Well, I met Patricia and asked her advice in an unofficial consult. She saw the remainders of my most recent fill and advised that due to my thin Asian lashes, the weight of the individual lashes may be too heavy, creating too much heaviness for my natural lash which can cause them to break. She went into a bit of lash anatomy, baby versus established hairs, and showed me how a natural hybrid look can be softly achieved with a thinner lash fan. She advised me to grow my natural lashes out with castor oil which I did for a couple months without refilling, and alternated with rosemary oil in the mornings. I was dying for a new set bc I couldn't stand seeing my eyes without the hybrid soft glam look, so finally tried her out! Lemme first start off my "spa-experience" by saying just WOW! From the soft Christmas music, adorably decorated girly holiday accents, the smell was divine in her suite, and everything just looked so adorable. I laid down and smelled soft lavender as she prepped my lids... she moisturizes her hands with essential oils to provide a calming energy to her clients! My set was done in 2 hours and the soft glam look blew me away I couldn't stop staring! She provided super super cute aftercare which I've never received before at my last girl who was my first lash gal. Patricia's kit included lash shampoo, an adorable reusable pink spoolie, a cute glittery ultra soft lid brush for cleaning the lids or any oil or sebum from around the lashes, and even a little chocolate pick me up snack! The whole vibe is lush pampery glamorously chic and I loved how my lashes looked from day 1. When a fan fell off my lashes 3 days later, I was amazed at how delicate the weight of each lash was. This girl has attention to detail and fine handiwork down PAT. She's so good. I hope I can get my lashes to stay for 3 weeks because fills with Patricia are 2x what I was used to paying with my last girl, which is substantial for upkeep for my own personal pocketbook. I'm lying on my back, doing gentle lash care and drying on cool low hairdryer setting after washing, anything I can do to extend the life of my lashes. Of course the quality and work(wo)manship with Patricia is so so so much better, but with kids and one of them getting braces started, I'm gonna need to figure out how to make it work! I really love them, just may not be able to be consistent which makes me sad! But that's my own personal issue and not at all a knock at Patricia, she's amazing!

I just feel pressured to get more or they'll talk you into the next thing. I've been coming here off and on for years. (At least 5 or so). I live a block away, so loved the convenience and thought that they were overall pretty good. As a long time customer, I brought my 5 year old in a few times within the last year or so. The first time was great! They treated her so well and helped pick her colors and did a great job with her nails. But this last time I brought her in, my kid wanted to same as last time: which was 3 colors. I saw dirty looks and an overall annoyed worker immediately followed by talking back and forth to their coworkers, very obvious they were annoyed with us. (Although I couldn't understand the language or the problem). This was a weekday and it was super slow, and there were maybe 3 other people in the salon getting services, mind you. Not a stressful situation. They grabbed the colors, painted her nails quickly and walked away... they just were not friendly at all. At the end, when I went to pay, I asked for a breakdown bc it was more than I calculated in my head and they charged me an additional $10 for a third color. They said 2 colors were no up charge but the 3rd is $10. That was never communicated with me. They didn't do that the previous times I was there. And to have a 3rd color, it meant that 4 nails were painted with that (basically the middle finger/toe on each limb). Cmon guys. Also- as a 5 year old, their nails typically stay on for only 4-5 days at best- to spend $50 on that- I won't do that again. I decided in that moment that I would not be able to return here. To make an additional $10 off of me that day, but to lose years of my business- and with me bringing in friends and my daughters.... I hope that was worth it. To secretly upsell because an employee is annoyed is just wrong. Just tell me ahead of time there would be a cost- I would have clearly only done 2 colors... To do that to a long time customer was inappropriate... and to treat my child that was very well behaved in such a manner- didn't talk to her, and was overall annoyed the whole time- was just rude. Do better, guys. For the rest of the staff- you have all been friendly over the last several years. So thank you. The stars I left are for you guys.
