Bought a Class B van from Camping World in Newport News. It was used, only a few years old, low miles, and they claimed it had gone through a full inspection. They even told me there were a few things they were fixing before delivery, so naturally I assumed it was solid. Three months later, it has spent almost that entire time in the shop. I've missed trips I had planned. I've taken one trip without water because the system wasn't working. Another trip ended with water leaking everywhere and damaging the cabinetry. Meanwhile, I've made all three payments on a van I've barely been able to use. Out of the 11 weeks I've owned it, it's been out of service for 9. And here's the frustrating part. Camping World is quick to sell you a unit, but when problems show up, the service drags. Everything is "waiting on parts" or "on order." No urgency, no ownership. When I finally asked about trading out of it into something reliable, their solution was to offer me wholesale value, nowhere near what I paid, on a van they sold me in this condition. That tells me everything I need to know. The relationship ends the second the paperwork is signed. They care about the transaction, not the customer. If you're shopping there, just understand that once they have your money, you may be on your own. read more

Very disappointed. An inspection for possible consignment got us an offer for $100. I admit the camper needed some finish work on renovations of removing the sink. They told us it needed more work than it was worth. We are talking a 10 yr old camper. Upon returning for camper we found the door hinge was "broken". Too bad the best thing going for them is nice phone staff who can get you to come in but the rest is a waste. Girl at the front counter let me stand there for almost 5 mins while she was tending to her phone and scrolling social media. We were told everything was good to go: pricing locked in, financing approved, ready to sign. But when we showed up, the finance manager broke the news that the lender wouldn't even finance the deal as structured -- something the sales manager Gavin had been warned about and chose not to tell us. Instead of being upfront or offering real solutions, they backed us into a corner and pressured us into adding a warranty just to force the deal through. What started as an exciting purchase quickly turned into a frustrating experience full of shady tactics and last-minute surprises. To make matters worse, we had our five-year-old with us the entire time -- stuck sitting through hours of this mess because the team couldn't be transparent from the beginning. It felt like a bait-and-switch -- and based on our experience, this place thrives on that kind of pressure and miscommunication. Everyone else's reviews are completely true -- this company is shady. Think twice and get everything in writing before you waste your time here. That said, Lars was great to work with, and Thomas, who walked us through the camper, was incredibly helpful and kind. I'm giving two stars for a couple good things, otherwise I would give one. We just bought a travel trailer from these guys. Mostly, it's a pretty shady process. Pros: - Jay (Jacob) is a super sweet salesman and genuinely seems to care about the customer, even if he can't control the financing side. -The service counter got what we needed done quickly as we were leaving with our new camper. -Some of the ladies in the building were really nice to us and our kids. -Decent selection of campers. Cons: -Upon coming in with an appointment, the front desk lady made it seem like she had no clue who we were, why we were there, or even how to initiate our purchase. -Not a very nice lounge for buyers compared to other RV dealers honestly. -Walkthrough was not thorough at all. As somewhat new campers, we could've used a more detailed experience. In addition, we had to have them pump air into the tires and buy the correct size ball for our hitch AFTER we almost pulled off the lot with no one even ensuring we were hitched correctly. -Buying process was super shady. DO NOT believe the sales estimate sheet they give you. Your price will certainly be higher and they will lie directly to your face about it. We have excellent credit (800+) and we were told our camper would be on the low end of the estimate because of that. They lied to get us in there for sure. Expect twenty to thirty dollars more per month at least. -Our initial sales guy Gavin, who lied to us, avoided us and pretended he wasn't there when we purchased, even though he convinced me to make a reservation fee over the phone and swore my payment would be much lower. -They were really secretive about the cost breakdown. They didn't tell us anything about the loan, the financing institution, or even give us a method to pay the damn monthly payments. They get their signatures and practically sweep you out the door. They place your camper on the side of the road and let the door hit you on the ass lol. It's wild. When I purchased from GeneralRV they were so helpful and cautious and instructive. Overall, just have realistic expectations. If there's a camper in good condition there, fight for a good a price but expect them to lie right to you. They will try to bully you into warranty options that blow up your monthly payment but I can already tell it'll blow up even more in your face. I suspect you'd call for replacements and get the run around and probably struggle getting what you pay for based on other reviews. Will update later if we read more

