I have no complaints about the workmanship itself--it was one of the best details I've had. The reason for my 3-star rating is the customer service and follow-through. Before the detail, we verbally agreed that I would continue with his biweekly maintenance wash service. That ongoing service was one of the reasons I chose to spend the money on the initial detail. When it came time to schedule, I was told: "Good morning unfortunately at this point, we don't have any openings for car washes... I realized that our panels are full right now for car washes during the week, but will be more than happy to help you out when it comes to the details in the future." I was still interested in working with him and asked if there was another solution. His response was that I could instead book his $265 refresh detail every three months because he was a one-man shop and squeezes in new customers when openings become available. I completely understand that running a one-person business is challenging, and schedules can change. However, I don't think it's good business practice to commit to ongoing service in order to earn a customer's initial business if you're not certain you'll be able to provide it afterward. If you're looking for a high-quality detail, Israel does excellent work. Just be aware that if you're expecting to become a recurring maintenance customer, it may not be possible even if it's discussed beforehand.

CLEAN WORK (3.8 stars)…read more Promo Exclusive Package + paint protection coating (last 6 months) = ~$200 Seen some friends posting on social media of this car shop that had eye catching graffiti as their shops backdrop. Decided to check them out. Bought the Exclusive Package (4hr job) and they did not honor the promotion of detailing the engine. The exterior and interior were detailed nicely but not the engine. I also had pointed out a stain in the trunk they said they could get out and later saw that my trunk wasn't even touched. But the areas they did touch, they did a clean job. Mind you, the Exclusive Package does not include polishing... it was basically just a nice wash down with some coating. Had I paid attention, I would have gotten a polish (worth around the same price) over this Exclusive Package. Until the next review...
