The butter chicken bowl came with rice, the chole bhatura did not (but of course it came with its fried bread). Both dishes were very good, but the chole bhatura was better. I had fun sampling all of their barbecue sauces before deciding that the Smoky Mountain sauce was my favorite overall. For the brisket, I went with the Tupelo Honey Heat sauce, which added the perfect sweet kick. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Kathy, who was cleaning tables and checking in with guests, took the time to talk with me and make sure everything was great. When she found out it was my first visit, she surprised me with a full sampler of sides to try, completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. I instantly felt in love with her. ... then her father passed away and she dropped out of sight ... until 2021 when she lost to my other fave - Karolína Plíšková in the night match @ US Open.
