My interactions with Peonies have been consistently pleasant. I follow both Omi and Minh on social media and they both take the time to respond to all my questions thoughtfully and promptly. Omi was so so kind and understanding to the scheduling of my mom and I. Additionally, their space is inviting, relaxing, clean, with tons of parking! I've had 2 wonderful facials with Minh. The first time, I had the hydra facial. It was the whole works!! So many techniques and skills were used and I didn't want it to end. I left with my skin feeling clean and smooth like a baby's bum. It was honestly glowing! My mom had her facial done by Omi and I swear she left with less wrinkles on her face. That's magic! I just had a PCA peel done and with Minh. Best day off ever. Found them on IG and Yelp. I've had my fair share of estheticians and it's only been 1 year that I have up kept my facials and MICHAEL does not disappoint. Yeah, he recommends I try out their service first and finding a place to juice your skin up is so important especially if your hitting that prime time in your life. Michael asks and explains in detail what course of action is needed to achieve the look I want and listens attentively. My last facial experience wasn't bad at all, trying to diffuse that hyperpigmentation but it took one word that affected me to not make me want to go back. I've been seeing Omi for the past few years. I met her few years ago when she had her skincare studio and now she's grown into a spa. Omi always recommends the best treatment for you skincare needs. I love Omi, she's very informative. She makes me comfortable. I trust her with all my skincare needs. She's my skin queen. Initially I had acne and scaring. I started with few deep cleansing facials for a few months. When my skin improved I asked her if I can lighten my scars and dark spots. For the past few months, I've been doing Procell for 3 treatments. The initial treatment started with cleansing my face Then 15 to 20 minutes of numbing the face. Then Omi wipes the numbing agent off my face. Proceeds with a tool that includes a sterile microneedle to puncture the surfaces of my face and rolls on a serum that contained all the essentials for healing. (Please ask Omi for more information) I'm a dental professional so I'm not going to go into to much detail. My main focus at the time was the mask area. After the treatment I was red. She me postop care. I had light peeling in my face. My skin was vibrant after 4-5 days. With the postop care I was able to place the serum on daily including with my sunscreen. I saw a difference in glow, vibrancy, and skin improvement. My scars and dark spots were lightening up. I also use specific skin care at home. read more
