Some of our group waited 30 minutes for their drink order to arrive, one guy ordered wings and one of them still had feathers on it, and the food order still hasn't arrived 40 minutes after ordering. Beware of this restaurant if you are gluten free. I placed a take out order last week for two burgers, both on a gluten free bun. Upon looking at the food while still in the restaurant, I noticed the buns looked different, and the manager confirmed the bun was not gluten free, sent it back for a remake, and gave me a free appetizer card for next time. At this point, I thought it was an honest mistake, I got the remake, so I figured all is good. Fast forward one week to today, I ordered one burger on a gluten free bun. I go to the restaurant to pick it up, ask the person in take out "is this bun gluten free" to which she definitively replied "yes." Fifteen minutes later, as I get home about ready to eat, I notice the bun strongly resembled the regular bun. I called the restaurant and requested a refund. At first, the manager tried to talk me into a remake, which I was not interested in as this was the second time this happened. I ended up driving another 15 minutes back to the restaurant, yet again requested a refund, and this time was refunded. I then proceeded to ask why I could not be refunded over the phone, as the manager did not require the receipt or the card to process the refund. I was told the food had to be given back in order to process the refund. Probably so they can pass it on to an unsuspecting customer. The saying goes fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I thought the first time may have been an honest mistake, but it is now clear this is incompetence. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment and I ask anyone eating here to proceed with caution. read more

Sandwich & veggies were delicious but I felt shorted on the food. Pick up order was same items. Arrived to find salad not sandwich. Had to wait on order. When I called it was very loud on servers end. I could barely understand her it was so noisy. Again half the salmon was missing. I put both pieces on half the sandwich and it fit. Bacon looks uncooked, health hazard. Recommend not buying this entree. Would not recommend eating here until they get their act together. read more

I have gone to this restaurant 4 times since it opened the 11th of July. The managers and staff are trying very hard to do and say the right things and it is working. The training crew is focusing on all the correct things to develop a successful staff. The food comes out of the kitchen when it should and the taste is good. In time I hope it taste great. I haven't been this disappointed in a long time. It took twenty minutes just for a waitress to come to the table and she seemed more annoyed than anything. After twenty more minutes, we hadn't even gotten the appetizer when everything came out. Half the food was cold and what wasn't cold was nasty, including my burnt burger that I had to cover in salt and ranch. Plates are thrown on the table. Then Miss no personality aka Jena doesn't even come back to check if we need anything so it's god knows how long before we can tell her about the nachos. I struggle through the burger because I gave half to my daughter and can't send it back all the while dying of thirst because I was never offered a refill. We get the bill, which still has the nachos but that was the fastest service we got the whole time. Only reason a 2 star for the service otherwise would be 1 star. Our waiter Tyler (employee of the month) was pretty good considering it was a Friday night. But the food was horrible. Me and my girlfriend both ordered the award winning wings, guess they just give it out awards to anyone or it's a self proclaim thing, the wings were subpar at best, the sauce was pretty tasty but the protein was overcooked and dried out. We then ordered, the " new " pasta dish and Cesar salad. The pasta was raw lol(I normally get to overcooked pasta, first time for under cooked) and the sauce was a split/broken cream soup. The waiter resolved the issue and I ordered the all star burger. Someone who I'm guessing is the manager dropped off the food, without even a sorry or enjoy your meal, the waiter then returns to apologize and make sure everything was okay, something the manager should've done but neglected to do. Thank god for the waiter. All in all, great music/atmosphere, MY waiter Tyler was great, management has the i don't care approach/attitude, but the food was horrible. Stopped by Glory Days Grill on Friday 2/7/20 before flying out to PR. The service was prompt and attentive and the food was great. They have a 24/7 24oz margarita which was good. I got the bacon/cheddar burger and enjoyed every bite. My wife got the Winter spinach salad and loved it. We will be back!! read more

My wife and I are huge fans of our Glory Days in Manassas, VA, and the one near our previous house in Centreville, VA, but this location has us really jealous. This past Friday was a beautiful evening and after an event at the UMBC Event Center we were looking for some late night snacks. We both were happy to see the familiar Glory Days sign near our hotel and the patio at this location was just what we were looking for. Don't get me wrong, the woodwork and layout of the interior is beautiful at this location but with the weather, we were looking for outside seating. The patio at this Glory Days is very well decorated with hanging plants and planters on the ground. The seating is very comfortable. I did notice they have the overhead radiant heaters for when it is cold outside too. I could see being able to use this patio about 10 months out of the year. Our local Glory Days have very underwhelming patios. I wish we had one like this near our house. The huge bar table that borders the parking lot was perfect for a large group that was playing cornhole on the sidewalk. A great gathering place for a large family or group of friends. Additionally, the beer list at this Glory Days is outstanding. Local beers and the standard varieties make up the at least 20 taps. I wish we had local IPAs and more than 5 or 6 taps at our local Glory Days. I guess our local ones do as good as they can with their space limitations. We enjoyed some items from the Snack Attack menu which are basically appetizers decently discounted after 9 p.m. and the banana bread pudding. Our server, Ciana B., seemed like she was new but she was very pleasant and did a great job. I wish we were closer to this Glory Days location or that they would upgrade the patio of one the locations near us. read more

