I texted Smith Bro's for a quote and sent pictures. They were honest with me about the fabric & how it may be difficult to get it fully white again. I appreciated that honesty. Once we set up an appointment, they tested a spot on my couch, first, to see if it would be worth my time & money. Again, they were honest that it might not come out to be as white as I would like. But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. All of them were OK, but Triple Fresh Solutions was more than OK. They were great, or should I say he was great. We won't try any other company in the future as long as he is still in business.
