Decreasing the ability for staff to service in store guests can not be the answer. Today I was in store and noticed that an item I have been stalking had been marked down. I used the scanner to confirm and it rang up a different price. I walked the entire women's section 2 times. I walked through the 'dressing rooms' that are always closed and used as a storage area twice. There were no sales associates on the floor. I asked a custodial associate about calling someone for help and he kindly let me know that they are not supposed to do that. I walked through the shoes and accessories department and there was not one associate in sight. I tried to look for a mirror to see if I could just make a buying decision without trying the items on. I had to go to the home - mirrors section just to look at the items I was interested in buying. I finally went to the front of the store and saw two people standing watching the registers. I asked one of the individuals for help in ladies, and received a , 'For what?'. I blinked a few times. I think I understood what she was asking, but that was definitely not how you professionally ask that question. After all that the wrong signage was posted. The associate helped me, but I'm not sure if they were happy about it. I ended up having to buy 2 different sizes because I had no way to really determine which size would fit. Now I have to return one of the items. Positive - The Free Assembly / Scoop buyers/designers have leveled up the options in a major way, but who wants to play a guessing game with sizing with a higher price point item. The racks have been fairly full for over a month with these items. Maybe if people could try on items they would purchase more. I'm just waiting for markdowns as this point. Do better Walmart.

They had people in there stocking shelves. So this is a really good time to come to Walmart. They had everything I needed. Martin helped me with all the stuff I needed to get everything going electronically. Then I went and looked a little bit at furniture. I didn't come to look at furniture, but I saw a lot in that area. And the prices are obviously good. This Walmart has things like the protein bars, stuff like that. There were people is the isles packing the shevles and nobody in line. Overall, good trip. I got everything I needed. Since I'm going to come back down this way, this was not very far away and a very convenient location, and everybody was kind. I guess I will make sure I come in the morning.

One of the things we wanted to pick up were a few bottles of wine, and liquor. There's a button to press for assistance in the liquor isles, as all alcohol is locked up behind a glass case. We pressed the button a few times, waited about 15 min, no one ever came. I then went looking for someone, I found 2 groups of woman, in 2 different places while searching for help, and all said, we needed to look for the associate with the yellow vests, only they can unlock the doors. I finally found someone who was wearing a yellow vest after about 30 min, and I was told by him he was only wearing the vest, he can't actually unlock the door. It was definitely frustrating especially seeing all these associates just standing around doing literally nothing! Horrible customer service.

Witnessing team leads being pushy and degrading to some workers because they aren't satisfied with what they see? Came here while running errands with a friend. Since we were passing by I asked her to swing in. These Walmart feels a bit clustered, in a similar way to Hobby Lobby. It's almost so packed that it starts to feel cluttered, even though most items are organized properly. That being said the prices and variety are quite good. An item my friend wanted to pick up was sold out but that's because it was discounted quit well compared to other stores. I find their prices super competitive, but end up often going to other stores to do my general grocery shopping as sales on meats are often better elsewhere. But for general/most items I feel like Walmart is pretty solid.

This location is right off the 210 freeway. There's a McDonald's in here and I love how I can grab a side of fries after a shopping trip. Shoplifting probably is a huge issue here because they pretty much lock up most of their cosmetics including nail polish in a locked case, which makes it really inconvenient to be able to get what I need if I'm in a rush. Walmart is good place to shop for Holiday decorations and every day essentials, but I am not sure about purchasing groceries here because the frozen aisles always seem unorganized. Overall an okay place to stop by if you're looking for affordable items.

As I was trying to figure out what to do, I saw another associate passing by and I was able to tell him I was missing an item. If Walmart is going to install that many self-checkout stations, they should actually make them available to customers. But then I asked 1 last employee.. a young man named Edgar, he literally stopped what he was doing to help.
