Liars! Here are the…read moreissues I've had with them: They neglected to return my dipstick into my car once and had a fit when I returned asking them to replace it. That same visit I paid extra for Mobil 1 oil and I don't know what they used but it was NOT Mobil 1. Make them show you when they change your air or cabin filters because they will tell you they are going to change them but they don't and they will charge you anyway. I paid for a new one once, and decided to go else where for my next oil change and the new place showed me that my filter was FILTHY and OLD!!! It was never changed at Oilmen! And finally, I just love when they bring me a sample of what my ATF looks like when I have a sealed transmission. Most oil change shops won't go near that for liability reasons, but they see a woman who they think doesn't know any better and think they can get us to agree to pay for an unnecessary $300 service that I know I still have MANY more miles before it is needed. Scam artists.

The good thing is there's walkable restaurants and convenience stores if you want to grab something to eat. Also a free show where people can't figure out the lane to get on the freeway on ramp and chaos ensues right in front of the store (honking, middle fingers, etc--a jolly good time). I went on Yelp to find the closest tire shop that had the cheapest tire available same day because I wasn't feeling comfortable going back on the freeway on a spare. I was able to secure a tire for about $145 (tire, fees, and tax) on Tire Choice's website and also made an online appointment to get it replaced within the hour. I was mentally exhausted and just really wanted to head home and worry about searching for deals on better sets of tires later. When I got to Tire Choice, I was quickly greeted by Gina at the front. I told her exactly what I wanted to get done to avoid wasting her time hoping to up sell me better tires, and she got the message that I really just wanted to be able to quickly get back on the road again without pressuring me into changing all four of my tires. Gina was a doll and very pleasant to converse with. She was able to effectively multitask (answering phones, getting quotes for other customers, giving instructions to the mechanics), while we shared stories about our kids (my children and her fur babies). Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! The solenoid purge valve had to be replaced with a OEM original manufacture part. Truly a complete auto repair service. I will be returning to get my vehicles serviced here. I highly recommend. The price was fair, but expect to pay just a little bit more because they use manufacturer original parts that cost more than aftermarket but perform more reliably.

I asked the other mechanic if he could put some air in my front tires since I was literally parked in the garage and he made me go over to the self-service air Machine where I had to pay 2.50 to get air in my tires.
