks to anyone. I believe a company should be accountable for their actions and this company definitely did not take any accountability for their error. read more

I've been coming to this store for three years until yesterday I had an encounter where I took my vehicle there to have a left front lower control arm put on the mechanic said that the 4x4 was no good on that side so he removed the shaft and the cv axel on that side and put the lower control arm on and said that he was finish the next day I heard the brakes grinding into the rotor come to find out he never put the hub back into the rotor the owner Nick didn't won't to honor the mistake his mechanic did when his mechanic admitted to the mistake Nick wanted me to pay for a brake job that I didn't need it if his mechanic would only had put cv axle hub back into the wheel.