First time at Camping world and this will be my last time going in a Camping world. Ordered item from online for in store pickup. The item was processed a day later and got the email that its ready to pickup. Drove all the way to Newport News and one I arrive the lady at order pickup brings a totally different product than what I ordered. Then she and the manager goes back and tries to search for it only to come back saying they don't have the item in stock. How hard is it to match up a barcode before having a customer drive 20 miles for nothing? Very disapponted at this type of customer service. read more

Went looking for a used 5th wheel toy hauler, and Malcolm was very patient even though it was close to closing time. We found one we were interested in and returned the next week to see it in the light. It was not quite as impressive in the light of day. Malcolm suggested a new unit with a massive end of year discount. We needed some time to consider, so we slept on it for a week. No pressure. We returned and made the deal. Delivery went great. Shelby was terrific, Chandler was helpful (and patient) and the technicians were great. I know there are some negative reviews here, but our experience was very positive. read more

We met with them to cancel all the extra coverages, that we realized we don't need, they agreed to cancel, and we signed to this agreement. it has been several weeks and the coverages have not dropped as agreed. Now the sales manager is avoiding our calls. Very bad business and shady. Don't do business Here. were pleasant and ready to sell, but god help you after you drive off the lot!!! read more

Update: the number that's listed below to call for "help" at Marcus VIP team is equally unhelpful. They still owe us $1000 and have now started ignoring us. I called for more assistance and was told they're not sure what I want them to do. Previous rating: I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life! My mother and I bought a motorhome (RV) from camping world in Newport News and I regret ever stepping a foot in that place. I dealt with a sales associate named Scott and financial guy named Rob. ALL communication with them was like nails on a chalkboard. Any question I asked was answered with animosity. I was disrespected, called names and hung up on. I live in VA and my mom lives in NV. We found a decent price online for an RV. I looked at the unit and put the down payment. Once they had the money, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. They were always "busy" and it took a total of 2 months to finally drive it home. It was being financed by my mom who's a senior citizen that works graveyard and lives on the other side of the country. She's a smart woman, but has a hard time understanding things sometimes which is why I was apart of the deal. After only a week of possessing the RV, my mom received a past due bill in the mail for two payments. She hadn't even been sent a copy of the contract to make a single payment (because Rob hadn't sent it). She was confused and upset even after she'd talked to him. I called him shortly after speaking with her. Sadly, what I thought would be a quick clarification turned into anything but. From the moment he got on the phone he was flustered and upset; stuttering and double-talking. Yelling that he'd already explained everything to my mom. To which I asked, "I understand that but she's still confused, are you saying that her issue is with the bank and not camping world?" In response, he went on a tirade; during which, he called me RUDE and AGGRESSIVE and stated that he would not and did not need to talk to me. I was taken aback by his comments and could only think to ask what he meant. Then proceeded to hang up - less than a minute into the conversation. I genuinely HATE to even type this next part.... I am a woman of color. There are a million preconceived notions (stereotypes) on how someone who looks like me will behave in certain situations. My entire life, even as a child, I have had to present myself in a way that was absolutely professional because the moment I do anything else, someone will call me aggressive, ghetto or worse. At NO point would I have dignified his behavior with even the tiniest rise of emotions- OR even speak in an flat-condescending tone. Yet, he treated me like unworthy scum, and I immediately felt embarrassed and confused. I talked to the sales manager about the incident, he apologized but honestly, it doesn't feel like enough. It's hurtful. This is hurtful. No matter how nice I try to sound or smart or understanding... someone, like Rob, will turn himself into a victim, just to insult me. To him - I was aggressive because I had a quick question - I was aggressive because he didn't owe an explanation to those two women - I was aggressive because it made it easy to disrespect me, an excuse to treat me like crap. read more

