I have been stopping by Gloucester RV every time I would go over the bridge into Gloucester and looking because they were so nice and never even followed me around. All campers are left open and you can look at anything you want to. A few months ago I saw that they had a small used teardrop camper on their lot. I have always wanted one so I asked about it. I couldn't believe the deal they gave me on it. After all the paperwork was done and we went out to hook it up to my truck, we saw that both the wiring from the trailer and the emergency chain wasn't long enough to reach my truck. They went inside and cut a piece of chain and added it so things would work correctly and brought out a extension for the wiring. After they made sure the that trailer was hook up safely, I asked how much I owned them for the extra parts they installed. They said that I owed nothing. Now, how many dealers would take parts off of the self of their store and give them to you? They are the most down to earth dealership of any that I've ever been to. read more
