We just used Global Cleaning recently for the first time after getting the most reasonable quote though Yelp. Maksym was very prompt to response, almost immediately with all info. Once the cleaners arrived I wish they had shoe covers as we don't wear shoes inside but they kindly offered to remove their shoes. I since suggested to Maksym that the cleaners come with shoe covers and be agreed. The cleaners were very polite and courteous but most importantly eh thorough! I've never seen my house so clean and they left cute little touches. They arranged the animals on my kids' beds that my kids loved to see. I will definitely use their service monthly. I am updating my review due to the fact I have parted ways with this cleaning service. It has nothing to do with the cleaning! Only the communication from the owner. (I only had one not so great cleaning from a solo guy that never came again). I have been using global cleaning for months! I absolutely loved Olga (Highly recommend). She went on vacation and I had to try out some new cleaners. I had no issues! (Aside from the solo guy). BUT the second to last time I made an appointment I requested a certain team. (I can't remember their names). BUT that morning I was sent a different team instead. Now, did this NEW team do a good job? Yes. But they were not who I requested. So the next booking I was told Olga was coming back from vacation, so I booked over a month ago for her. I got a text to confirm my appointment (which was today but I cancelled it) and I reminded him I wanted Olga to come. He then says she's on vacation..okay news to me. I booked this a month ago? She just got back. I questioned it and he then says she had an emergency. Emergency or vacation? Lol. I don't care either way, things happen. But tell me! He was going to send other people to my house without asking me if that's okay. I would have appreciated a heads up and an opportunity to reschedule with Olga. He tried on a few appointments to change my appointment time too. No! I make an appointment to keep my time! It just was too much. I really liked this company but I have found a new cleaning service. They clean great but it seems like they can't keep promises or requested people on an appointment. The owner is nice and gave me an opportunity to reschedule but I declined. We recently had a loss in the family and on top of all the things that needed to be done the last thing anyone wanted to do was deep clean our home before all of our closest friends and family arrived.. only problem was we didn't come to this realization til two days before so I took to yelp and not only was Global Cleaning the fastest to respond they were the only company out of many that were able to come out next day weekend before Christmas not only did they arrive on time but they were very friendly and very communicative even though we had to communicate through a translator app we had zero hiccups or confusion at all. Needed a cleaning for an upcoming small event with some family. I'm super pregnant and husband works a lot so this was kind of a last minute thing. Response time was great. Price was decent. Overall quality I would honestly have to give a 5/10. I don't recommend if you need a team to clean out an apartment. I asked how many people were in the team coming so that time would be cut down and I was told two. Only 1 person arrived. They broke the handle on my kitchen microwave so that was nice. And they left some chemical stains on my stove door. I had to ask the person to clean some of the most obvious spots. It was like hiring your neighbors kid to clean the house - I could have done this for free myself and it would have looked far better but again, pregnant and short on time. I hired these people because I am moving and I needed a deep clean for showing the house and have it clean for for the new people that might be moving into this house. Well, let me tell you they never touched the master bathroom The windows and mirrors were all smudgy. And the baseboards never got touched. It's like they were cleaning the whole house with dirty water and that's what it smelled like so yeah no I do not recommend this business. Only reason why I hired these cleaners was because of the reviews, but maybe they paid the people to say good reviews so if I could give them no stars, I would!! And yes, you are right we should've taken pictures so you could have seen that your cleaning lady is a liar! She said my cabinets were so dirty and it's not true! The only thing that needed deep cleaning were the windows the shutters and all the bathrooms! The worst. I'm scared to respond via Yelp because of how aggressively they sought their money last week. They know where I live and I'm scared they will come after me further. I feel like I was intimidated and coerced into paying 2x the regular fee I normally pay for services, for a very very poorly done service that largely had to be redone again. FYI- if you think they're criticizing your home or you while they work- - they are!!! I speak Russian but I do not look like I do...Rather embarrassing and uncomfortable to hear them talk trash about me and my house. And I paid them top dollar (60 an hour). Even after they came at me aggressively for money. Men love to intimidate women in private, then call them crazy in public. I have been nothing but polite to them because I don't demean others personally. Watch how they respond to this message: Bet it will be aggressively. In response to the owner: Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Your character is on full display. Your texts began quite aggressively after your workers left that last time. They did a terrible job, and they all talked trash about my house in Russian the whole time. All of the workers did each time they came. I had the worst case of second hand embarrassed just listening to them complain about how dirty my house was and about me and my family. I'm surprised they would assume I don't understand Russian just because I don't look Russian. It's a super common language. I was scared of your big reactions and I also feared you would follow through with not paying your employees for the time they worked, like you said you would do to them, so I sent the additional money. After meditating on it, I felt that I had been intimidated and swindled, so I posted my Yelp review. I stand by every word because I can prove it via text messages. I decided not to do a chargeback since you threatened that if I didn't pay you the additional funds (after we came to an agreement previously) that you would not pay your employees for the work they did in my home that day. You texted me that your company would stiff your own employees if I didn't pony up the money we agreed previously I didn't owe you. Ghastly. Your workers did very poor work the last time they came. The black mold on the wet dishes and wood panty speaks for itself. Additionally, it was embarrassing and dehumanizing to listen to your workers speak about me and my home with such contempt.