SeeVisited this location after being lured there by a salesman saying they could finance me even after explaining my current credit situation. Provided my paystub and filled out their financing at Newport News VA location. Viewed several units and decided on one. Was told I was approved and even paid $100 dollars to hold the unit until I was able to provide the $3500.00 we had agreed apon to place as a down payment. So as a consumer and an American active duty service member I looked at the Camping World location in Ashland, VA and asked if they had a newer particular unit that I had seen on their website for generally the same amount I was already "approved" for. Well the finance guys/salesman poached me...went on to trash talk about the location in Newport News. Reluctantly I believed him. He vemently denied he was going to run my credit again...well that was a total lie. He ran it again, then had the audacity to not call me back. After several attempts to call him or reach someone there all attempts where futile. Ended up NOT getting a unit from either location after being highly disappointed and being told that I was NOT approved for financing from either location. What a hoax! Oh failed to mention...the Ashland VA location called me a month later...I called back. Got the same song and dance. Oh it's end of the month, we can get you into a unit now...well again I have yet to receive a phone call. Shameful. So the generic business manager reply on Yelp is a bit insulting. Wait for the "BUT", the process with the estimate and roof replacement repairs went well, no complaint there. Things may not always be what they seem! My complaint is with Camping World not taking accountability for my awning breaking, compromising the integrity of my awning during the removal/reinstallation, during the roof repair. Camping World needed to remove and reinstall ($310 charge) the awning (or just the fabric as per Heather) on the side of the camper, not my second awning that is on the slide out (that extended without issue). BUT, my first time camping trip after the repairs, opening the awning for the first time, it breaks! The wife extends the awning (only requires pushing 2 buttons). Suddenly, I hear two pop sounds and a rip, went around the side of the camper and there's one strut on the ground; another dangling from the awning arm and the awning fabric hanging down. I immediately call Camping world. 9/2/2022(3:37p.m. for 6 min 59 secs) - Call Camping World, talk with Alexis Bauman, explaining what happened. Since Camping World compromised the integrity of the awning when they removed and reinstalled the awning, makes them responsible for any issues. I asked twice should I call my insurance, she says they are taking care of fixing it and I didn't have to call USAA. Again, I ASKED TWICE, she reassured they have it. 9/7/2022 (3:16 p.m. for 7 min 18 secs) - Call and talk with Heather Meyers, talk with her about the repairs. She said to bring it to C.W., I ask how are they going to compensate me for my gas, as it wasn't my fault, they need to cover the repair cost, because they improperly reinstalled the awning. Said they can have a tech come out to look at the awning. (9/16/2022) - Camping World tech - Ron, came out to assess the damage. His visit consisted of two pics and getting on his ladder looking at both ends of the awning, never removing the zip ties, duct tape or ratchet straps. Then states that's all he can do, leave it strapped up since it's secured and that it would need to be completely replaced. How could he make that declaration, when Ron never accurately assess the awning? Fast forward, about a month and multiple emails later. 9/28/2022 - my email and her response. My email: Good afternoon, I'm looking for a status update for the awning parts/replacement. Keith Heather's response: Good afternoon, Just got more information from our parts department. Do you have any tags on the awning? When the technician came out he did not get us a measurement or anything. We tried to go through KZ but they cannot tell us what is on it. If you still have the awning could you measure just the fabric on the tube so I can get this back to the parts department. Also, they are asking where the awning lights are? Are they incorporated on the fabric or are they on the coach itself. Sorry for all the questions. Also rough estimate on the awning will be around 3000. My response: Where the awning lights are? The lights are at the end of the awning when extended. Awning size is 10ft, I included a picture of the camper and information below. Also rough estimate on the awning will be around 3000. For the price, that will be picked up by Camping World for the improper reinstallation of the awning during the roof replacement as per my discussion with Alexis. Heather's response: Good afternoon, This was not due to an installation error on our end. This is a part failure. The parts department is still working on getting the pricing on this I do not have any further updates as of yet. Went to look for a camper, met a really nice sales person next thing I know their finance guy is down our throats trying to sell us. We decided to consider it, but wanted a day or two to think. We put a 500 dollar deposit down. Two days later, we decide that we didn't want to buy it. We informed them that day and requested are refund. Two weeks later, it still hadn't been refunded. We called multiple times during those two weeks and each time the person was "doing a sale and would call us back", but of course never called us back. Finally we track down someone (after calling back because they never return calls) and dealt with the rudest woman. We were told that they thought we maybe would change our mind after we specifically told them we didn't to do business with them. My wife was frustrated after finding out they hadn't bothered issuing the refund and the lady start getting aggressive saying she was being rude and was going to hang up. Finally have an issue refund, will be nice to pay the interest on it! My family of RVer's told me to avoid Camping World and I regret not taking their advice! Find a local business like Dodd or Coastal RV. Much less pressure sales people and better deals. read more

