But when we showed up, the finance manager broke the news that the lender wouldn't even finance the deal as structured -- something the sales manager Gavin had been warned about and chose not to tell us. Instead of being upfront or offering real solutions, they backed us into a corner and pressured us into adding a warranty just to force the deal through. What started as an exciting purchase quickly turned into a frustrating experience full of shady tactics and last-minute surprises. To make matters worse, we had our five-year-old with us the entire time -- stuck sitting through hours of this mess because the team couldn't be transparent from the beginning. When he contacted me, he stated that the one awning would require 6hrs of labor to repair, but if I were to replace all the awning material the labor cost would be close to the same, or a little additional if I got all of them done. I was good with that and asked him to send me a written estimate. When I received the estimate, it had an additional 8 hours of labor added for the repair. I called him the next day to question the additional labor and he stated that he was thinking about refusing service since I question the labor cost. I told him that I would come pick-up my RV. I think that he was a little overwhelmed with the repair since this was a high-end coach. He wasted 4 days of my time with nothing being accomplished. I do not recommend this repair facility.