This is not a perfect world so you won't always get it right the 1st time.....but when you don't get it right how do you remedy the situation? As an out of Towner being stuck for a month in this state (for work) and feeling for Glory Days Pasta for 2 nights me and co-workers decided to spend our Friday evening at glory days! As soon as we sat down our bartender (either Eric, John or Charlie which all were awesome) came to us to take our drink orders. We then ordered our entree Chicken Alfredo Pasta (((PERIODT))) The thing is that while I appreciated that we didn't have to wait long, when it came it was dry and lacked luster and sauce ((can you imagine our disappointment) When we tried to get the busser attention she just straight up told us " we out of sauce" and walked off! I was like ((((HUH)))) now come on your hat was an Alfredo sauce Pasta without Sauce???? Nawwwwhuhhhh we asked for a manager and Rachel came out with an immediate solution to say the sauce was actually in the back and was ready to re-do our order.......NOW THATS A MANAGER right there!!! So within 20 mins we were served with a fresh plate of pasta nice and hot and tasty!! Now as I stated earlier the reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because of how the situation was handled and remedied!! It really couldn't have bin solved in a better way to be honest. I have given this location 3 chances to earn my business. I work 5 minutes away so switching it up is fun! Every time I've gone, it has been poor service, insanely long wait times (salads, beer or tacos), and incorrect orders. I went today for lunch and it looked decently busy, but waiters were standing around so I guess not too busy? Most of us got the taco special, and it took OVER 30 minutes to come out...and 2 of our orders were wrong. I didn't ask for it to be corrected since we were there for over an hour in total. I am in customer service, and I've worked at a restaurant before, and there was no apology for the wait or making sure everything was okay. I was here for a convention and it was right across the parking lot. Wings - I asked for them extra crispy - and in the Glory Day sauce - were almost perfect - I was very impressed. I got a burger after debating over all the choices that sounded great and I was given great advice - the burger was fantastic - perfect in every way - including the size of that thing. We let the hostess know we were sitting outside (seat yourself tables) and waited half an hour to be served. While we waited we noticed other tables had been cleaned off and set with plates and silverware, but ours had yet to be touched. We finally tracked down someone and said we hadn't been served yet, but it was another 5 minutes before someone showed their face. The waitress didn't even apologize for our wait. She had no manners. Glory Days in glen burnie has always been hit or miss, but we like the atmosphere, the TV,s .So we gave the new Glory Days a try, Ordered the slam dunk pretzels, they were stone cold, we sent them back, and our server, the manager and another guy all asked what the problem was. My husband and I have been to this location a few times hoping that each time will get better but after tonight's experience I have zero hope. Tonight we arrived before the dinner rush (before 5PM). The place was fairly empty, the bar was the busiest section so we decided to sit in the dining area. It took 5 mins for someone to come and seat us. It seemed all the hostesses were busy doing other things and didn't think to look up to see if anyone had come in and needed to be seated. When we were finally seated we sat for probably another 10 mins and not one person came up to our table to welcome us or get our drink order. At this point we were clearly done looking at the menu and ready to order our food too. A young man who seemed to be the only person actually working walked by and we asked if he was our server. He stated that it wasn't his section but he'd find our server. We later saw him go up to the manager who turned around and looked at us but no one seemed to ever be sent over to our table. (This is not the first time we've been at this restaurant where the manager seems completely oblivious on how to manage a restaurant. Whenever she is working the place is a mess and the children working there are clearly not managed whatsoever free to do whatever they would like) After about 15 mins of no one coming to our table, we got up and left. As we were walking past the hostess station where the manager was still standing we got a "have a nice night!" Ummmm are you serious right now?! The WORST service. Not to mention my company had a work outing there the other week and the service was just as bad. An extremely grumpy server who clearly couldn't multi task. You'd think she'd be happy with a bunch of people ordering only drinks and apps. Our bill was high so therefore = nice tip. However, someone in our party asked for water she pointed to another table where she had pitchers placed and told him "it's over there" and walked away from our party. Doesn't that sound like great customer service? This place will probably continue to do ok based on the location however, the service is a serious joke. This is by far my favorite bar and grill to go to during the work week. During the week I stay in the hotel just behind the restaurant not too far to get some good drinks and food. The service there is amazing. The best parts have to be the bartenders Jerri and Taylor you can't forget the food either. I always sit at the bar to watch sports and to just relax. It's always a good night when those two are working. I've sat at the tables before but for me sitting at the bar they definitely brighten up the atmosphere and make sure you know you're taken care of. No matter how busy it is they always have it under control steadily keeping people happy and are always the friendliest you'll find. I always have a hot meal and cold drink If I need it. After a hard day it's always nice to see sincere and beautiful people. The food is out standing my favorite wings are from there, the glory day wings are perfect. I give them a 5 out of 5! read more
