We were a party of 16 people. The service was great because they didn't miss anything in our order. Great job! On the other hand, the taste of the food was just ok. I tried the bacon Mac and cheese, but it did not have flavor. The Chipotle chicken sandwich was fine, but again, it lacked flavor.

Order a toasted cut bagel with cream cheese. Got a cold, not cut bagel that appears to of been made by a kindergartener.

Ordered a toasted and cut bagel. This experience could have been greatly been improved by giving me hot food.

I've been going to this same Panera Bread for 10-years or more. The quality of both the food and the service has deteriorated over the last several years. Today, the side bread was completely soggy on the bottom and cold, so I went to get another piece. The girl pulled a baguette out of a plastic bag and broke off a piece. It was the same soggy texture and cold. Not warm and crusty on the entire outside as it used to be. It's a restaurant built around "bread", so when that sucks it is a good indication about the state of the chain. Also, about halfway through my soup, I felt something in my mouth similar to a shrimp shell. When I pulled it out and put it on the plate, it was a piece of plastic that had been in the soup. Not going back! The 'Southwest Chicken Salad' gets an 8/10.

Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt

Ok. Is this the best Panera Bread? No. Was the food good? Yes. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was soooo delicious. It had an amazing combination of flavor, warm bread and juicy, tender chicken. Could not have asked for a better sandwich. The problems. Their soda machine was down and none of their juices were appealing. Maybe the universe was telling me that I needed water in my life, but I was really craving a high-sugar, carbonated beverage. Secondly, the wait was INCREDIBLY long. Like, on a whole other level of taking FOREVER to get your food. It wasn't extremely busy either. I had to ask twice about the status of my order. After the second time, someone started barking orders to the other cooks telling who to make what. It was crazy disorganized.

I go to this Panera often for a quick bite because it's extremely convenient to my house. The parking lot is huge and parking is never a problem. I find that EVERY time I've gone to this location I have to take out my hand wipes I keep in my purse and clean the table and chairs. It's extremely hard to find a clean table to sit at! I have noticed on a few occasions and at this last visit a woman going around the tile with a mop. At this particular time she was literally mopping under my feet and others while we were ordering. The tables were in more need of a cleaning than the floor. There wasn't a spill or anything that needed to be cleaned up, so I'm not sure why she was mopping under our feet. I noticed many girls standing around behind the counters kidding around with each other. I'm not sure why the manager didn't send one or two of them to clean the dining room tables & chairs. After I cleaned the table and seats we were able to enjoy our lunch. I always enjoy the Fuji Apple salad with a soup. This time I had the tomato soup which was good. My husband always gets some type of sandwich. There are many different sandwiches to choose from. There is a rapid order pick up at this location which is good if you are in a hurry or on lunch from work. I've never used it but assume it's convenient. There is also a nice outdoor seating area at this location as well.

This is a nice cafe/bakery that does sandwiches, salads ,soups, and bakery items. The coffee is excellent, and it is help yourself. There is a nice selection of bagels, danish and pastries. They have egg sandwiches and soufflés. The soup menu changes daily. It includes creamy tomato, chicken & rice, broccoli cheddar, and cream of potato. Some of my favorite lunch items are the turkey bacon bravo sandwich and the Fuji chicken apple salad. You can sit with your tablet or laptop without feeling hurried to leave. My only criticism is the dining room needs to be cleaned up faster after the busy periods of breakfast and lunch.

Teriyaki Broccoli Chicken Bowl

Decided to try one of the warm bowls. Would have liked to try the Greek bowl, but it was "out of stock". This location always seems to have many things out of stock. Tried the Teriyaki Broccoli and Chicken Bowl. As you can see there were maybe 5 very small pieces of broccoli and the size of the bowl was about half of what the picture shows on the menu. It was tasty, but leaves you hungry afterwards.

My walnut chicken salad sandwich was a full sandwich but only enough chicken salad for a half a sandwich. Very disappointing for the price.

Always loved the food! The bread is outstanding! The soups are always good along with the sandwiches.

Not the greatest Panera I've had, sandwiches are underwhelming. I'm still loyal to Panera at other locations, just not this one.

The theming is "rock n roll" with guitars on the walls and rock music videos playing on large screens. There was only one server Isaiah, but he did a great job as the restaurant became more busy in their opening hour. I noticed a lot of to go orders being picked up. The menu has appetizers, sushi rolls, rice bowls, and ramen. There were lunch specials which are what we ordered. The chicken hibachi bowl is only $12 which I thought was a very fair price for the amount of food. The quality of the food is excellent. The punk rock roll was so good and it was different (with chopped strawberry, avocado, jalapeño, cucumber salad). I was impressed with the entire experience, from the theming at the moment I walked in, to the service, and most importantly the food.

I asked for ponzu sauce on the side, but my Spicy Sashimi Salad was missing cucumbers, sriracha & eel sauce. I asked for the sriracha & eel sauce afterwards, but I didn't realize I was supposed to get cucumbers until after I finished my salad. Oh well. The sashimi quality was unfortunately not good. I also got a sake mule, which was ok. I love that their menu includes the calories on each dish! I would come back here again to try their ramen, and MAYBE try one of their rolls to see if maybe today was just a bad day for the kitchen.
