Great pub! This place has really good flame broiled burgers and that I order with surprisingly crispy sweet potato fries that are some of the best I've had. Truth is, everything we have eaten there has been very good, including a very tasty smoked turkey sandwich and an awesome smoked pulled chicken sandwich. Their spicy Buffalo cauliflower appetizer is excellent too! If your in the mood for some spicy chicken wings, they has a good assortment of choices and they are all very good They have good drink specials and the service has always been good for us. We have become regulars at this sports pub. They offer plenty of TV's to catch your favorite events and offer indoor and outdoor seating. The French fries are crap. And that really sucks. French fries are a side that could single handedly bring someone back a next time. This was just the opposite. The bright spot was the fish from the fish fry. Very crunchy breading that is the perfect thickness. They really hit the nail on the head with the fish fry. Breading is thin and adds perfect flavor to the fish but is by no means overpowering. Fish is nice and flaky. The menu is long and very generic like a chili's. The very first thing I appreciated was that every employee visible was wearing a mask, and patrons are also required to wear masks upon entering. We started with the chips & guacamole appetizer. The guac was deliciously seasoned with only a slight lack of salt, which is compensated for by the salt seasoning the chips. My husband ordered the MVP Burger, and I ordered the Burger Blue. They were both cooked perfectly to order. The Burger Blue was interesting, since the stand-out ingredient was blue cheese. I wasn't really sure how to feel about the flavor combination. My niece ordered the surprisingly flavorful grilled chicken sandwich, my daughter had the kid's menu chicken strips, and my toddler had the Mac and cheese which was really good! Typical sport bar atmosphere and typical food and service. Nothing special to make you go back. We had a table of 4 of us and honestly just your typical sport bar place with sub par food. Just an average place to grab a quick bite nothing special and don't expect any creativity or super service. We frequent this shopping center and live walking distance and this is not our go to place. Better choices in the same parking lot. The food was very good I ordered barbecue chicken salad it was pretty good. My friend ordered the Cobb salad and liked it too. Now my sangria was TO DIE FOR it was ginormous and delicious and might I say it was very pretty looking the presentation is a solid . I absolutely love this place! I come here whenever I have the excuse to, because I am addicted to their smoked turkey sandwich! Their homemade chips are also amazing as well as the slam dunk pretzels! Their drinks are really good too, and the prices aren't bad. We felt that Glory Days Grill's take out service left a lot to be desired. We ordered take-out using Grub-hub and the menu provided by the website. We ordered a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. We also ordered a basket of waffle fries to share and a side of cooked broccoli. We unpacked our food at a picnic site and discovered that there were no utensils included for the broccoli, nor any condiments for the burgers. They were dry with lettuce, tomato and onion on the side. There were no napkins provided. If there was a bar inside the restaurant with condiments, napkins, and utensils available for self-service, it was not immediately evident. Not was there any place on the menu to order ketchup and mustard. My husband ordered a 20 oz tea that came in a styrofoam cup that looked to contain no more 12 or maybe 16 oz of liquid. Both of our burgers came with a side order of waffle fries. Nowhere on the menu did it mention that the sandwiches came with an automatic order of fries. We would never have ordered the extra basket of fries had we known that. The burgers, although bland, were good as were the fries and broccoli. What was lacking was the thought of what was needed to make it enjoyable eaten out. read more

We visit Glory Days often after shooting sporting clays with friends who have a dog. The outside seating is great for dogs and they bring a bowl of water for our furry friends! Our last visit there I had the pulled BBQ chicken salad with ranch and BBQ sauce. It was very tasty and sized just right! Ambiance was comfortable with large screen TVs for your choosing. The waiter was friendly and topped our water off the entire time. The manager came to our table a few times to check on us. The burgers were tasteless and fries that looked like they'd been sitting there for hours. I would have expected this quality from a McDonald's. Really miss Leroy Selmon's! We went to Glory Days for the first time shortly after they opened. Service was a bit slow, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt for just opening. But our second time, yesterday...YIKES! Went with a party of 8 and it was a total @#$!show. We went at 1PM after the Sunday church rush, the place was about half full. Food took an HOUR to come out. Some items were okay, but at our table at least half of the dishes were dreadful. My sister-in law said her Philly Cheesesteak tasted like Fish. My wife's chicken on her salad was frozen and rock hard. I didn't get my side dish until after I had finished my sandwich. My father-in-law said his meatloaf was bland and luke warm. Better get it together quickly, or you won't stay in business around here. Way too much competition in the area. The menu isn't War and Peace it took me all of 60 seconds to decide what I wanted. After that I just sat there...waiting... I ordered a cup of Clam Chowder and a burger wrap...not difficult. Almost 10 minutes go by and no Clam Chowder. Finally the bartender comes over to say they are making a a new batch. I thought great, it'll be fresh. It came about 10 minutes after that...guess what? It was cold! F me, I've never had Clam Gazpacho before and today was not the day I wanted to try...at least they gave me a credit for the errrr soup, if you could call it that. Burger wrap came. Pretty underwhelming on the meat portion, is hamburger supposed to be gray? There was plenty of lettuce though! Why is it that certain places seem like they want to single handedly keep lettuce farmers in business? I mean seriously, if I want a salad I order a salad. The meat was also festooned with gristle, what a wonderful twist...vomit...I didn't even bother complaining and the Check couldn't come fast enough. I am going out on a limb here 'cause Glory Days is another chain (or, at least franchised) restaurant in a town polluted with 'em. My wife and I weren't expecting much and, matter of fact, I refused to go at first due to my ongoing boycott of overpriced Sarasota restaurants with bad food and elderly clientele that close at 9 P.M. Their food was excellent. Burger cooked as-you-like-it. Beef fresh. Bun toasted. The Monte Cristo sandwich and homemade mac-n-cheese bites reminded my wife of Bennigan's. Yummy! Coleslaw and fries were on par. Good stuff. Domestic drafts will set you back $3 for a Bud Light and $3.50 for a Michelob Ultra. Great. Love it. We had drinks at Glory Days a couple times last week (when my wife first noticed the Monte Cristo sandwich). Bartenders and staff are friendly. Keep up the good work. I've been coming to Glory Days since the conversion from Leroy Selman. My mom and I have been there twice since restaurants converted to take out because of the virus. The first time we were told they had to lay off the workers and the restaurant is helping the staff during this time and will bring them back once the restaurant is fully operational. This impressed me a lot. We went back today and ordered food along with the gallon of margarita. Delicious as always. The quality and quantity of food have not changed. If you would normally visit Glory Days please continue to do so, if you never been tou after missing good food at a great price. Please don't forget to tip. He Went to the next table at least 7 times compared to the two times of us coming to our table (one time to get our drink and food order and to give us the check).
