The patties had a nice crust and they were both cooked perfectly medium so that they retained a lot of juice and flavor. *Sweet Potato fries were worth the $3 upgrade *Nice big comfy booths The Meh: *Prices are airport prices, so you know... The Ugly: *Someone needs to remind the salty cooks in the back that customers can hear their colorful language quite well in the dining room. We came here to use Chase's Priority Pass. I don't think they accept other passes. I think this is located between C6 and C8. We ordered Caesar salad but they ran out of Caesar dressing so I chose ranch dressing instead. Romaine was fresh, plenty of parm cheese and croutons. It was *almost* what I wanted. The Margherita pizza actually tasted better than it looked. There's no sign of basil but we ate the whole thing - knowing that Southwest gives out only pretzel mix and brownie bites and we had a 6 hour flight ahead of us. We had drinks too - soda and lemonade. They didn't offer refills but we didn't ask either. We had a flight to catch. All was covered by Priority Pass. We tipped and headed to our gate. read more

I came here twice specifically to use my Priority Pass. You can only use a Priority Pass issued by Chase, not the other banks. Although generally speaking the menu isn't anything special or unique, overall the food I tried for both breakfast and dinner (my layover was at BWI both ways) was good. I had an avocado toast and sangria for breakfast. The food and drink were both fine and decent, but my only complaint was my knife was really dull and shockingly had trouble cutting through the toast. It was odd and awkward but not a huge deal. I had boneless buffalo wings with Sweet Thai sauce for dinner and they were pretty good. A good size portion as well. Although the food experience is maybe 3 stars max, the staff during both visits were really friendly, polite, and helpful. Service was not slow, even during busy times, and the value when using your Priority Pass makes this worth a stop if you are flying out of this airport. That being said, if I was looking for a meal to pay out of pocket and not use a Priority Pass benefit, there were other spots that looked more appealing and I would probably skip this one. read more

Near southwest terminal on the far side Sat down for breakfast around 655 am. I stood at at the sign to be seated for 5 minutes before anyone came over I had the House Breakfast. It is only potatoes, eggs and your choice of meat. Toast was an add on for $5 I didn't get served my food until about 730. Which gave me 10 mins to scarf down my breakfast. read more

A great priority pass experience! I got a crab cake burger, and I had never had crab cakes before, but the bar is now certainly very high. Service left something to be desired. They had me waiting at the please wait to be seated sign for a good five minutes until they told me I could sit anywhere... Fortunately my waitress was much kinder and I felt more comfortable. Food was prompt and delicious and I was able to make my flight with no issues. I highly recommend this place for priority pass or not. read more

I tried the Harbor Grille after a flight from Boston. I arrived shortly before 8 and was ravenous. The greek salad wrap with chicken was good, but I would have appreciated more chicken or at least bigger pieces of it. The fries were perfectly crispy and delicious, but a little cold. However, the food was ordered before I even got off my plane so it was likely just my own timing. The waitstaff was very attentive especially as it got more crowded. The turkey club also looked delicious and I would definitely go back if I'm at BWI around dinner time! read more

It's about what you'd expect for airport food. The wrap was stale, dry spinach salad inside the wrap, there were pepperoncinis in it chopped up stems and all. I asked for a little dressing to go with it which I never got. However, the sweet potato fries were pretty good. read more

