Thrill of the Grille Four stars for an airport diner? And that's not to mention it's at BWI (aka Customer Service central) of all places?! Surely I've lost my mind, right? Firstly, you're not wrong--but hear me out! I actually even toyed with the idea of giving it five-stars, but I quickly came to my senses and settled on four. The Good: *Despite terrible customer service being the norm in Charm City, our server (don't recall her name) was excellent. Fast, friendly, and not annoying with checking on us every five seconds. *Beers on-tap *Both burgers we ate were excellent! The patties had a nice crust and they were both cooked perfectly medium so that they retained a lot of juice and flavor. *Sweet Potato fries were worth the $3 upgrade *Nice big comfy booths The Meh: *Prices are airport prices, so you know... The Ugly: *Someone needs to remind the salty cooks in the back that customers can hear their colorful language quite well in the dining room. I could care less, but last thing they need is some pearl clutcher coming along and raising a fuss. Conclusion: it's possible we were jet-lagged or woozy from traveling, I still stand by my review. Great food, beer, and excellent service--what's not to like?!

    Margherita pizza (started eating already)

We came here to use Chase's Priority Pass. I don't think they accept other passes. I think this is located between C6 and C8. We ordered Caesar salad but they ran out of Caesar dressing so I chose ranch dressing instead. Romaine was fresh, plenty of parm cheese and croutons. It was *almost* what I wanted. The Margherita pizza actually tasted better than it looked. There's no sign of basil but we ate the whole thing - knowing that Southwest gives out only pretzel mix and brownie bites and we had a 6 hour flight ahead of us. We had drinks too - soda and lemonade. They didn't offer refills but we didn't ask either. We had a flight to catch. All was covered by Priority Pass. We tipped and headed to our gate.

I came here twice specifically to use my Priority Pass. You can only use a Priority Pass issued by Chase, not the other banks. Although generally speaking the menu isn't anything special or unique, overall the food I tried for both breakfast and dinner (my layover was at BWI both ways) was good. I had an avocado toast and sangria for breakfast. The food and drink were both fine and decent, but my only complaint was my knife was really dull and shockingly had trouble cutting through the toast. It was odd and awkward but not a huge deal. I had boneless buffalo wings with Sweet Thai sauce for dinner and they were pretty good. A good size portion as well. Although the food experience is maybe 3 stars max, the staff during both visits were really friendly, polite, and helpful. Service was not slow, even during busy times, and the value when using your Priority Pass makes this worth a stop if you are flying out of this airport. That being said, if I was looking for a meal to pay out of pocket and not use a Priority Pass benefit, there were other spots that looked more appealing and I would probably skip this one.

Near southwest terminal on the far side Sat down for breakfast around 655 am. I stood at at the sign to be seated for 5 minutes before anyone came over I had the House Breakfast. It is only potatoes, eggs and your choice of meat. Toast was an add on for $5 I didn't get served my food until about 730. Which gave me 10 mins to scarf down my breakfast.

A great priority pass experience! I got a crab cake burger, and I had never had crab cakes before, but the bar is now certainly very high. Service left something to be desired. They had me waiting at the please wait to be seated sign for a good five minutes until they told me I could sit anywhere... Fortunately my waitress was much kinder and I felt more comfortable. Food was prompt and delicious and I was able to make my flight with no issues. I highly recommend this place for priority pass or not.

Greek salad wrap with sweet potato fries
    Melissa S.