I'll start off by saying how I wish I could give ZERO stars to this company. My wife and I decided we wanted to be the new owners of an RV. Naturally, we googled and found Camping World in Newport News. We arrived, were shown some campers, and then on our way out- our sales associate Jamal- took us to the counter and had his sales leader try and pressure us into putting a deposit down that very second. Which to me was very rude and disrespectful considering we didn't ask to speak to his manager in the first place. Two days later, Jamal messaged my wife and got us roped in to try and purchase the camper that we saw. He started to run some brief numbers for us and when my wife responded with a question (after he had gotten all the information he needed) we didn't hear from him in a week. Every time we tried to reach out or call, no one was ever available and we were told to leave a message. Communication at this place is the worst I've ever been a part of. So much so, that my wife and I were sick of not being responded too and decided to drive ourselves there (40 min drive with two children under 6 years old) just to get some answers. When we arrived, we asked to see Jamal and we were told by the receptionists (a bunch of dimwits as well), that he was off today. So we said we want to see his manager Jake. They told me he's at the counter and they would let him know we need to speak with him. I look to my left and there's about 7 men all standing around and laughing at this counter. I approach the counter and I stand there for a good 5 min before one of them sees us all standing there and asks how they can help. I asked for Jake and his face turned pale white like he saw a ghost. He ended up not even answering our questions and told us they're working on our deal still and that we will hear from someone soon. I said Okay and asked to see the camper one more time just to make sure we wanted to still do this. That's when we were introduced to Scott (aka Grumpy) which is what he told us to call him since apparently there's too many Scotts at that location. We told him and expressed to him most of our frustrations so far and he assured us that it would all be taken care of. We told him of our time crunch of a situation that we were in and the told us not to worry one bit. Fast forward to THREE weeks later and we still haven't been "approved" for financing after we put down a good chunk of money, trading in another vehicle, AND had a co-signer just in case. My wife has great credit as well. Well, Melissa Gary was our finance point of contact during this entire process. She says she has been working hard yet ran my credit TWICE which has now dropped my credit score. Tried to tell us she's been leaving us messages to call her when we have ZERO missed calls from her. Every time I call her, she's never available and every time I leave a message, it never gets to her. She can just never be bothered and it shows. We had our cosigner check their credit and the score didn't change which means they never even used it. So we've constantly being denied for what? The last we heard from her was a few days ago. Yesterday, I called this location and asked to speak with Melissa and as always she wasn't available. I demanded that the receptionist put me on with literally anybody and she couldn't do it. All of them are busy? Yet when I show up they're all standing around. Such a joke. So I told the receptionist to pass along a message to Melissa that we want nothing to do with Camper World and that we are taking our business elsewhere. Guess who emails me today? MELISSA. which shows the receptionists aren't delivering messages like they say they do. I again told her I'm done dealing with her and that's when she has the audacity to tell me that she's been doing everything she can... Guys and Gals, DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM. read more

The phone number listed on the Newport News website is not a working number. The on line service appointment request does not list "inspection" which is what I need. No where on the website does it say inspections NOT taken by appointment. This would have saved me some wasted time. I went through the chat room and ask for a different phone number; they gave me that same one listed on the website. I had to call the camping world general office and have them contact the store for me (was told by the person there that this is a recurring problem). read more

We weren't really in the market for an RV but we came across one that we really liked ad it was at a price that we thought was fair. The sales price for the Rv was 25k. About the lowest I had seen for a Jayco 28RBDS. The purchasing experience was what you would expect from a used car sales lot. Basically trying their hardest to get over on us. They literally used every trick in the book so be prepared for a hard sell and slide of hand tricks such as -Well give you what you want for your trade but we have to bring the price of the trailer up to meet the negative equity - what??? Anyway.. They finally agreed to sell us the trailer at the advertised price and pay off our trade. But By the time we were done with the paperwork (which took forever) ... Our final cost was just over 29k. That's 4k in fees and taxes etc.. This blindsided me because I had never seen this many fees before. So just a heads up.. They have the following fees.: A joke of a RV starter kit which apparently you can't do without - $250. Dealer prep fee? $600 Documentation fee? $398 Total - $1348 The RV kit Included about $30-$50 worth of low quality stuff including a water hose, a really flimsy sewer hose and a few other odds and ends. (See picture) We also had to call them several times to find out what was going on with our financing. It took them 4 business days to get our loan approved. Not sure why it takes that long. A few of the pros.. The Receptionist at the front desk and the peeps in the parts department are really nice and patient. Greg the service guy was really thorough during the walk through when I picked up the trailer. They really did have good sales prices. Just need to look out for those hidden fees and aggressive sales techniques. Even though we are extremely happy with the trailer and love it... Im Not sure if I would go back to them. read more

