And he doesn't leave you wondering ...are they going to come to you or do you have to get out of the car to go in and get their attention ....you know that feeling. QUALITY OF TIRES: about average I haven't had any troubles with the used tires that I have bought from him. CONS: even though the prices are not high they only take credit cards with purchases over $10.00 BONUS FACT: we had trouble removing a lug nut off of our tire we had to have it towed to our home the night before for the side of the road. The next morning we called Carlos he came to our home to help my husband try to remove that, and when still they had no luck, we had to have it towed to his place he still couldn't get it done, he had to send it out to one of his other friends..... he REFUSED to give up until it was taken care of until we were totally satisfied. That was GREAT customer service he came to our home .... he didn't know us except that we patron his shop on occasion, he went up and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough about how Carlos and his tire shop took care of us. I highly recommend using this shop. Its hard to find good people who care about you in this day and age and who take the time to build relationships and that's what this guy did and it's doing.

Went through a few shops and finally found this place! Most of the workers only spoke Spanish except for the boss and his brother who spoke fairly good English. Was able to ask them a few things using my broken Spanish. They were extremely helpful and did try to match and find my tyre size to replace for a very minimal cost. However unfortunately they did not carry the size of the performance tyre on my particular vehicle. They did not charge me for refilling the air up, the diagnostic fees, nor try to upsell me anything so I can slowly drive back to the West. Of note, a few of the workers here do smoke though so if you don't, just try to keep distance. Overall this is an awesome, friendly shop, and would come back again given the chance. I've been a customer for this tire shop for around twenty years, they used to do a great job until…read morea few years back, one guy who still works there today sunk in the undercarriage of my 2011 car before he realized mistake and reset the floor jack to the lift point, others have cracked the plastic bottom of another car, (have three) and both of us (owner/employee) noticed the snap noise. Many times they don't clean the rims bead area to prevent air leakage, then they over inflate to hide possible leaks due to lazy service and gaslight responsibility. They charge eight dollars for a flat repair with tire on the vehicle, I brought two new loose tires, on rim tire not serviceable, other had a nail in the center thread, had that one patched, but not remounted. (unmounted to repair 'nailed' tire and a brand new one mounted in its place) this used tire went in the trunk of vehicle. Second was swapped out original and new tire replacement. Got charged $21.00, guess they got greedy caused they have "upgraded" to another building.