It's about what you'd expect for airport food. The wrap was stale, dry spinach salad inside the wrap, there were pepperoncinis in it chopped up stems and all. I asked for a little dressing to go with it which I never got. However, the sweet potato fries were pretty good.

they gave me this raw cold pizza doesn't taste like margarita pizza after waiting about 20 mins

The drinks were HUGE but not very strong. I did get a little plastic duck with my cocktail which was very cute, though. The service was attentive and always around if you needed something. Food comes out quickly, I didn't wait more than 10-15 minutes for anything to come out. Overall, Food and Drinks: 8.5/10 Service: 8/10 Atmosphere: 7/10

They live very close to a location there, and we got pizza to go when I was visiting them one time maybe in 2022. The pizza was very good as I recall. Then, I saw there was a location of Primanti Bros. opening in Linthicum Heights near BWI Airport, the first location in the Baltimore-DC area. They were having a grand opening on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, where the 1st 100 customers were going to get free sandwiches for year. I live about 13 miles from here, and I toyed with the idea of trying to be one of the first 100. But I opted against as even if I got there at 6 AM for the 10 or 10:30, whatever grand opening time, and there's still no guarantee I'd be the 1st 100. And I'd be pissed that I drove all the way there and stood there for hours to get nothing in the end. Not to mention, I had work too (although on average probably slower due to also Juneteenth holiday), which I could do from out there to a certain extent. Ultimately, I had emailed them, and they said the 100th customer got there at approximately 4 AM that morning! That's insane. This place really has a cult following! A friend, who knew I lived in AA County, loves this place and mentioned the idea of meeting up with me one Sunday to watch a Ravens game, and him and his fiancée (wife as of March 2025) went up there a few times to watch game or other reasons they went that way. On Thursday, October 3, 2024, like Juneteenth the holiday Primanti Bros. opened, it was Rosh Hosannah, and that friend who had off (as he works in a school & they get the Jewish holiday) off invited me to lunch with another friend of ours. My work was slow that day, and I needed to eat lunch somewhere anyway. I probably would've eaten lunch at home or close to home if they hadn't thought to invite me. So, I drove the 13 miles from home to meet up with them. Those two friends were kind of high. Well sure, it was a holiday they were off work. And they were hungry too! I was hungry too because well it was lunchtime. Service was prompt & friendly answering our questions. However, server was a bit of a klutz as she accidentally spelled some water got a bit on one friend. Geez, was she the one who was high?!...just kidding, it's just one of those accidents that can happen being a server. She was apologetic. My friend took it with stride having a positive attitude. I believe I got a pastrami sandwich, but could've been corned beef. Their sandwiches are big, pilled high with lots of meat & delicious too. I can really see why the following for this place with the quantity but also the high quality. Fries were plentiful too, which were also delicious. I ate well that day for lunch and was quite full. I went to an event that evening, and I think I just ate something small/snack for dinner that night after I got home around 9 PM. This was a great service with excellent plentiful sandwiches & fries and nice service.

Bubba's 33 -- Ask for the Bar, Not the Dining Room…read more I was here about three months ago and left a solid review. That visit (bar side) was great. This time I sat in the dining room... completely different experience. Order & food: * I asked for tater tots and got fries instead. It took so long just to get a soda that I didn't bother sending them back. * Fries: over-salted and generic -- nothing special. * Tater tots: still the move here. Don't skip them. * Jalapeño burger (with the jalapeño popper puck + added cheese): flavor idea is good, but the build was sloppy. * Shredded lettuce/tomato made it messy * Nobody asked temp -- it came out overdone Service & seating: * Sat at a handicapped table, which felt awkward. * Service in the dining room was slow and inconsistent: long wait for drinks, minimal check-ins, no follow-up. * The vibe felt off -- even basic interactions felt different than what I've had at the bar. I didn't wait around for dessert or anything -- paid the tab, tipped what matched the service, and left. Bottom line: This place isn't one experience -- it's two. Bar side: consistent, attentive, worth it. Dining room: slow, sloppy, and not on the same level. There are other spots doing burger deals going in the Rotation now!

This place can get rowdy during home games and late nights, but I've always had a good time here. Today I went with the All-Star burger -- cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle spear on a brioche bun. Asked for medium with mayo. It came open-face, and instead of spreading the mayo on the bun, it was squirted unevenly over the lettuce and tomato. That kind of set the tone. The burger itself? Dry. Bland. The brioche bun felt about a day away from stale. Nothing offensive, just completely forgettable. It was inexpensive on special, but it didn't move the needle for me.
