WOW. Glow Photo Booth has exceeded my expectations completely. When I began looking for a photo booth company I had spoken with several companies that had no customer service skills whatsoever. When I finally found Glow I spoke with Ashleigh who was so friendly and energetic. I told her I was looking for a photo booth for my wedding and she immediately gave me the break down of everything the service includes and pricing, as well as different upgrades ( we upgraded our backdrop to the flower wall and it was such a hit!). I loved how thorough she was and I didn't have to ask her a million questions like I did with the other companies I spoke to. They created a personalized print as well- from the minute we gave them our template information, we recieved our samples the very next day (even though they said it could take up to 5 days). The professionalism and promptness they brought from the beginning gave us so much ease and confidence that we chose the right company. Of course, on our wedding day our attendant Carolina was so great! She was so friendly and interactive with all of our guest. The flower wall, the props, the prints, EVERYTHING was amazing quality! Absolutely exceptional company. From beginning to end- I felt comfortable, and could tell that I was dealing with top notch pros. When I began looking for a photo booth-I was honestly overwhelmed with the amount that are out there. To cut to the chase- Glow was the most professional, persistent and interested in my wedding. I hired them-and every step of the way, they were so accommodating, offering options, invoicing, photo template designs and selections offered, left me feeling completely at ease and confident in them. On my wedding day , they showed up on time, set up quietly and were ready to roll as my guests piled in front of the beautiful silver glitter curtain. The attendant Carolina was polite, attentive and made our guests feel comfortable. We got lots of compliments on the photo booth and attendant! They accommodated every single person who wanted photos-and let me tell you-there were hundreds of photos snapped. And the quality of the prints were excellent. I am so happy with my decision to book Glow for our wedding. They responded literally within minutes of me inquiring. They were so detailed with their services & even gave me a discount as their first time client! They sent an invoice right away & they created our design for the prints pretty quickly. (I'm telling you, these guys are on it!) They followed up with us a month before our wedding & again the week of ( a big plus in my book, because I had to reach out to all my other vendors to follow up with them) They really made us feel valued as their clients because even though we booked them literally a year before our wedding, they remembered who we were and the specific requests we had when we initally spoke to them. After hours of searching for the right vendor and the pricing that made the most sense I finally found Glow photo booth on Google. I spoke with Marisol who was so sweet and explained everything to me very straight forward. I immediately felt super confident with my decision to book them! There is a very interesting arch with maps for the shooting of the Artist. The staff is very attentive. Not intrusive. Thanks to a separate administrator for help. I needed an hour before the opening of the studio to arrive at 11.00. The studio itself is open from 12.00. The administrator arrived early to 11.00 to choose a requisite for shooting with me. . . I loved working with Glow Photo Booth so much! Everytime I spoke with them they were so friendly and helpful. They were on top of everything and it definitely made my wedding so much better. The assistent on duty was great Crystal was her name by the way and she was so nice and helpful despite the technical difficulties i had considering it was at a park I definitely highly recommend their services.