One star because I can't give zero. Long story short, bought an RV here in 2013. 3 months later, manufacturer issued a recall. Manufacturer notified Dixie via email and letter about the recall. Dixie never forwarded notification to me. May 2015 on the road, RV breaks down, caused by recalled part. Cost me almost $3000 when you count rental cars, hotel room, rental cabin (state park), and $938 repair bill. Contacted Dixie repeatedly after it happened. Was assured they would "make it right," however a week ago I called and left a voicemail, Received no response. Complained to NHTSA, FTC, and Better business bureau. Sent letter to general manager today. Ball in there court. Next stop, legal help. read more

We drove up from North Carolina to look at a motorhome that we had arranged to see with Nemo. He greeted us with a smile and friendly hand shake. Unfortunately, the motorhome was not exactly what we were looking for. He then showed us the other motorhomes on the lot and explained the pros and cons of each. None of them were the length we were looking for, but it did give us insight. We are also considering on purchasing a pull behind camper. He indulged us, and took us around to see about 25 of them. He allowed us time to view each motorhome/camper on our own and was not that pushy salesperson that we often meet. He patiently answered any and all questions that we had. Nemo is a personable, polite, funny guy and fabulous salesperson. The industry needs more like him. We would absolutely recommend shopping at this Camping World. Make sure to request Nemo! read more

WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER. 100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE AN RV FROM NEWPORT NEWS CAMPING WORLD. We made the initial down payment before taking our new to us used RV home. We were told that financing couldn't be set up because it was a weekend. We set-up an appointment to get a walkthrough of the RV for 11 in the morning two weeks later. We showed up at 1116 because traffic was bad getting through the HRBT. After showing up we stood around for an hour being told that the employee was busy with something else. We ended up leaving to get lunch and returned at 1. The service employee who was supposed to do the walk around for RV called me at 1 and said she was ready to show us around (Shelby) after another 30 minute wait I located our sales agent and asked for the keys so we could just look at the thing ourselves. When the service lady finally came out to greet us the walkaround consisted of her showing me where the tank tender was and asking if I had any questions NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, but by that point I was just ready to finish the purchase and get out of the store. When we finished with financing (after the waiting around for another 45 minutes) we received the keys to our RV. It was parked in the back of the lot, and the house batteries were dead because they had been left on for two weeks. I pulled the RV out of the yard and onto the street myself and we waited ANOTHER 45 minutes for the tags to be put on the RV. I was initially told it would cost $350 for the roof of the RV to be sealed, and it ended up costing me $800. I was told the additional charge was because it needed to be cleaned first. The interior of the RV was disgusting. It hadn't been vacuumed, the fridge still had food splatter all over it, and everything needed wiped down. I thought I would save myself the pain of having to deal with subpar service by going to a large store, but ya'll proved me wrong. Installed ladder. Service manager said was my fault installation was unacceptable with 1/2 tube of calking over one hole on roof you step on. Said why not use flexseal tape. Oh we can do that at extra charge. Put air max vent on. Guy used saw zaw to cut bolts and underlay non roof. 1/2 tube of caulk and it rained during install flooding my bathroom through torn underpayment. Two simple jobs causing me to take two days to fix both. And Svc manager blamed me for not specifying what I wanted done. You want to waste your time go there read more

We bought our brand new travel trailer from them in September 2018. Mark our sales guy was great. The lady that we did the loan paperwork with was great too. When we go to shop at the store if either of them see us they always recognize us and asks how we are doing with our camper. Teresa at the front desk and all the cashiers are friendly & helpful. Had a minor issue that needed to be looked at by a mechanic and the warranty manager, Heather, was professional and fair with the situation. We luckily haven't had any issues with our camper & and I have had nothing but good customer services! read more

Ugh, new rv owner here and I need to Replace three vent fans on my camper. I went in to ask for help and no one was available. I found the vent fans and then asked for help so I could talk about which ones are easiest install, which ones work best, none of them had prices labeled on them. I finally got somebody to come back and help me and she points and says "these are vent fans" but didn't have any idea about how they worked or anything about them. Garbage. Sales associates are friendly and helpful, however management and service are super shady. My trucks battery died 4 times after receiving an accessory, the tow package I originally had on the truck "mysteriously" disappeared, and I'm yet to receive a call back from management after calling and calling. read more

