I've been going to Complete Automotive Service for several years because they do good work, are honest and are fairly priced. I recently had my oil changed and had a great experience as usual. I arrived at 7:30 am and was the first customer in line. It took 1.5 hours for the oil change with synthetic oil. The total price was under $77, which is comparable to other auto shops. I asked the owner, Omar, to check my front tires for wear. He told me it would be best to replace them. I trust his opinion because he not trying to sell me tires. I will continue to use Complete Automotive Service for regular maintenance on our vehicles. read more

Omar was very nice and straightforward about my EVAP system issue. He did a diagnostic evaluation and told me I had a leak somewhere in the system. He said it's not a serious problem so it's not a repair that needs immediate attention. Will monitor the situation for any changes at this time. He didn't charge me for the diagnostic evaluation which was very generous of him. I like his style in dealing with customers and he has a new client for all my auto repair needs. read more

I basically gave them a blank check to do anything they wanted - needed or not. However, Omar said that everything was fine and no work was necessary. The owner seems overwhelmed and unorganized. I was promised to be called with updates and was never once called. I had to check in weekly as the part needed was not in stock. After weeks of waiting, I found out that the owner decided to drive my vehicle to a Walmart parking lot and leave it there without my consent or knowledge. Not only was my vehicle not fixed, it was abandoned without my consent and was impounded. I had no idea when he moved my vehicle, but when I got it, it had two flat tires and a dead battery. Fixed the issue but drained my a/c Freon. Ironic that in the short span of time I was there, 5 regulars brought their car in because their a/c wasn't working. Omar seems like a nice guy, but he is running a scheme; like many mechanics, they make their living and depend on people's vehicles having failures, so they make them have more failures to guarantee future repairs. Do not go here. They are horrible. They installed a wheel bearing and broke my tire valve. When I brought it back after my tire leaked air they glued the whole appertains but didn't fix the leak. After refilling the tire every two weeks I brought it to a tire place and paid to have the valve and sensor replaced They also 'patched' my convertible roof. The roof was not tucked into the frame so they fixed it by putting tar over it. When I opened the roof! The whole thing tore open and then I had a big hole in my roof. $3000 later it was fixed by someone else. DO NOT GO HERE. They have no idea what they are doing read more

After a referral, my wife and I decided to visit Omar and his gang with our two vehicles. While we dropped off the Nissan Sentra for an oil change and possibly replace the squeaky brakes and fix the A/C as it was barely working, we went for brunch. When we returned an hour later, total invoice was ~$20 which was the cost of the oil change as the brakes were fine and they just needed to blow off some dust particles and the A/C needed a minor top off at no charge. Talking about brilliantly competent and honest! My baby, the Ford Ranger, had a ton of problems as the A/C hadn't worked for years because of a slow leak and the brakes were squealing and the dash lights too hadn't worked for a long time and the oil and power steering fluids needed attention and the battery was being drained because of a short and there were a few other minor inconveniences that I can't readily remember - and the Ford dealership wanted over $2k to fix all. Omar and his mechanical crack team were able to fix everything for under 10% of what Ford wanted. Like I wrote in the top paragraph: "brilliantly competent and honest". read more

The owner is an asshole. The shop closes at 6 it claims online. He says he goes home at 530. That means you close at 530. His sarcastic attitude must mean he's making a killing to turn away a 10 minute job. He's in too much of a rush for his own well being can't imagine the rush he puts into the work on peoples cars. First visit to the job was a pleasure and the mechanic was super nice I even tipped him double the service cost. One experience can denture thousands of dollars which the last one did. Steer clear.
