When you arrive at Udander for your appointment now, you call them to let them know you've arrived. The staff wears masks the entire time. Once you're in, they take your temperature using a forehead scan thermometer and there is hand sanitizer for you to use. Once inside your treatment room, they have a clean paper towel down for you to place to place your mask. I assume if you're just having brows or lashes done you can leave that on if you like, but with a facial, a mask just isn't possible. You place all your belongings in a basket and are given a small wrap/robe. Gone are the big fluffy blankets, but that makes sense. The bed is warm, so I didn't miss it that much. I didn't go back into the steam/sauna or shower and locker room areas, so I can't comment on that. I needed some products, and the receptionist took everything down off the shelf so I did not touch anything. Gone are the testers, of course, so if you want to smell something, I'm not sure how that will work. I was buying things I have used for years so I did not miss the testers. Maybe you can test things in the treatment room as part of your treatment if you know what you need in advance and ask at the beginning of your appointment? I'm not really sure on that. When it was time to pay, they had my card on file, so all of that was contact free. Overall, there wasn't a single thing I think they could have done differently or better. I felt safe and it seemed like they were taking every single precaution to help keep their staff and customers safe. And, as an aside, my brows look amazing, thanks Yvonne!

do not get the membership with this company for the sauna they will charge your card an 18.00…read moregratuity without your permission in addition to your monthly membership and they will charge it each time you come during the month. this was not in the membership that we signed. on our last visit the girl offered my husband and i a free face mask and tea and the owner told us not to give it to us. these people are fake nice, phony, vindictive and is struggling for money to keep this place open. they were willing to lose a 6yr customer over gettig 2 18.00 gratuity off my card illegally. i removed my card to keep them from adding gratuity and they still charged the card i removed. which is illegal. i never signed anything in the membership agreeing to gratuity. i had no issues with them until i got a membership with them. they also intentionally didn't have the sauna running when we got there and made us lose time on our hour sauna because the owner was mad that we canceled our membership because of the illegal gratuity charge. god will handle these people and their business will go down because i'm a child of god and not the one to cross. the owner is vindictive once you get a membership the moment you cancel they will not give you good service and will try to charge your card additional charges. do not use them. we are black by the way so the owner could be racist as well. i will never come to this place again. thank god that we will be having our own steam room put on our property. in the meantime we will be going to a different spa.

First time at this location, it's very cute and peaceful when you walk inside. Lobby was cozy, we were offered hot tea. Unfortunately, one of our little tea cups did not look washed because there was red lipstick on it. So we didn't try it lol. We had a 12 o'clock noon appointment however one of the masseuse were running late so we did not get started until 1210, which we did not mind, but you can tell they felt rushed and was trying to get us quickly started once he arrived. There was two of us so they put us in the same room for the foot massage. The actual table look like a massage table however, the bottom half you stick your feet inside a detachable tub that was hot water mixed with their products. Despite the voucher being a foot massage, they primarily focused on your feet however, they did massage a bit of our arms, head and back. Honestly, I have the masseuse that was running late. When he massaged my head. All I can smell was cigarettes. It actually gave me a headache. I think it was just my luck with him though. The foot massage part was really nice. I think for $30 this is worth it. But I truly am just somebody who would prefer a full body massage. I would come back again to try their full body massage. If I had another $30 voucher for the same thing, I'd probably do it again too.

We started in a private room for the back massage and moved to a private area for a foot soak and foot massage. I was given a strapless robe to cover when moving to the different room. The foot massage included an eye mask and a head, neck and hand massage. Nice touch while my feet were soaking. The place is small but clean and welcoming. Nice ambiance with the mellow music. Couple of tips to know: - When making an appointment be very clear with the services you want and when you arrive make sure you double check the reservation. Somehow there was a misunderstanding from what I booked to what they wanted to charge me. Thankfully they corrected it in my favor. - Take your personal items when you move rooms. They do not lock up your belongings or lock the doors when you leave a room.
