I just had the best coffee of my life! Wow. So delicious and unique. I've been eyeing Gloria Jean's every time I've come to Great Lakes Crossing. Which is A LOT. Lately I've been craving coffee that isn't Starbucks. Gloria Jean's has an AMAZING selection of specialty coffee. Seriously, the selection is out of this world. I don't even know what the kind man recommended me but it was absolutely THE BEST. I believe it was the most popular item, the WHITE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL COOKIE chiller. During the pandemic when the world shut down I craved Gloria Jean's so much. It was my last real memory of the "real world" as we knew it. I was so happy to see them back open months later. It's not too often you see Gloria Jean's Coffee around. My boyfriend wanted a dessert like coffee drink before we headed up and we decided to stop at Gloria Jean's while at Great Lakes Crossing. We have never been to one before and quite frankly we didn't know what to expect or didn't know what to order. The gentleman at the counter was quite helpful (perhaps the owner) My boyfriend asked what's most popular and the owner helped us narrow down our options based on if we waited something hot or cold. We ended up with a caramel cookie crumble. Delicious! Perfect mix of coffee and dessert like drink! Definitely blew Starbucks Frappachino's out of the park. I tried Gloria Jean's Coffees while shopping at Great Lakes Crossing. I enjoyed the iced chai tea latte I was served here, and my boyfriend LOVED the hot chai latte made extra sweet with heavy cream. My wife and I came out to Great Lakes crossing and wanted to get a sweet treat. We stopped here (in district 6). I got the English toffee chiller and my wife got the white chocolate cookie chiller. Gloria Jean's has been my fav for delicious drinks. I like the prices and sizes they offer, the large is massive and can be chugged on for a duration of about 72 hours. Just kidding but it's huge. The coconut mocha frapp is my favorite. I have been getting it forever. Does it show? It probably shows doesn't it? The light fluffy after taste of coconut is lovely. Told them to go light on the sweet. The lady was super nice. Much needed refresher during the shopping trip, such a sweet treat. read more

I'm slowly turning into a coffee person but not like a "Starbucks" type. Lol! Yes big difference. I've been on the hunt for unique flavors and I happened to browse in this little shop. I purchased 3 sample packs (4 oz) and chocolate covered espresso beans. Highly surprised that I liked them - obviously I'm not eating the entire pack but it's a nice pick me up. And the unique flavors I purchased were pistachio nuts, red velvet, and blueberries - my parents LOVED the pistachio in which they mixed it so it could last longer. I still haven't tasted the remaining two but I'm pretty happy. The prices are good for the different types. I really do wish this place was closer to the city but I guess I have to take what I can get. Give them a try! read more

We tried to support this place every time we come here to shop. As I always say, support the little guy instead of going to Starbucks or Tim Horton's. However, during our last visit when we ordered specific specialty drink. We always substitute regular milk to soy or almond milk. When we gave our order request the woman in the counter has poor costumer service. She have this upset looking face and blurted out "what?" That was uncalled for. Costumer are not always right but they will remember of how much you let them feel. For starters - I already let Yelp know this place isn't closed. I am not the type of weirdo who reviews places that aren't open. I promise. So sometimes I want to go outlet shopping - it's true. And I don't always want to drive to Howell or Birch Run to make it happen. So when I'm wandering around spending money on crap I don't need and kids clothes - I need to be refreshed. Enter - Gloria Jean's Coffee to save the day. Gloria Jean's has flavored coffees up the wazoo - You can order it to drink in the store- or take home some fresh beans to make it yourself. They also have all the fancy lattes, mochas, frozen beverages, teas and anything else for your thirst. A fine mall coffee shop indeed. read more

Always a great latte and fabulous service. Never have to wait in line like everyone else at other places. The flavored coffee beans are wonderful and are a great alternative to regular coffee and then adding a flavored creamer. Prices the same as others and they also have alternative milk options. read more

From regular coffee to their latte or chillers, Gloria Jean's is the best. For everyday coffee I usually drink Timmy's, for specialty I go to Starbucks. Every now and again I'll grab a Bigby if it's not out of the way. But, this place has better coffee then them all. Just the coffee itself is so rich but not overwhelmingly bitter like what you get with Starbucks. I have bought their beans to go and it makes for some really great coffee. Also I love the owner at this place. Really nice guy. Just wish this wasn't so far away! But everyone who I bring always loves their beverages. read more

Friendly lady usually makes my iced chai tea here, and I recommend this place over Starbucks any day. I love that she adds cinnamon in my tea. Priced about the same as the other places but tastes better in my opinion. I come here often. Also never usually a wait so it's quick. read more

I'm over Starbuck's and there aren't many other coffee shops in the area. I found this on yelp and decided to check them out. Loved the small cafe feel. They had TONS of regular hot coffee to select from which is what I was looking for. They also had tons of coffee beans for purchase. I saw their sign advertising pistachio chillers and stopped in. I got my delicious green chiller and an impressively yummy caramel square quickly and with excellent service. The barista poured the leftover drink from the blender into a sample cup so my boyfriend could try it, too. I left happy and plan to go back to try their coconut caramel macadamia flavor. read more