I came here because I had a priority pass and this restaurant offered a discount. I ordered the chicken and biscuit and it was absolutely foul. It was so overcooked and burnt looking that the person sitting next to me at the bar (who I didn't know) commented on it. Her food came out 30 minutes later and, if anything, it looked even worse than mine. We ordered at the same time and a 30 minute wait at an airport restaurant really isn't acceptable. Husband and I had a layover at Baltimore International Airport and went into the Harbor Grille to grab a bite. The gal who sat us was pleasant and professional. That is where it stops. Bartender, wait staff, kitchen help were awful. They were all gathered at the bar speaking badly about customers who were sitting in the dining area. The entire crew seemed so uninterested in their jobs. Food was as awful as the crew and poorly presented. The side of french fries were weak and barely had any on the plate. Thankfully my husband and I hardly have layovers in Baltimore. Be warned fellow travelers, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Do not eat here! I ate here on April 30 before my flight to Cancun. I ordered chicken fingers and fries and a Pepsi. After eating my food, I drank my Pepsi only to realize there was a FLY in my glass. I brought to my waitress Jen's attention and she said, apologetically, "yeah, there are a lot of flies back there so it probably just flew in, but I didn't charge you for the Pepsi." Jen, I shouldn't have to pay for any of this. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed that there wasn't one on site. I asked for a number to corporate and was again informed that a corporate office didn't exist. I spoke with another employee, thinking she would be a bit more reasonable, and she said "well what do you want her to do? You already ate the food and she didn't charge you for a drink." Now I understand that I wasn't at a fine dining establishment, but there have to be better standards in place for an incident like this. To avoid a scene, I paid my tab, but I 1000% shouldn't have been charged and a manager should have contacted me by now to resolve this matter. I had a layover at the airport, and the Harbor Grill was the closest thing to my gate. I was greeted by the Bartender and offered a seat as soon as I entered. The young lady had about half of the bar full. She was absolutely on top of it. She was making drinks, taking orders, serving food, giving recomendations,chatting up her customers. Would give this place zero stars if I could. The food is awful, avocados on the Cobb sandwich were spoiled. The staff of waiters all go in the back and just hang out, yelling out curse words which you can hear the whole conversation since there is no door to the kitchen.. you can see the uncomforted looks on peoples faces that are seated in the dining area. Since I was traveling alone, I just waked right up to an open seat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and service was quick even though they were busy. I got a drink in my hand within a few minutes of sitting down. I did see a few people "sampling" the beers on tap before ordering one. Since this is my last meal in Baltimore, I decided to get another crab cake so I ordered the crab cake BLT. It wasn't as good as the other ones I have had in town. I am not a crab cake expert but I did have it 5 out of 6 meals while I was here this time... The crab meat wasn't in big lumps like other places and it was smashed like a patty. My husband and I had a connecting flight at BWI. Our incoming flight was late and then we had to wait on the tarmac. At 12:30pm our second flight was starting to board and we weren't even off the first one. We ran from gate A all the way to gate C. We were late and starving, it was lunch time. We stopped at Harbor Grill to grab some sandwiches from the outside deli. As we were looking for sandwiches an employee was stocking more sandwiches and mumbling under her breath. We grabbed the sandwiches and went to the register and that employee yelled at us saying we have to wait until she is done stocking the sandwiches. We explained how we were hungry and our flight was boarding could we please just pay for the sandwiches and she said no. I asked her name and went to look at her badge and she grabbed it and turned it so I couldn't see her name. So I then pulled out my phone to take a picture of her, I'm sure the management/owner would want to know because they are in the business of selling food and making money and she refused to sell us anything. When I did she had to be held back by other employees and then threatened to "kick my ass". All we wanted to do was purchase some sandwiches. It's a service industry and the only thing I got was threatened. We travel to this airport a lot as we still have family there but we will not be patronizing this establishment ever again. The shrimp tacos were a mesh of sweet and savory and had really nice flavor. The diced mangos gave the tacos a sweet/citrus boost, and the grilled shrimp were lightly seasoned. Service, while friendly, was honestly just mediocre. It took a while to get my check, and then a bit longer to get my payment processed, because waitstaff was congregated to the side chatting away. I never have time to stop in here as it's a sit down restaurant. I'm glad I had 45 mins to spare. My server Tiffany was so sweet & professional. She was assisted by the manager (I didn't catch his name). I was very impressed in their seamless team work and the quickness in the manner of which the food was served. The food was perfection. Picture perfect. The fries... I don't even know how to describe them.... better than McDonald's & Burger King. I appreciated that they listened to my custom menu request and served everything without hesitation but moreso with admiration. If in Terminal C with time to kill, eat here. Bad food, bad attitude. The Blackened Tuna felt like if it was made in the microwave. It was tough, dry, chunky, and the blackened seasoning was gummy.
