I'd only buy from here if it's an empty store.Get some serious training GNC! Instead of Live Well, sure feels my life was just shortened by u

Awful awful service. I used to be a customer of GNC long time ago, but it kinda faded over time. Now I vividly remember why I left GNC. So, I thought I give GNC a shot since they are right there in the Beverly Center. Well, maybe it's just my luck or lack of it. A group of people were at the cash register trying to decide whether to buy or not, or to buy something else or not....OMG. So the gentleman in front of me who and I have just a few items in our hands were waiting while only 1 cash register was open and another one is broken. Then, a lady also has one item stood behind me waiting as numero 3 in line was approached by another employee who just opened a register, and she went for it knowing that there were 2 of us in front of her. Without hesitation, both the gentleman and I kinda gave that employee a " um...hemmm", but guess what? He ignored us. It took him almost over 5 minutes to ring 1 item in that lady's hand. Do we need some serious training or what? Well, after he finished, the gentleman in front of me mentioned that we were next instead and that lady was last that he approached. He flat out lied and said, " sorry, I didn't know". Well, he knew, and didn't care and not really apologetic. So I put down whatever were in my hands and walked out. I do not accept behaviors like that because my life is so much more precious than wasting time. So, sorry GNC, you lose. Thank you very much for your customer service or lack of it. There are plenty of power in me without your products...LOL...Bye bye.

The store is often crowded, but it is very organized and the staff is friendly. The ambiance is vibrant and they have a great selection of produce & snacks. Their hot bar is convenient and very delicious. Their sushi selection is also excellent and the sushi is very fresh! I always make sure I get myself a smoothie as well. Their drinks are simply delicious and very refreshing. My favorite is the iconic Hailey Bieber smoothie!

Everything was organic, even the hair dye. My rastafari friend would buy her hair dye there because it had no chemicals and this store was known for quality products. Now it's a smoothie shop. And I guess a grab and go food station. Yes they still sell food, the fresh fruits and vegetables are displayed very nicely in the back of the store. They do have a great selection of beauty products I was like Nordstrom who? I might've spent longer than I should've in that section. But it was their yogurt section that did it for me because I discovered Ari's Greek Yogurt at the farmers market and they sell it here! So I bought a bunch of flavors that set me back about $40 on my ebt but you know what, sometimes you need to splurge. Self-care. FYI, you can buy a $22 smoothie with ebt but you have to pay at checkout then go pick up. The kiosk won't process ebt, only credit cards. I know so rude. I saw a girl get yelled at for trying to take a picture of the smoothie bar as I waited for mine, "no pictures!" It's not a grocery store, it's a cultural event

I was at The Grove for Christmas shopping and decided to drive the 2 miles or so to this Santa Monica location. I was lucky to quickly find parking right outside the front entrance. A young man asked me how he could help. I explained who the person was, the key issues they're using CBD products. I then asked for their best product and he recommended the product featured in 4 of the posted photos on this review. A review of the manufacturer's website and you'll find they seem to use the highest possible quality products and it offers more than just CBD...CBA & other acronyms I don't recall. It is the most expensive one they had and lucky for me they. 30% sale going on. I bought three packages for my family member and they should be good for 3-6 months. Pure CBD has a frequent buyer program, a website and will ship across the US. I'm so glad I stopped.

The shop is clean and pleasant and products are in full view. I was there when there was heavy traffic and had to park across the street at metered and walk. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices since I am a visitor to LA from Central NY and was expecting the products to be more expensive.

Now I am finding out for myself that it is just as any other market where in this economy, it benefits for me to research online for sales and weekly ads. One of things I realized is that I was sleeping on their coffee bar! This Whole Foods is surrounded by many restaurants, trending eateries and coffee shops that it is easy to overlook what Whole Foods can offer. The staff working at the coffee and juice bar are amazing! My current favorite is the berry chantilly iced latte. The honey latte and the brown sugar cookie latte are both very good but the berry chantilly is my current favorite. It is strong, not-too-sweet and well made for $5 and that is for a large. You can also have alternative milk like almond or oat at no extra charge! The deli and bakery are also great but I have been getting their pizza slices for an inexpensive lunch. Where nearby pizza spots are selling their slices for $7-$8 a slice (which I get why it is priced that way), Whole Foods has them at the self serve area for one slice at $4.50 or 2 for $8. I work near the area and though I love that I am in foodie heaven, sometimes I just need something a bit more simple and reasonably priced. Whole Foods pizza can be artisanal just as any other pizzerias. This week, they had elote pizza and it reminds me of the viral elote pizza that was invented by Rose City Pizza. It is pretty good and definitely closer to me than Covina.