If you decide to take a trip down to your camping world go check out the one in Newport News. We had our camper there damage from the hurricane and they did a great job fixing it up if you're in need for camper repair contact Heather Meyers. While there we decided to go ahead and trade our camper in for a new one and worked with Theo. Theo did a great job with great customer service and was with us all day from beginning to end and even took us out in the rain while he had no jacket on just to make sure we were getting into the right camper. The sales manager Jake also did a great job and we are very happy with the deal that we were able to work!!! read more

ZERO STARS IF OPTION!!! Im in the Navy, purchased a used trailer in December to use moving across the country with my family and be able to enjoy the outdoors. The day before getting it up and running to LIVE in temporarily I was draining the winterizer out of the system and started to drain the tanks and found out there had been BLACK WATER in the black water tank... from December when purchase till late March, this was odd. Didn't think much of it, started to use the trailer the next day and about 5 days in found that the grey tank which showed empty all the time filled up to the bath tub, and the black water tank was always showing 2/3 or full, even though it was emptied!!! This was all while I was moving to Florida to start a short school where I didn't have much time in my day to nor did I feel it necessary to call just yet. Once I completed school and started to move to Oregon, TWO leaf springs SNAPPED on the rear axis! This was in the middle of no where NEW Mexico mind you! Not too thrilled I started calling the EXTENDED WARRANTY company to get this solved and they were pretty much completely useless and i had to eat a $1000 bill! That day I had called camping world to talk to literally anyone in sales or service, no managers could make the time, so I talked to the salesman Jon Guy and he was nice and kinda guided on what I should do, which was go to camping world in Oregon! Now it's there I contacted them and they refuse to fix a problem that has existed since they sold it to me! I would give them a ZERO if possible. Do not.. DO NOT buy a trailer from them unless all you want is problems. Bought our trailer from them, started living in it and found out that they didn't do any of their inspections they should do on all their trailers before selling it. The black water still had poop water in it so obviously you know they didn't check the tanks. So on the same line the gray and black water tank indictors were broken. Since we were living in it, it wasn't something we could take back immediately to have them fix but as soon as we were out of it we took it back to a camping world and guess what; they now won't own up to the shit trailer they sold and fix the problems! Plus the paint on the front of it is fading and we thought at the time that it was JUST fading but we took it to a different camping world and nope! Turns out the paint is so bad it's down to the fiberglass, they won't own up to that either! Not only that but the warranty they try to sell you is absolute garbage! We broke down in New Mexico from even MORE problems with the trailer and the leaf springs broke, they sent the mechanic THAT THE WARRANTY PEOPLE FOUND.. out and guess who didn't cover ANY of it, that's right, the warranty that they sell you! So we ate that 1,000 dollar bill right there and guess who also didn't give a crap about that? You guessed it! THIS camping world who sold us this "certified" trailer! If you are looking to purchase a trailer I would run from this dealership like it's on fire! read more

Do not waste your time with this company. If you do not buy a unit from them they refuse to handle any warranty issues even though the manufacture tells you to take it to them. The service department says they have to handle you as a cash customer and then you as a customer have to take up any covered repairs and costs with the manufacture to get reimbursed. Even after talking with the manufacture they state they have never heard of that and only handle financial warranty claims through their authorized dealers. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Scam artist. Plain and simple. The RV they sell here are about the lowest quality in the Industry. They tack on an unbelievable amount of fees to a RV purchase and hide them in the paper work. The interest rates they offer and much higher the other dealers. Also be careful of the payment plans. Watch the number of payment vs the overall price of the RV. It only took a few minutes with a sales person to realize what they were doing. The products they sell in the retail area are also overpriced and poor quality. You are far better off buying your accessories online. I will never step foot in a camping world again. read more

We went and spent the day looking at RV's and we were treated very nicely from the moment we walked into Camping World by Linda who got us a sales person who we ended up being Joshua P. He was awesome and let us look in everything that we wanted to. He answered our questions. We sent a couple hours there and he never pressured us into anything. It was nice to go look and we will be back to buy from them when the time comes to buy an RV. read more
